The streets looked porcelain, delicate and white. It was snowing this Sunday night. School would be tomorrow but he didnāt care. He didnāt have school anymore and even if he did he wouldnāt attend. Tonight was a special night. Tonight was the first snow of the year. Frank glanced out the window, a small smile slowly etching its way onto his features. His head was filled with wondrous thoughts as he leaned in close to the window, placing a hand onto the glass. It was cold, of course, it would be. It was nice to feel something so cold beneath his heated palm. The night was cold, sure, but the Sunday night air quickly lost against this specific window.
God, he was such a loser for focusing so much on the window.
But it was nice, it really was.
The person next to him stirred, reaching across the mattress for him. He let go of the window before he scooted closer, letting their hand land on his lap. His eyes were drawn from the windowpane to his lovely partner, (Y/n) (L/n).
āHey,ā He whispered to them. He moved a hand to cup their cheek, his small smile widened further as an eye opened up. He knocked on their head lightly.
āKnock knock, little (L/n),ā He whispered softly. (Y/n) let loose a small chuckle and knocked his hand off their forehead, gently holding it against the pillow.
āCanāt come to the door right now, Iām too busy....ā They grew quiet in thought for a second before finally thinking of a punchline, āreorganizing my boyfriend's murder mementos that he refuses to admit are fucking weird,ā they finished. Their smile was huge now, eyes still drooped as they watched for his reaction. He frowned and lightly smacked their cheek.
āI do say good mx, those are kept in good favor for the economy,ā He faked a British accent, a joyous laugh fluttering from his mouth. He paid no mind to the loud bang on the other side of the wall. Joey was always a light sleeper.
āDidnāt you fail economics?ā They smirked. Frank gasped before quickly moving over to straddle them. Theyāve done it now.
āI say I am greatly offended by your remark! We shall duel!ā He rubbed his hands before quickly lowering them to his partner. They gasped before trying to push him away. They were no match for his tickles and his murderous strength. Heās a murderer for christ's sake you think any normal person could win? (Y/n) shouldāve probably taken up weight lifting and wrestling before dating him but Frank couldnāt express how grateful he was that they didnāt. He liked it, being physically stronger than someone. Being able to easily dominate someone if he so willed, he wouldnāt do anything his significant other wouldnāt like but he did have his fantasies. They havenāt even done anything like that yet but a man could dream.
āStop! Stop!ā (Y/n) yelled between breathy laughs. And he did. Frank easily stopped. He smiled brightly at (Y/n) as they caught their breath. They stared at each other in mutual love. His heart nearly fluttered out of his chest when she grabbed at one of his hands, the smile never left her face but he admired it all the same.
āI love you,ā She whispered.
āI love you too,ā He whispered back.
