quick question….is the Wonder Trade in ORAS connected to X and Y….because almost all the Pokemon I’ve gotten so far are Hoenn Pokemon

Yep!

If you’re trading on XY, ORAS traders appear as an uncostomized Calem/Serena. I assume anyone using XY to wonder trade has seen a lot of those recently, ORAS won’t let you wonder trade any Pokemon that has a new move or item just so that XY and ORAS can still use the same wonder trade and GTS system!

day 5: i have hatched 427 Sunkern eggs, and no sign of a shiny. i can feel the pressure of losing hope settling in.

I just made a chart of the possibility of getting a shiny Pokemon from hatching it from an egg. The labels explain the whole chart essentially. It amazes me that with Masuda Method and Shiny Charm you are almost guaranteed a Shiny Pokemon at 1000 eggs, and at 500 eggs you are around 89%. *This chart was made using Serebii’s statistic that the normal shiny rate in Pokemon X and Y is 1/4096

OH MY G DO OKAY so i went to check my Pokemon Ranch b/c i put two shinies on there via my Diamond and i want to trade them to X so i took them down and hO LY SHIT I JUST REMEMBERED THAT I PUT SOME REALLY RARE POKEMON ON THERE VIA MY PEARL AND I LOST MY FUCKING PEARL GAME AND ERASED THE PROFILE AND I AM SO FUCKING PISSED B/C THAT MEANS THERE IS A SHINY FUCKING CRESSELIA, TWO AZELFS, A PALKIA, AND A CELEBI ON MY WII SYSTEM WITH NO WAY TO REMOVE THEM HOLY FUCK IM SO ANGRY I AM GOING TO S C R E A M
