She sighed, all she'd been looking for was a place quiet from all the fighting in the world. She could hear it all and Tony really had believed it was for sale. "I'm Kara Stark, or some know me as Kara Zor-el the last daughter of Krypton."

Kara closed her eyes for a moment finding that there wasn't anyone else on the island. "So you're here by yourself? Maybe this can work for me after all. You've heard of the story of Atlas, right? His expression made her brow furrow. "I've been holding the world upon my shoulders since beings from other worlds have started to come and try to destroy mankind. I, needed a break. I needed a place to rest and this was what my father could do for me. Buy me an island. Till everything gets straightened out, do you mind if I stay here?"

There was a long, long moment of silence upon hearing such a deceleration. After all who would believe all that when Ares himself has no way of telling lies from fiction. To be fooled easily by mortals is what gods be doing. and yet, Ares has no idea of the world outside of this island. Not since his own self exile into it.

"I am not the god of lies, nor of trickery. So I cannot tell if you simply lie."

"But....I care not what you do with the island. I can....simply find another. or battle these world ending monsters you speak of. A good fight...should do the trick."

Seeing no reason to be boisterous or loud like his father, Ares current mood is rather subdued for someone who was labelled the god of war by others. Is the god of war and brutality...

Still, hiding in a island all for himself in the modern era where gods were not needed, is something that kept him somewhat sane, and far far away from the other wars. Something about his very presence inciting only violence.
