Another challenge of the week : fire benders (in any culture/time period/context) in dynamic poses! Not as dynamic as I would have hoped, but I always make the pose stiffer when I color/lineart without noticing ahah I did sketch some other poses that I liked too, maybe I’ll finish them someday, I quite like the girl!

Long time no post...  I watched Rogue One again tonight and oh my god every shot is so pretty. The descent to Eadu made me want to try something new so here it is !  Not trying to be precise or do a shot study, just trying to get some interesting light/perspective + the rain just looks cool ! I went to see The Cursed Child in London last week - such incredible show, the actors were just awesome *-* These two were my favorites of course, and I couldn’t get them out of my head, so here are Scorpius and Albus discussing their next mischief !

Another week, another challenge : colors this time !  Here’s a little sleeping fennec fox on a bed of flowers. I used this picture for reference.  Quite happy with the result, hope you like it !

Another week of the challenge we set with a group of friends : this week was Fanart Week !  Here’s Toph and Chirrut bonding over their badassness - hope you like it !

We started a little challenge group with a bunch of friends at school : each week one of us gives a theme, and we then have a week to post something !  Just a fun idea to keep us making creative stuff on a weekly basis. This is what I did for “Four Elements, Four Creatures” which @makushimo suggested. Hope you like it !

Here’s something I had to do for school today - basically taking a picture and redo it in watercolor + work on contrast. So I used this fine gentleman’s picture I found on Tumblr (hope that’s okay) and had some fun with it!  Hope you like it !  #inktober? #kinda?

Here's a portrait of Dev Patel, cause I needed a reference to draw and had just watched the trailer for "Lion" which looks awesome! This took me about 35 minutes, and I'm not mad at it! Hope you like it!

Can you tell I've been watching Stranger Things? Here's a portrait of Winona Ryder, who plays Joyce in the series, she's absolutely amazing in it. I love the 80's vibe of it all and looked at some of the cast's older pictures out of curiosity - here's what came out of my little stalking session. Not where I want to be, I don't think you can tell it's her, but hey - also had some fun with the Stranger Things font as you can see!

Hey guys! It’s been a few weeks since I uploaded, but I’m finally done with my summer job so I took some time to finish this little guy. This is the 5th entry as part my Spirit Project - I try to model a spirit from The Legend of Korra every week (ahem ahem) or so this summer. This one can be found in the Art Book for the third season I believe, I don’t have it with me at the moment. So here’s a little four-legged catfish / armadillo leaf spirit! I definitely had more fun rendering this time, I ended up with a result I was happy with quite quickly, and I like how the eyes look !  Hope you like it !

Finally uploading something, yay me! Here’s the fourth entry (after three weeks of nothing, my bad) for my Spirit Project, where I set myself a goal to model/texture/render one spirit from The Legend of Korra every week this summer!  This week we have some rock spirits, I really liked them, although I played around with the original designs just a little (using “The Art of The Legend of Korra” as a reference). I also used another renderer this time, I quite like the results! Hope you like it!
