All of my prompt posts are tagged with #writing prompt, reblogs of cool people building on my prompts with #prompt addition, and the rest are tagged with #wip's tips for organization purposes :D
My main is @wiploww , so if you get a like or reblog from them, it's actually me :D
I usually post around 12am EST so probably don't turn on notifs if you're in my time zone and you go to sleep at a good time
Not too long ago (SCRATCH THAT IT'S BEEN OVER 100 200 DAYSππ), I decided to challenge myself to write one writing prompt (without reusing my old ideas) per day, which is why I started this blog!
The plaque says that the legendary sword will be useless unless its first kill is an innocent. It's a way to be sure that it user knows what is to come.
Through your entire journey, you never felt a stronger urge to turn back.
The crystal clear river was so transparent that you could barely see its current. It looked almost like an invisible force rolling pebbles along the riverbed.
You've never been a fan of that series, but it's hung up in the meticulous (and frankly overthought) way you like to hang your posters.
Either someone broke into your room, studied your technique, and found your blue tack just to hang up a poster for a show you don't watch, or you did watch it, but the entire show's been scrubbed clean from your mind.
"I know this sounds crazy, but we're in another world. Cover for us out there, mkay?"
You discovered that portal with them. You were supposed to be the first to step inside. Now if you follow them in, they'll freak out that you're not picking up after their mess.
At the start of the time loop, someone caught your eye. Since then, you've been madly in love in them.
As days repeat, you're able to learn more about them, get close with them, but not once have said they love you back. And the next day, it was back to square one. You were strangers once again.
If they're what caused the time loop, you know how to get out of it. But is getting out of it worth giving up on them?
Here's the thing, unless you get stupid lucky, timeloops take a long time. (And if you do get stupid lucky, its actually MORE frustrating, because you dont even know why what you did worked.)
You're gonna be in that day (or week) for years. It's weird if you DONT fall in love with someone. You gotta take some leisure days to fall in love, otherwise you'll just get stressed from being overworked.

What happened to your sense of urgency? Your fear?
When all of this started, everything made you jump. Now, staring death in the eyes, you should be shaking, scared, but it's like you grew used to this.
How is this week not over yet? You could swear it's been more than 7 days.
How many Mondays were in this week? How many June 7ths? Time is clearly passing and people remember previous days, but it's like everyone's in a one week time loop and nobody's noticed they never made it to June 8th.
That's it. Case closed. The murderer is behind bars.
But you know that's not true.
You know who they are β they even confessed while you weren't recording β but you have nothing on them.
Now that the case is officially closed, you could get yourself in some serious trouble by staying involved, but you have to. You have to catch them slipping somehow.
