I plan on incorporating Hawlie into my wadgit. Not as a playable character, but as an NPC. She will be one of many potential crew members that can be on a person’s team. Most the crew will have flavor dialogue, but Hawlie’s will be special.Â
For example, if the PC is playing as Elby:
Hawlie: “Mum.”
Elby: 1) What? 2) Is it important? 3) Not now, I’m busy.
(Selecting 1)Â
Hawlie: “Mum!”
Elby: 1) What?! 2) [Stay silent] Â 3) Go away!
(Selecting 1 again)Â
Hawlie: “Mum!”
Elby: 1) What! 2) Smoo Ryma’at! What is it you want? 3) Quit bugging me.
(Selecting 1 again)
Hawlie: “Hi.”
Elby: 1) Hi. 2) Is that all? 3) Dammit, Hawlie.
I kinda feel like finishing modelling Elby in Blender, if for no other purpose than to have a dollie that I can dress up.
Like, help me! I want to work on my wadgit, but it’s such a colossal undertaking, I intimidate myself. So if I can just get some models made, even if it’s only for dressing up purposes, I count that as good.
Like perhaps as a lead-in to my wadgit, I’ll have a dress-up mini-widgit.Â
My first Wadgit is a project I’m currently naming, “The Hunters of Secrets.”
It is being created in Unity, by a complete noob, that is, The Woggit.Â
I’m not really sure how I’m going to do this, either the project itself or the cataloguing of it, but MOO
MOO says the Woggit. And it is so.
