Yeah you could make this card in Magic, but it would be like a two mana Food Artifact Creature with the ability to sacrifice itself for you to gain 3 life. In Yugioh it's a 6 star Warrior monster you ritual summon using a whole nother card

Is it good? Fuck no, but it has presence

They added support cards for it a few years ago so now you can build a deck around it where the theme is turning your opponent's monsters into food.
