BACKGROUND
wren was born and raised in woodcrest and they had a fairly average life. a loving family, a good amount of friends, fairly good marks in school, and lots of support from both family and friends - something they post about every once in a while on their instagram in long captions punctuated with things like #blessed, #grateful, and #my_charming_life - the latter being the tag they use to document and categorize personal moments amidst the sea of posed pictures, sponsored posts, and delicious food that makes up their feed. normally this is the kind of person you'd expect to be fake behind that candy-shell of positivity, but all of wren's friends know that this is pretty much just what they're like. and anyway, their social media is more geared towards food. cooking and baking has always been wren's passion, to the detriment of almost everything else. it started out as a hobby and then morphed into an independent catering company (wren is particularly known in woodcrest for their birthday cupcakes and the stuffed figs they once made for a catered PTA meeting in 2017), and then a couple years ago it morphed into its current iteration of social media presence.
wren is currently a small-scale influencer who is, in their opinion, 'just on the cusp of fame'. they're not big enough to have a reason to leave woodcrest just yet, but between the work that catering demands and the work of being an influencer, wren's interpersonal connections have started to fray just a bit.
