It is a difficult one, as you get scripts where women are just objects. If a role has been too one-dimensional I have turned it down. I still try to be a feminist in some tiny way. There is more for women in terms of character roles now. Judi Dench and Maggie Smith have constantly changed over the years and challenged themselves with different roles. That’s impressive.

EYYYYY so i figured i should give yall an update, though everyone in college rn is probably in the same situation -- activity will be VERY SPARSE over the next week or 2 due to the last week of classes and finals assignments. i usually use rp as a fun, stress-free sort of outlet for things i love -- but since finals week involves such an excess of writing, essay wise and such, my outlet has been personal illustration. as an art students i have to go through art foundations ( described in the past as: art hell, art bootcamp, the ‘i-have-never-hated-art-this-much-before’ year ) which means i get to do very little by way of personal art.

SO i’ll be posting some art on my personal over here in the meantime and i’ll be posting up new stuff on my society6 AND hopefully setting up an official commissions post
