Interview from the Sunday Times with Pernille Harder
Lara: can be done like that 🙈🔥
Lara: I’ve heard that you wanted it exactly like that @liawaelti 😂
Lia: Exactly like that 🤫🤣
Jill Roord has a small problem.....Translated from dutch to english (turn cc on)

Hvorfor er det mere accepteret at være homoseksuel i kvindefodbold end hos mændene, og hvilke reaktioner fik Pernille Harder og hendes svenske kæreste efter det berømte kys i Paris sidste sommer? Det kan du høre mere om i denne udsendelse. AF KENNETH HANSEN Udsendelsen i denne artikel er sponsore
Here is my translation of the Mediano podcast with Pernille! She talks about a few different topics, like coming out to her family and friends, realizing she wasn’t straight after moving to Sweden, how her mother claimed that she already knew she gay, what it would take to have an openly gay male football player, what people are expecting from her now that she’s always labelled as the most expensive football player, and the development of women’s football and the Danish women’s national team.
It’s kind of in the second half of the interview that they start to talk about coming out and LGBTQ+ stuff, I’ve added a line of *’s if you want to find it quicker, just scroll down a bit. I ended up translating the whole podcast so it’s very long. I’ve also added time stamps whenever someone starts talking if you want to go and find that part in the audio player.
As always when I translate things from Danish, I want to give a huge shout out to my Danish friend for helping me translate the things that I couldn’t translate myself 😘🤩
😊

Hey thank you for that translation! I enjoyed it a lot and thought about dropping some positive feedback here 'cause i know that stuff takes a lot of time . It was very well done and i really enjoy having some translated Merel because in english she has little stuff and in spanish it always seems like she says half of what she wants to say. So one last time: thank you! And anything you would like to translate from her, be sure that i'll appreciate it ❤️
Aww thank you very much anon!! I really appreciate that.
Yeah I don’t think there is a lot of her in english and well I don’t really know or understand the stuff she does in Spanish. But I can tell you that she always talks with a lot of humour in dutch which you can’t really translate to english.
I’ll try to keep an eye out for new and interesting content to translate but if there’s something that I missed or something from some time ago you would like to have translated just let me know and then we see what we can do😊
Here is a podcast interview (de Lesbische Liga) Merel van Dongen did a few weeks ago. I translated it ans added subs so just put them on. If you have questions, if something is not clear or if there are mistakes or something else let me know.
Enjoy!
Verdens dyreste fodboldspiller Pernille Harder svarer på - næsten - alt. Hvordan er det at spille på hold med sin kæreste? Hvorfor knæler holdet mod Bosnien? Og hvordan bliver man i grunden så god til fodbold som Pernille? Tak for alle spørgsmål! ...
Alright guys! Here is the translation of the podcast Pernille just did, where she talks about living and playing (or working) with Magda again, her first time in Chelsea, having children, her thoughts on retirement and where she will settle down to live and a bunch of other stuff.
Shout out to my Danish friend who always pulls through and proof reads my translations 🥰
I’ve added some time stamps here and there, but I was not consistent at all lol. Like I said before, I didn’t translate the whole thing, but I chose to add short summaries of the things that I didn’t translate because they were things that she’s talked about many times before.
At some points, the interviewer mentioned the names of the people that asked the questions, so instead of writing their names I just wrote ‘X’.

She couldn‘t have said it any better!
Here is the translated interview with Magda where she discusses stuff like why Pernille doesn’t want to play tennis with her 😂👌🏼
I have added the translation to the mini-documentary about Pernille’s move to Chelsea 😊
Det är en dröm som går i uppfyllelse när de återförenas i samma klubb. Samtidigt så ska Magdalena Eriksson, 26, nu hantera en helt ny situation som lagkapten i Chelsea. – Jag tror att jag kommer vara hårdare mot henne än de andra, säger Eriksson som är i ett förhållande med klubbens stora nyförvärv danskan Pernille Harder, 27.

It’s a dream come true when they reunite in the same club. At the same time, Magdalena Eriksson (26) now has to deal with a completely new situation as team captain in Chelsea. “I think I’m going to be harder on her than the others”, says Eriksson, who is in a relationship with the club’s huge new transfer, Danish Pernille Harder (27).

Hi, thanks for translating the part of Kellerman's interview about Pernille. Would you mind translating the next part too? He mentions a crucial point and now I want to know what that is, even if it has nothing to do with Pernille. Lol. Thanks!
Here you go! The translation of the part after the Pernille part:
What would that be (which crucial point)?
It will happen that in the quarter-finals of the women’s Champions League almost the same teams will play as in the men‘s, but I have emphasized that for a long time. If clubs like Real Madrid, Barcelona, FC Chelsea or Bayern Munich don't do a lot wrong, they will dominate the Champions League in the near future. We will certainly not give up without a fight. But we are realistic enough to know that it will be a huge challenge to continue playing among those big clubs for as long as possible. Fortunately, due to our success in the past eight years and the continuity that we have in the club, we have built up a certain standing that many players appreciate.
