SO A LOT HAS HAPPENED IN THE MONTH + I’VE BEEN GONE!

For one I now have 2 part time jobs, one at my college that ends in November and a donut place that should last a little longer than that. Second, I’ve started counseling on how to adult cause I’m that bad. Third, final semester starts next week. Fourth, I have reorganized so this is my hub blog for possible blogs and my Ratchet and Clank OC has been moved to a side blog. Same URL and I have a couple threads archived here if said people want to continue.

I have finances which has been the big thing for me settled for the the foreseeable future. And since both jobs have a set schedules I should be on more. Plus my drive to write has been getting bigger and bigger each day. I’M READY TO ROCK AND ROLL!

“I still remember everything so clearly.”

She couldn’t give me much detail as she only heard through the radio that some piece of equipment malfunctioned. Sending a handful of miners to the hospital, and among them one child. But she took Stella, swearing that she’ll watch her and urged me to fly to the hospital. Almost crashed into another ship on the way.

My scream brought hospital security and several nurses. I didn’t know what else to do. My husband covered in our son’s blood, my little baby barely breathing with Zoni knows what’d under that bandage. The nurses tried their best to keep me calm. Didn’t do much good until they took him for emergency operation. Then it was just me and Vren sick with worry for 10 hours. I forgot how many times I threw up waiting for any news.

Once they brought him back out it would have taken the death of the universe to take me from his side. Nothing registered but a few words here and there. Mostly how the shock put him into a coma. I didn’t even realize Vren left a few times to check on Stella. I thank my friend to this day for taking care of her.

2 weeks later is when he finally woke up. By then the doctors had talked to us about him being permanently mute, even the possibility of breathing issues since they had to do serious work on his windpipe. All I cared about is that my baby is alive, and still is to this day. While I still miss his voice on rare occasions it hasn’t stopped him.

At the mention of the unusual amount of traffic, and said area that was blocked off piqued the albino’s curious nature. The last time he attended any kind of party was quite some time ago with his occasional employer. As for the other’s follow up question and he typed out a quick response on his datapad.

“-I can understand it. Just speaking is a bit difficult for me.-”

“Hey, you’re good! I can read so I think we’ll get by just fine,” he gave the other a reassured smile before focusing back to the crowd. “Last time I saw a crowd this large was my last movie screening,” he laughed brushing it off as a “humble” gesture. This area was not well known for its major films rather it’s more avant garde crowd than mainstream media. The quiet of adoring fans not being close by was a little unusual for him.

He stared curiously at the other talking about holo-films. He himself hadn’t really kept up with the certain entertainment format. Being stuck in transit a lot of his time so the radio was his only distraction. But he still listened and looked back to the gathering crowd, an idea popping into his head. Quickly typing onto his data pad and tapping the other on his shoulder.

“-How about we check it out! I don’t have anything better to do.-” Pointing to the growing crowd with a beaming smile.

“This has been happening a lot, I don’t think there is much juice on the crystal left” And without another warning *POP* The sound of the crystal in the back Burst causing a power outage at the club. A collection of “Aww’s” and “What happened” Filled the club. “It’s fine everyone!” Musella yelled out. “It’s just a power outage.” even in the dark you could see musella’s glow dim in anger. “Im sorry to say that the club is closed till further notice. Please meet up with the bouncer to get your free re-passage ticket in for when the club re-opens.” Everyone in the club began to walk out saying that they were a bit sad that the power outage happened. Musella walked to the back of the club followed by the lombax.  She opened up the generator to receive nothing bug smog in her face. *COUGH COUGH* Okay im gonna need a new crystal *Cough COUGH* Musella looked over at the lombax with a smog filled smile, “Care to join me?”

He nodded with a smile and easily hopped out the counter to join the android once his eyes adjusted to the darkness. She was right about the crystal being busted into pieces. Only issue was that these crystals were not the easiest to get a hold of. Even with the right resources.

“Any idea on how to get a new one?” Ronny typed on his datapad.

“Smooth.” he typed. Doing the hand sign for “thank you” automatically. He counted his lucky stars that he manged to find a more or less quiet place to relax.

Musella twirled the glass around her finger and started filling it up with the smoothest drink they had on taps. “One Moonberry twist on the rocks coming right up” Musella filled the glass up and placed it on the coaster, she slid the glass over to him with another smile. “enjoy! and if you need anything else do let me know” Musella said before attending to another customer

He happily accepted the glass, raising it in the classic motion of “cheers”. Though his enjoyment was interrupted by the everything in the bar flickering off and on. The sweet burn of the drink would have to be saved for another night as he tried to flag the bartender back.

A slight shiver traveled his body as he welcomed the warmth of the club compared to the cold night outside. Taking the seat that had just opened up at the bar and pulling out his datapad. A moment to type out a question on the device before flagging the bartender down.

“What do you have on tap?”

Musella leaned over to read. “Well that depends, are we looking for something smooth, though or clean?” she smiled over at the lombax before reaching underneath the case to grab a glass.

“Smooth.” he typed. Doing the hand sign for “thank you” automatically. He counted his lucky stars that he manged to find a more or less quiet place to relax.
