âActually, not exactlyâŠâ Thomas said, causing Bryceâs brows to arch. She felt certain that she was aware of just about anyone who lived in Utopia, permanently, at least. There was a large number of people, mainly tourists, who came and went, but those who called Utopia home were familiar. This man in front of her was not.
âI moved here two years agoâŠbut I travel a lot. I work a lot. And when I have free time, well, I guess I tend to do other things. Iâve been here before, though, just not that oftenâŠusually dragged here by a friend.â
Bryce watched his eyes move toward Cameron Clark, who was chatting up a brunette. Tilting her head, she looked at the man again. Bryce wouldnât have guessed that someone soâŠsoft spoken and kind would be friends with someone like Cameron Clark, but what did she know? It wasnât as if she knew Cameron that well. Just enough to know that he liked Raspberry Filled donuts and that he was kind of a dick to her cashier once.
âI know your bakery too, by the way,â Thomas said, bringing Bryceâs attention back to their conversation. A pink blush spread across her cheeks. By now, Bryceâs Bakery was perhaps one of the most popular places in Utopia, but it still caught her by surprise when someone mentioned that they enjoyed it.
âIâm quite obsessed with your Boston CrĂšme filled donuts. Iâm afraid you have me doing more workouts because of it.â A smile turned the corner of his lips as he chuckled, causing Bryce to smile too.
Heâs charming, she thought to herself.
âSo what brought you here tonight? Are you with friendsâŠorâŠâ
The inflection at the end of his voice brought Bryce up short. Was he asking her if she was single? She quickly shook her head, almost too quickly.
âOh noâŠnoâŠIâm not withâŠI meanâŠthereâs not anyoneâŠâ she let out a laugh, feeling her cheeks growing warmer by the second. âIâm here with my friends. UmmâŠthe brunette who just ran out of hereâŠSheâs my best friend, well one of them. She just officially retired, and my other friend, SaigeâŠwho isâŠâ  Bryce looked around the bar, but couldnât spot Saige Volero anywhere. âMissing apparentlyâŠdecided to throw her a big party. Hence why Iâm here. Typically, I would be back at the bakery, working. Iâm not a big party animal these days.â
Taking a sip of her drink, she smiled again at Thomas. âSoâŠyou mentioned you work a lot. Something we have in commonâŠso what exactly do you do?âÂ

âAre you with friends⊠orâŠ?â The words fell from his lips genuine, truthful. The inflection in his voice showing the interest of knowing whether the blonde woman in front of him was accompanied by someone who was possibly more than just a friend surprised Thomas himself. When had it been the last time that he had made such a question? When had been the last time he noticed a woman like that? It was natural how his attention was caught up by those caramel brown eyes and the way her delicate smile curled up the corner of her lips until she finally flashed a smile. He couldnât help but notice her stance and the hesitance in her eyes as she shyly looked at him at first but (just like him) grew more comfortable as the conversation developed.
âOh noâŠnoâŠIâm not withâŠI meanâŠthereâs not anyoneâŠâ She laughed while her cheeks began to color a little bit, causing the tall business man to smile as he admired the view.
âSheâs beautiful.â He thought as he continued to the woman talk about her friends; a brunette who had just ran out of the bar following an Asian man who was laughing loudly and someone else who was apparently missing. More he wanted to know more, would if she be working tonight if it hadnât been for her friends who took her out? Would she be comfortable at home with her favorite comfort food, drink and a movie to spend the rest of her night? Was there really a time where she (just like him) was wildly partying enjoying her youth? He hoped her change of heart was simply growing older and developing different tastes, unlike him.
âSoâŠyou mentioned you work a lot. Something we have in commonâŠso what exactly do you do?â She asked as she held her drink close to her lips and smiled.
âEverything and nothing at the same time feels like.â He said letting out a small laugh shaking his head gently once before he took another sip of his drink, âIâm supervising the West Region of Wolfâs enterprises⊠itâs uhm, we have a lot of branches in the industry. Telecommunications, Industrial⊠architecture, media, among other things. Weâre trying to make all our branches and regions sustainable. Iâm making sure that happens.â He said nodding and offering a small smile as he pulled on his shirt a little, adjusting it; a nervous tick the man had whenever he spoke about himself.
âItâs really me checking processes and bringing ideas or approving ideas⊠I- thereâs other people do the actual tough work.â He said with a small chuckle. âMaybe getting into the food business would be a smart move.â He said jokingly, a light grin gracing his face.
âYou opened your bakery, recently right? Or at least I remember it was probably a handful of months ago when my assistant brought a box of your pastries to the office and then my addiction beganâ Thomas admitted with a laugh, âHow did you get into baking? Is it something you always did?â
Name a song that saved you during one of your darkest moments. Why did it resonate with you?
Didnât save me but⊠itâs comforting at some extent. In the last couple of months of Veraâs life she heard this song⊠it wasnât the first time she had heard it and in fact I know she loved the artist a lot but for some reason this thought hit her at the moment. She turned to me and she said, âthis is going to be my song for you.â I was very confused of course but then I paid attention to the lyrics and as I looked at her I knew⊠she was talking about a future time, when she was gone. It got me through the worse months after she passed, it was comforting a little as if she was there reminding me that she was still with me somehow.
Do you believe in astrology? If you do believe in astrology, what traits do you think you share with your astrology sign? If you don't, why not? Do you still think you share traits with your sign?
I donât pay much attention to it, if Iâm honest. Iâve heard jokes and some real talk about it but itâs not something I believe in. I know that Iâm a Capricorn and maybe there are a couple traits that match my personality but I attribute those to my upbringing.
Who was your last relationship with, and why did it end? Do you wish that things would have turned out differently? Is there anything you would have done differently to change the outcome?
My last relationship was with Vera Knight. She was⊠a beautiful human, inside out and I loved her with everything I had. She passed away about six years ago⊠Cancer. Do I wish that things would have turned out differently? Absolutely. Is there anything I would have done differently to change the outcome? If it were up to me, if there was something in my control that couldâve saved her I would have done it. But, nothing was in my control; her cancer was sneaky and aggressive and there was little we couldâve done.
What do you think is the worst thing that can be done to a person?
Thereâs a long list of truly terrible things humans can do to another living being. I think they all come to one root though: going over someoneâs rights, someoneâs wishes to simply get something you want⊠thatâs terrible enough.
We all have a weird thing we did as teenagers. What was the weird thing you did?
When I was hitting puberty and you know facial hair grows in a very strange way, I refused to shave for a long time so a while I sported a very strange creepy barely there mustache. Sadly, for me thereâs photographic evidence of this.
Favorites time! What is your favorite....? color, sweet food, author/book, movie, and season
Favorite color is black⊠I know fun right? But I like it, canât quite help it. Other than that I really like blue. Sweet food has to be boston cream filled donut with with chocolate glaze from Bryceâs Baked Goods. Favorite book is The Stranger by Albert Camus. Favorite movie maybe the Butterfly Effect. Favorite Season: Summer.

âTequila. Thatâs brave. Iâm sorry, tequila and I havenât been friends in a very long time. My body wonât accept it anymore,â Thomas said with a light laugh. âI stick to wine, beer, and whiskey most times.â
Bryce tilted her head, smiling a bit. She found herself enjoying the sound of his laughter. It was clear that both of them were a bit on the awkward, socially introverted side, but she could see him loosening up slightly. Almost on cue, the blonde felt her shoulders relax as well. Though she wasnât exactly the type to strike up a meaningful conversation with a stranger, she felt at ease sitting next to the tall, blue-eyed man.
Though, just as he opened his mouth to continue speaking, Mike, the bartender, walked up with a huge grin.
âHey Bryce, the desserts I got for my momâs birthday the other dayâŠincredible. Youâre amazing!â
âOhâŠit was nothing, Mike. Anytime,â Bryce said, feeling slightly self-conscious. Looking over, she saw Thomas wearing a look of confusion.
âSo are you the baker, or youâre just very nice to him and his mom?â
âThe baker,â Bryce said, unable to come up with a witty, sarcastic comment in the moment. âI own a shop down on Main Street. Bryceâs Baked GoodsâŠitâs not exactly super creative. It was either that or Torpedough, like with the word "doughâ which my friend Saige likedâŠbutâŠI wanted people to know it was a bakery and not a Torpedo Factory. I meanâŠcan you imagine. Think youâre going in to buy a torpedo to use on your enemies and thenâŠbam, youâre walking out with a cake instead?â Â
Bryce sipped on her drink for a minute. âAs for TequilaâŠitâs my go-to drink when Iâm nervous. Though, I like wine a lot too.â A soft smile turned at the corner of her lips.
âBut sometimesâŠâ she traveled off as she suddenly heard Mike shouting from the bar.
âGod damn it Andrew, I swear Iâm gonna charge you if you broke another table!â
Turning her head, she spotted Andrew Kwon running from the bar and her best friend Eva Miller sprinting after him.
âOh god,â she said, shaking her head. âThis place is nuts tonight.â Looking back at Thomas, she smiled softly. âI donât think Iâve seen you here beforeâŠor anywhere, actually. I grew up here, so I kind of know everyone. Did you just move to Utopia?â

âI own a shop down on Main Street. Bryceâs Baked GoodsâŠâ The woman began to explain, both of Thomasâs eyebrows lifting slightly as his brain immediately pinpointed the place. He knew that bakery, he had tried cakes and pastries from that bakery, and in fact he had been quite obsessed with a particular product from her bakery for quite a while; his obsession was the reason why he began to increase his training length as he began to notice his pants getting a little tighter the month before. The director of Wolfâs Enterprises smiled as he listened with close attention to Bryceâs story on how one of her friends had suggested another name but ultimately the baker had decided to stick with something much simpler, it was classic and though she thought the name lacked innovation, Thomas couldnât help but disagree as he though it brought simplicity, the type that embraced you and transported you to memories that made you feel safe and warm, and⊠in a world constantly looking for the next outrageously new thing⊠simple was something much needed, at least to Thomas.
The tall man continued to listen to Bryce as she explained she liked tequila as something more like her bravery potion, the one drink that helped her ride through the wave of nerves as she surely was an introvert and just as she began to add up a loud noise was heard all over the room silencing the crowd for a moment so the only things that could be heard was a bartender shouting and the laughter of a man and woman running towards the exit.
âThis place is nuts tonight.â She said and he chuckled.
âI supposed we came in on a very interesting night.â He said with a smile as he looked back at her, warm caramel eyes making sure he never looked anywhere else.
âI donât think Iâve seen you here beforeâŠor anywhere, actually. I grew up here, so I kind of know everyone. Did you just move to Utopia?â She added.
âActually⊠not exactly.â He said with a small laugh as he scratched the back of his head for a second, âI moved here two years ago or so, but I travel a lot, I work a lot. And when I have free time well, I guess I tend to do other things. Iâve been here before though, just not that often⊠usually dragged here by a friend.â He said glancing from Bryce to Cameron who was still talking to that woman. Was he actually paying attention? Thatâs new, he thought to himself as he looked at his friend who seemed immersed in the conversation he was having with the brunette.
âI know your bakery too, by the way. I mean⊠I feel horrible to say that Iâve never been there personally. Usually have my assistant go there for me. Iâm quite obsessed with you Boston cream filled donuts.â He said with a chuckle as he nodded, âIâm afraid you have me doing more time working out because of it.â He said, âIâll make sure to go myself next time though.â He said sipping on his drink before speaking again, âWhat brought you here tonight? Are you with friends orâŠ?â

So You Just Met Thomas Wolf?
It can be hard to know what to notice about a character. You know the face claim, but other than that there isnât much to go on. Well, here are some things that many people notice about Thomas:
Smell
Due to the sphere heâs always been in since his childhood, Thomas has learned to take great importance in his appearance and personal care. He likes to stay fresh and clean at all time, keeps his hair and beard almost effortlessly perfect and uses just the right fragrances. With time, the man developed a strong preference towards Dior fragrances. His favorite cologne is Sauvage Elixir by Dior which has a unique freshness with an unexpected and surprising trail that vibrates with notes of grapefruit, organic lavender, spices, and sweet, rich woods.
Attire
Thomas Wolfâs style is something that heâs surely learned how to elevate as he grew older. You can tell he has both class and style at first glance as he is rarely seen dressed poorly. On daily basis, due to his job, he usually wears more formal business clothing such as suits, dress shirts and leather shoes due he does know how to play around and add different items like tennis shoes, casual dress shirts and items of the sort to look more relaxed and comfortable. He usually likes to use dark colors such as shades of black, grey and blue as those are his favorite. Heâs never seen not wearing a watch and actually has a small collection of his own.
Scars
He has a 5-inch vertical scar on his left arm, two small but notable scars on his left side from receiving immediate treatment as he suffered from a punctured lung and broken rib during the car crash.
Tattoos
Thomas has one tattoo, a design of Poseidonâs trident with the number thirteen on the right side of his torso, He got this with his high school friends who were all in the swimming team with Thomas. Youâd have to see him shirtless to see it.
Others
Thomas is quite tall standing at 6ÂŽ1â. Sometimes he might even appear taller due to his complexion as he does have defined muscles across his body but remains slender in comparation to Jackson for example.
He always wears a watch.
He tends to keep his hair a little long but still looking clean as heâs constantly making sure its well-kept.
He does have a beard most of times, he prefers it over a clean shaved face.
He speaks English, German and French fluently and he tries to learn some phrases when he visits a new country.
His back sometimes still bothers him as an aftermath effect from the car crash.
Who are the top five hottest people that you've met in Utopia?
This question feels incredibly wrong. Itâs 2022, we shouldnât be objectifying people by the way they look or put them on a escale of hot or not⊠you get canceled for these types of things these days⊠So Iâll refuse to answer.
Bryce is a beautiful woman though⊠and also, Iâll have to mention Cameron because he wouldnât forgive me if I didnât. Thatâs all Iâll say.
Realistically, do you actually see any real way to make up for what you did? How do you make up for something that big? If not, what is the purpose of even trying?
Thereâs no way to make up for what I did because⊠I canât give those people their lives back no matter how hard I work⊠But I canât just sit around and pretend like nothing happened. I asked myself that before, It led me to ask myself what was the purpose of living with all that guilt and I came to the realization that perhaps⊠that is my eternal penance. I canât take my own life because that would just hurt my family and Iâve already caused them too much pain. Believe me, Iâve worked every angle. Iâll carry this the rest of my life and the burden will never get smaller. I know that.
brycewells-rpâ:
Guilt bubbled up in Bryceâs chest. She wasnât exactly sure what to expect when the man turned around. Annoyance, perhaps? She steeled herself for a sarcastic remark, but instead she was met with apologetic blue eyes. Maybe the most striking blue eyes she had ever seen.
âIâm sorry for making you wait,â he apologized after asking another man standing at the bar to move over so Bryce could approach.
âItâs okayâŠreallyâŠâ Bryce responded softly. The one thing that the blonde hated was feeling like an inconvenience, but she knew there was no way she was getting through tonight with out least one drink.
Bryce watched as the bartender walked over and slid a drink over to the stranger. She opened her mouth to ask for a drink, but before she could even make a peep, the man with the striking blue eyes began to speak again.
âCan you get her a drink? Whatever she chooses is on me.â
Bryce arched her brows, surprised and taken back by the manâs kindness. For a moment, she wondered if it was some kind of trick, but there was only earnestly reflected behind his orbs.
âUmmâŠa tequila sunrise, please,â Bryce said before whispering a âthank you.â A moment later, the bartender returned with Bryceâs drink.
âIâm ThomasâŠby the way,â the stranger finally said. âIs your drink good? Do we need to ask for the money back?â
Bryce held up her free hand, giving Thomas a small smile. âNo, itâs good. Besides, I think thereâs probably a return policy? I meanâŠitâs not like I can give it back at this pointâŠbut itâs good. Thank youâŠâ she shook her head, realizing she was being awkward. âReally. That was very nice of you.â
After taking a few sips of her drink, her eyes grew wide as she realized she hadnât introduced herself. âOhâŠIâm Bryce. Bryce WellsâŠitâsâŠâ sitting down her drink, she extended her hand. âVery nice to meet you Thomas.â
âUmm⊠a tequila sunrise, please.â The blonde stranger said, Thomas (while still looking down at his drink) couldnât help the small smile that curled up his lips as she ordered, thinking how he didnât tolerate tequila. Sure, in his youth when he was causing trouble, he could down shot after shot despite not even liking the taste only to prove that nothing got to him. However, after the first horrible hungover he had with tequila, his stomach now turned upside down at the sole thought of that burning liquid entering his system.
The woman began to speak again and he glanced back at her only to find her looking back at him with a warm smile, "No, it's good. Besides, I think there's probably a return policy? I mean...it's not like I can give it back at this point...but it's good. Thank you... Really. That was very nice of you." She said.
âOh, youâd be surprised how people do not care sometimes to get their money back. But youâre right, this is not a case for a return.â He said with a light chuckle. âYouâre welcome. It was no trouble at all.â He smiled and watched her carefully as she introduced herself.
"Oh...I'm Bryce. Bryce Wells...it's..." she said and sat down her drink before she extended her hand. "Very nice to meet you Thomas." She added. Thomas promptly took her hand and gently shook it as he mentioned how nice it was to meet her. It was. At least these first five minutes. How long had it been since he had a nice conversation with someone other than Cameron? He couldnât quite remember. Sure, there was small talk with people he met here and there but it never got too far from initial introductions before he excused himself. Despite being incredibly kind and well mannered, Thomas was often seen as aloof and some women even went as far as to call him selective but reality was he was just very reserved.
However, sweet smile and warm caramel eyes made the man feel at ease somehow and invited him to keep the conversation going.
âItâs very nice to meet you too, Bryce.â He said before glancing at her drink then back at her face. âTequila. Thatâs brave. Iâm sorry tequila and I havenât been friends in a very long time. My body wonât accept it anymore.â He said laughing lightly, âI stick to wine, beer and whiskey most times.â He said but before he could get another word in one of the bartenders, whom Thomas had come to know as Mike, approached the two as he was serving the couple next to them.
âHey Bryce, the desserts I got for my momâs birthday the other day⊠incredible. Youâre amazing!â He said before walking off causing Thomas eyebrow to arch a little in confusion.
âSo are you a baker or youâre just very nice to him and his mom?â He asked.
