Sometimes Red Hood does some work for Batman
BROOOOO LIKE THATS BESTIE!!!!!!!!
she will forever and always look up 2 him no matter what.
Nobody appreciates her comedic genius </3
He was so done after all that bullshit 😭. God, I love sassy pre-crisis Bruce.

Careful Bruce! You’ll claw his eye out…
I love Clark in BVS so much but “you shouldn’t brand pedophiles and human traffickers, it’s wrong” was kind of a hot take for Gotham
A rewrite of that gala scene:
“Mr. Wayne, Clark Kent for the Daily Planet. Don’t you think it’s wrong that Batman is branding pedophiles and human traffickers who later get killed in prison?”
Bruce: “my comment is lmao” *downs entire drink*
SON OF SUN AND KNIGHT OF NIGHT (2016) directed by Zack Snyder | written by Chris Terrio & David S. Goyer ››› Ben Affleck as Bruce Wayne / The Batman ››› Henry Cavill as Clark Kent / Superman
the layers to this diss just get me sometime. the layers!!
Bruce is straight up calling Superman a freak, on the record, to a Metropolis reporter. Metropolis, AKA Superman’s city.
And not just a freak! A freak dressed like a clown
He’s also clearly calling Superman a clown
He’s also drawing the obvious connection between Gotham’s most famous freakish clown (Joker) and Superman BUT
He’s also implying that Gotham City has a particular aversion to freakish clowns, i.e., also implying (since Metropolis is mentioned right before this) that Metropolis doesn’t, or at least doesn’t take them as seriously as they should
IN OTHER WORDS, not only do you, Clark Kent of Metropolis stan a hero who 1) dresses like a clown 2) is a freak 3) reminds me of Joker, your whimp-ass little town doesn’t even know what it’s talking about when it comes to freaks dressed like clowns
GOTHAM KNOWS CLOWNS WHEN IT SEES THEM
Superman is a clown, according to Bruce Wayne, one of the most famous Gothamites of all time
AND HE IS SAYING THIS DIRECTLY TO SUPERMAN’S FACE
HE IS CALLING SUPERMAN A WEAK ASS KNOCKOFF FREAK CLOWN THAT WISHES IT WAS AS BAD AS JOKER DIRECTLY TO SUPERMAN’S FACE
Batman: A Celebration of 75 Years: "The Origin Of The Superman-Batman Team"
Robin jumping to the first "Hey, maybe Superman is being controlled" is funny.

do they call him dick cause he’s always riding
I think an interesting characterization of batman in regards to how annoyed he is when pulled out of gotham for justice league business is that he feels redundant, particularly n battle. he understands his worth as a strategist and someone who knows how to keep an organization running but in his mind that all could be an email and in battle there’s nothing he could do that some other hero couldn’t and, frankly, probably better. He is aware that in a super fight he is Just A Guy. while as in gotham there’s five seperate murder investigations happening right now that he IS irreplaceable in solving. this way it isn’t about superiority or surliness it’s about what he thinks is effective use of resources
Bruce "I apologize for taking so long to analyze the autopsy of your brother's dead body, Its just that my superpowered friends wanted the pleasure of my company while they battled Deus-ex-machina number 7" Wayne
characters who get the "i can fix him" urge not because theyre a saint who loves everyone inherently but because they think "if i can prove there's good in everyone, maybe i can start feeling like i'm worthy or being seen as good too."
