I’m so bad at trying to keep this blog alive lbr. I’ll probably do something here in a few days time maybe??? I dunno. I want to keep Aria going. Nyx gave her a pat on the head, “It’s alright. While you work through it, just try your best not to glare at him. S’all I ask.”

“I’ll try.” Aria nodded slightly, “I just don’t make any promises...” Gods, she felt pathetic about this. How petty was she? She was a Kingsglaive! She shouldn’t be acting like this! It was really hard not to when one lived twelve years blaming someone for their father’s death though... Pathetic.

‘ hey aria — ! you got a lil’ somethin on your face. ‘ prompto’s index finger points at her nose, the finger slowly closing the gap until booping it gently.

Aria’s eyes awkwardly followed Prompto’s finger until it touched her nose. She scrunched her eyes shut and made a small whining sound as she pulled away. “Hey, what’s that about?” she asked as she opened her eyes again to give the blond and curious look.

“Don’t worry about kiddo, you don’t cause problems.” Nyx grinned at her, he caused more problems than she ever would. “We just don’t want it to become a problem. As I said, the Crownsguard are getting upitty about it, meaning like two of them have mentioned seeing you glaring at him.”

“Still. I shouldn’t be acting so childishly.” Aria said, not looking any brighter about the situation, “I’m suppose to protect him, not look like I want to murder him. I don’t want harm to come to him at all honestly. I just... I have my own issues I need to work past. I’m sorry.”

I know this has NOTHING to do with my blog or FFXV in general, but I did my Overwatch comp placements tonight at a family friend’s! My rank last season was 2478 Gold and I place 2661 Platinum this season! I never thought I’d make it to platinum! I thought I’d be in bronze hell forever, but over the past 5 seasons, I’ve proved myself wrong again and again and I’m so proud of myself!

Sorry for still not doing much here. Game plan: I catch up on things on my Prompto blog. Then, I’m gonna fix a few things here and do my drafts here! I really wanna get Aria back up and running.

“Not worry? Excuse me, if there wasn’t already an appointed royal family, I would be the king of worrying.” Prompto teased with a smile on his face. Keeping his stride slow as he spotted the arcade just down the street from where they were. Listening diligently to what Aria was saying before giving an amused laugh.

“Twenty bucks? I’m not made of money, ya know!” Amusement playing in his tone as he shook his head. “Nah, you may make some sorta insane salary as a Glaive, but this dude has like…fifty billion part time jobs. Besides, I know better than to take a bet from you, I can’t play racing games to save my life.”

Casting his glance back towards her, he shrugged. “That’d be like me asking you to play a shooter and betting money on it. Totally not fair.”

“King of worrying? Maybe... Though I think you’re more the king of Chocobo butt hair.” Aria returned, a mischievous grin on her own face. She would have tried to mess with said hair, but she was short as hell compared to Prompto. Not that she didn’t like being short, it just made things like messing with people’s hair difficult.

Her head leaned side to side as she hummed, “Honestly, I give most of my money to my mother to help her pay for bills and stuff. I have nothing much to use it on since I live with her still. With my income, my mom can live well without worrying, so I don’t need anything else really.”

“Hey, I got good aim. Just... When I can take my time. And with crossbows rather than guns... I’m a sniper, not a gunslinger like you! Pretty sure there’s differences...” she pouted, crossing her arms with a huff.

Her eyes glanced at the sign for the arcade and grinned, “Whoever gets there first chooses the first game!” And then, she was off, slipping through people and mumbling “excuse me” as she did. At least, she was tiny enough to get through without knocking anyone down.

Low Activity

I still have Aria as a muse, but she’s just a little bit quiet right now. I’ll try to do some replies, but I don’t think I’m gonna be taking on any new roleplays at the moment. If you wanna interact with me on a more frequent basis, please follow my Prompto blog, @heartonmytrigger.

I’m rewatching Kingsglaive and I thought of a possible interaction for Aria with a Lunafreya and a possible interaction with a Libertus.

With Luna, Aria tells her of her grief concerning her father’s death and how she blames Regis and Noctis for his death. Then, Luna tries to convince her it’s not their fault unlike when she tried telling Ravus the same thing. I’d think she’d see a better chance of getting Aria to realize that since she still fights for Lucis unlike Ravus who fights for Niflheim.

With Libertus, it’s kind of the same deal, but this would definitely be set after Kingsglaive. Libertus would understand how Aria feels and tell her about Crowe and how he felt when she died.

“It was a joke... But I want chicken...” Aria looked really tired and was actually talking in a much softer voice than usual due to her exhuastion. “Can we get chicken?”
