Step 2: Go to this website http://ipiccy.com/

Step 3: Once you upload your photo, it should look something like this. 

make sure it's a big photo :~)

Step 4: Go to 'crop picture'

OH, BTW!! If you want it something like these: x i'd suggest going to 'rotate and flip' you'll figure out what to do one there, rotate the picture the way you like ! 

Step 5: Make it '500x250' 

edit it the way you like, then press 'apply'

Step 6: Add your finish touches, once you're done press the save file at the end, looking like this. 

Step 7: Change your setting like this for the best result (:
