If you enjoy having sex, want to have sex, get off to the thought of having sex…then you’re not asexual! You are a person with a sexual libido. Asexuality is the absence of feeling strong sexual arousal to the point you seek sex OR pleasurable stimulus from sex. Most people feel sexual attraction to people because that’s usually how sex works? It doesn’t matter if it’s a specific person, sex literally takes atleast two people to even happen as an activity. It doesn’t have to be towards a specific person. A desire for that is libido.
If this is the case it would make more sense to put yourself on a spectrum of sexual attraction, not a lack of it.

why is it that so called sex positive aces seem to be more likely than the general population to be into extreme, often abusive kink? like whenever i come across horny people on twitter who are way too proud to be "problematic" nine times out of ten they have ace in their bio its so jarring.

1. Person X has never wanted to have sex nor gets turned on by it, but still has it regularly with another person
2. Person Y never has had sex and neither has the intent to but sometimes feels the urge to have it with someone
1 might be asexual but if so, they’re being exploited or forcing themself into something they don’t want. 2 feels sexual attraction so they’re not ace.
