Summary: Fred takes Harpy to his Mansion deep into Omis backyard, to take care of her stage one frostbite.
Warnings: Descriptions of Frostbite, Fred Weasley (i always give the Weasley twins a warning baha)
Words: 1,223
Fred watched the doctor wrap the woman he helped in a thick blanket from the back of the couch and watched him place a cloth on her head. She was asleep but still trembling from the cold. He had no idea why the woman even tried to take down his old boss, let alone by herself! That was reckless and dangerous. And even though she didnt even come close to suceeding it took balls, and that alone impressed him. He had to figure out who this woman was and why on earth she decided to take on the crazed iceman herself.
Fred took a sip of his drink, listening to the doctors instructions and nodding.
"Thanks, doc. Any idea who she is?" He questioned.
The doctor picked up her black jacket and backpack and examined them, being careful not to touch anything that might look dangerous.
"I'm not sure, maybe she's a new vigilante with a vendetta…" the doctor looked at Fred.
"Just like you, Mr. Weasley." Fred looked from her jacket to her.
"Thank you for your help, doc. I got it from here." Fred says. the doctor bid him goodnight and left.
Fred went over to the wall to turn the knob up on the thermostat took one last look at the woman on his couch and went to bed.
Mauve started to stir but didnt open her eyes. She pulled the blanket closer around her, it was warm and cosy…and not hers. She opened her eyes everything was sort of blurry so she rubbed her face and a washcloth fell in her lap. It was cold she used it to wipe her face. Then she felt relaxed the clothes she was in were not hers. They were the softest fabric she ever felt. Unwrapping the blanket she looked down the pj's were silver embroidered with a G.W. Her eyes went wide she knew these Pj's she smelled them and they brought a smile to her face.
They smelled like Gin. She looked around at her surroundings. Large brick interior with intricate furnishings yet everything felt warm despite how big this room was. Mauve turned around and saw a fireplace with a crest above it. It was beautiful she never saw it before. Mauve got curious slipped on the slippers left by the couch and started to wander around this grandeous mansion. With high wood ceilings and Mitch matched bricks, she wandred into a room filled with a various collection of all sorts of knicknacks and things. She smiled at some of the trinkets in there.
Then she found another room filled with portraits of various people that all had the same red hair. She picked up a specific picture on a desk. Staring up at her through the frame was Gin her long red hair cascaded down her face. Her smile bright and warm as she held the soccer ball in her hand. She had this exact same picture in a box at her house labelled "College Days." Mauve looked around for more pictures of Gin. She found many many more of her when she was a child surrounded by her family or her herself. Mauve started to put the pieces together.
This was her home, where she grew up. Mauve smiled. She knew Ginny Weasley but she didn't know she came from a place like this. She knew she had a big family and was the only girl in her family. But this was all very confusing. How did she even end up in her late girlfriends childhood home?
"Oi, there you are." Mauve turned around to a man in the doorway holding a mug.
Mauve looked at him skeptically. "who are you?"
"You first." Fred told.
Mauve scoffed. "Why should i tell you my name first hmm?"
"Your a stranger in my house…" Fred answered taking a sip from his mug.
Mauve raised her brow. "Do you often bring strangers to your house?"
Fred smirked. "Only ones I wanna have a good night with."
Mauve's eyes widened and took a step back. "that's not happening."
Fred took another sip. Mauve sighed and gave in. "I'm Mauve."
Fred looked at her curiously.
"Mauve?" He told.
"That's right."
Fred stared at her his eyes going wide, was this really?
"Did you go to Lancer University perhaps?"
Mauve froze.
"Y-yes…I did." She whispered.
Fred dropped his mug on the floor, ignoring the broken shards and running off in the opposite direction. "Wait here!!" he screamed.
Mauve put the picture of Gin down that she was holding and stood dumbfounded, pulling the blanket tighter around her. It was green with yellow embroidery of a W on it the same W on her pj's.
He came back breathing heavily holding a picture in his hand. She took it from him.
"Is this you?!" Mauve took the picture from him. She stared at it and moved her fingers gently across the picture. It was her and Gin when she was ten years younger in college at winter formal. Gin was kissing her cheek in the photo. Mauve smiled.
"I remember this Gin and I got really drunk that night and lost our shoes." Mauve told.
"You dated my sister at Uni she'd call me and George all the time and talked about you and her adventure for hours!"
Mauve's mouth dropped.
"I didn't know Gin came from a place like this!" Mauve gestured from all around.
Fred's smile wayned.
"Yeah Ginny was always like that, she wanted people to know her for herself and not who her family was."
"I was the opposite, but i get why she did it."
Mauve looked at Fred skeptically again. Then started to put the pices together. Big old house, furnishings, and the crest on the mantle. Her breath caught in her throat.
"Yes, that's my family…or was…" Fred looked to the floor.
"I'm sorry…I went to pay my respects to Gin. I heard what happened."
The two stood in silence for a moment. Before Mauve spoke.
"So Fred…how did I end up here? Last I remember was Dr. Artic cackling and the sound of an ambulance."
"Let's chat over some food yea?"
Mauve and Fred talked about the past 24 hours and about more of her and Ginny's college shenanigans. The conversation went quiet there was one more thing Fred wondred about Mauve.
"Are you insane?" Fred asked.
Mauve chuckled. "probably…I used to be a sidekick…do you remember vulture?"
Fred nodded. "Birdie?! That was you?!" Mauve nodded.
"What happend?"
Mauve looked at the table then at Fred.
"I killed him…" she deadpanned.
"H-He lied, and should not have gotten away with his heinous crimes…so I ended it. One less evil in this city. That's why i went after Artic. None of them should get away, they should all pay." Mauve spoke through gritted teeth.
Fred saw the determination, heard the deadly tone of Mauve's voice, and above all he agreed with her. Why should they go scotch free? It wasnt fair and something should be done about it.
Fred folded his arms together on the dinning room table taking a deep sigh.
"Wanna work together and get rid of them all…" Fred told.
"I have resources as the last living heir to the Weasley Estate, that can rise you to whatever power you want." Fred explained.
Mauve sat back in her chair and folded her arms.
"What's in it for you?"
"Revenge on the git who ruined my life and I can help you get back at your arch enemy too."
"I was the fire sidekick to Dr. Artic, eons ago."
Mauve looked at Fred in a new light right now.
"You were Pyro…" Fred looked at Mauve.
Mauve was weighing the pros of having Fred Weasley as a partner and she'd be nuts to not take the deal. She knew him under a different alias but she wondered what potential he had now with all the anger he harbored. Yes…this would be an investment into her long game. She held out her hand to Fred.
"I prefer Harpy."
Fred smiled grabbing her hand and shaking it.
"Hellfire."
Harpy and Hellfire made each other better as they worked together to bring Omis City underworld to its knees. Together they built a reputation as the deadly assassins. If one was around lurking the other wasnt far behind. They became any kind of villian's worst nightmare. Blending their skills and crazy dynamic together. They became unstoppable and were quickly rising the ranks carving their own place in Omis one kill at a time.
Relationship: Lloyd Hansen (le grand homme) x female!reader (coquinette)
Words: ~2k
Summary: you don’t like when Lloyd leaves you alone…
Warnings: explicit language, explicit sexual content (m and f receiving oral sex, public sex, public nudity, multiple orgasms), mention of crime, Bobby and Kitten cameo, SMUT!!
A/N: Did you miss these two as much as I did?
I am no longer doing taglists so if you want to stay up to date on my fics follow my sideblog, @the-iceni-library , and turn on notifications!
Lloyd groaned when you came around his tongue for what must have been the third time, rubbing his face against your pussy and grinning as he slurped up the sweet juices that were gushing out of you. The lower half of his face was soaked, but that was exactly what he wanted. Hopefully your scent would stay on his skin all through the damn meeting he had to go to.
“Ah shit!” He had lost track of time, catching a view of the clock over your heaving breasts and rising from between your thighs with a snarl. “Damn Newark meeting. Ma coquette, I have to go.”
The only answer you could give him was a pathetic whimper, your naked body trembling on the chaise as your system struggled to recover from the incredible pleasure he had wrung out of you. Damn if the sight didn’t make him want to blow off his job, but August and Nick were already grumbling about him missing three other meetings over the past month due to his need to help you “settle in” to your new life at his estate and penthouse. Your eyes fluttered when he kissed your cheek before rising to his feet, the way you murmured under your breath in French and stretched your body before rolling onto your side making it even harder for him to leave.
“No one goes in while I’m gone,” Lloyd ran a hand through his hair when he stepped into the hall and closed the door behind him, scowling at Baizen when it seemed like he wasn’t paying attention. “That includes you. I hear anyone disturbed her and they’ll have to answer to me.”
He waited for the dumbass to nod before striding off. Sometimes he really wished they could clone the giant, Everett, because every fucking other idiot that worked for them seemed to barely know how to do their damn job. His mood was hardly better by the time he stormed into the meeting room, fighting the urge to flip August off when the huge bastard gave him a smug grin, as if to give condescending approval for Lloyd actually showing up to a meeting. This had better be short. At least he knew this woman was a professional, though her partner looked remarkably aggressive for a meeting.
All the news was good news. The incursions they had been making into the opposition’s business had been going well, with territories gained all over the tri-state area. Lloyd managed to focus once they got into the details of planning their next assault, eager to encroach further onto the old men’s operations. There was some kind of commotion in the hall, but none of them worried about it. At least not until the doors burst open and you stumbled in.
You were still completely naked except for the sapphire choker Lloyd had given you that morning. Poor Baizen was trailing after you and holding out a blanket, his eyes full of pleading for you to cover yourself even as he did his best not to actually look at your nude body. As soon as he realized it was you he straightened up in his seat, a low chuckle full of affection rumbling through his chest when you zeroed in on him immediately and pouted. Every single eye fixed on him when you started strutting towards him. He could feel the annoyance radiating off of August and the bemusement coming from Nick.
“Mon loup…” when you reached him you flounced down on his lap with a small huff, nibbling on his ear and playing with the collar of his shirt as you ignored everyone else. “You left me all alone…”
“I’m so sorry, amour,” this time he did flip August off when he heard the man clear his throat in irritation. “I have to be at this meeting, ma petite chatte. These nice people I work with need my advice.”
The partner of the woman they’d been organizing with snorted at that, and Lloyd found himself growing even more fond of her when she elbowed the man in the gut before smiling warmly at you and him. Sure, she looked a little bit unhinged, but Lloyd decided he liked that about her. He also liked the way she introduced herself and her partner to you like you were just as important as the other men in the room, though he gave a snort of his own that a man who looked so goddamn lethal was named “Bobby”.
You just gave the strangers a curious look before turning back to Lloyd, whining as you pressed soft kisses all along the length of his jaw. All you cared about right now was getting your much needed attention from your man, your brain still fuzzy from all the orgasms he had given you.
“But you didn’t even let me take care of you, Daddy,” you giggled when he growled at the pet name, thoroughly enjoying how much he seemed to give into your desires ever since you had first started calling him that. “Makes me feel so bad when I don’t get to take care of you…”
“Coquine…” Lloyd groaned when your hand that wasn’t toying with his collar slipped between the two of you and squeezed his growing bulge. “How the fuck am I supposed to say no to you, you little minx…”
Lloyd glanced around the conference table as you continued to squirm in his lap, though he didn’t really know why, he was going to do whatever he wanted anyway. He ignored August’s glower and gave the man a cocky wink, focusing on you once more as Nick began going over the fine details of their upcoming assault.
“Go on, ma douce,” Lloyd peppered soft kisses all over your cheeks and nose, biting your bottom lip with a playful growl when you started to undo his belt. “Such a good girl, you always take such good care of me, amour.”
“Thank you, Daddy,” you giggled when he licked the indents his teeth had left in your lip, giving him a quick peck before sliding to the floor between his spread legs as you dragged down his zipper, humming to yourself as you drew him out of his pants.
The sound of the meeting faded away as you focused on your task. You gripping the base of his shaft in one hand as you used the other to trace every inch of him, a single, manicured finger dragging over each ridge and vein with reverent affection. He was so heavy and warm. You couldn’t resist rubbing his tip all over your cheeks and chin as you lost yourself in his masculine scent. When you finally flicked your tongue out to taste him you heard him hiss, smiling and gazing up at him through your lashes before wrapping your lips around his tip and sucking gently, your eyes fluttering as the distinct taste of him filled your mouth.
You decided you want to see if you could pull all of his focus back to you. After weeks of being with him constantly you had been spoiled to expect his constant attention, and the fact that you were not receiving it now was making you feel cranky. So you concentrated your oral ministrations on his sensitive head, knowing how quickly he gave into his baser instincts when you stimulated him so directly. Your lips quirked in a smile around him when you saw the muscles of abdomen twitch, making sure your expression was appropriately innocent when he gave you an inquisitive glance before trying to contribute to the meeting again.
But you couldn’t have that. You vibrated the head of his cock with a needy whine, one of your hands stroking his length while your other reached lower to fondle his heavy balls. There was a thump on the table above your head and you knew it was Lloyd’s fist. Your man couldn’t control himself when you tongued his slit and played with his sac at the same time, a fact that was giving you no small measure of satisfaction at the moment. A thin dribble of precum leaked from his slit and your eyes rolled back in your head, your lips tightening around his tip in an effort to draw out even more of his pleasure.
When you heard him groan you redoubled your efforts, dragging the tip of your tongue along his frenulum a few times before swallowing him to the root. The sensation of his cock sliding down your throat and you gently tugging on his balls did it for Lloyd’s control, his hand finding the back of your head as he leaned back in his seat to watch you fuck your own face on his cock. He couldn’t give a single fuck about the meeting when he got a look at you, so goddamn pretty with your lips stretched obscenely wide and your eyes glazed over making him twitch against your tongue. Goddamn, you were so fucking perfect.
“That’s it, ma bonne petite fille,” Lloyd stopped caring about the meeting entirely when you gently scraped your teeth along his shaft, hissing through his teeth and planting his feet firmly on the floor on either side of your body as he gazed at you with pure passion. “Daddy’s gonna take over, hold on.”
You whimpered at the first snap of his hips against your face, flattening your tongue and breathing through your nose as you kept your eyes fixed on his. They were bright and eager, full of preening satisfaction at finally being the center of his attention again. Drool started to leak from the corners of your mouth with each plunge of his cock down your gullet, your saliva mixing with his precum to create a sticky, pearly mess that dripped down your chin and onto your tits. Lloyd couldn’t get enough of the sight of you, vowing to buy you another sparkly something as you swallowed around the head of his dick and pressed your thumb against his perineum.
“Jesus fucking Christ!” He couldn’t contain his shout when he felt his balls pull tight, holding your head still as he ground against your face and pumped his cum down your eager throat. “That’s a good girl. Take it, ma coquinette.”
The way you refused to release him until you’d milked every single drop from his balls had his thick thighs shaking, his fist slamming into the table again when you swirled your tongue around his excessively sensitive tip over and over until he was almost in pain. “Greedy fucking girl,” it came out in a huff when you gave his softening length one final suckle before letting him slide from between your lips, collapsing back in his seat and chuckling warmly while you hummed to yourself and kissed along his happy trail.
“I don’t want to fucking hear it, Walker,” Lloyd didn’t even have to look at the man to know he was about to make some annoying comment, cupping your jaw in his hands after you tucked him back in and kissing every inch of your face and neck while you crawled back into his lap. Once you had settled he turned half his attention back to the meeting, one hand trailing over the bare expanse of your spine while he drummed the fingers of the other on the table. “The plans are fucking done, aren’t they? So quit being a bitch. Besides,” he kissed your temple when you tucked your face into his shoulder. “Don’t think I’ll be able to leave ma petite pute alone during meetings anymore.”
Pairing: Ariel!Laurie Laurence x black!princess!reader
A/n: it’s like my body knows when to wake up to get these finished and posted before the 24 hours is up lol. This is for @flashfictionfridayofficial for this week!! The concept of a dinglehopper always made more sense to me if Eric was black 🤷🏽♀️ Also as far as I know, you can still order these afro picks from the artist who makes them and honestly I’m gonna try and get one cuz they’re really freaking pretty 😭😭 Minors, ageless and blank blogs, and serial-likers dni
They didn’t deflate like he expected.
Laurie cautiously and curiously poked again at the poofy bubble on his shoulder, his cheeks unconsciously imitating the bloat. But unlike the pufferfish back home, the soft material held its shape.
These garments made no sense, but he could admit that he liked the look of himself in them. Whatever he wore on his new legs— a ‘pant’?— hugged them snugly like a second skin but at least they didn’t hinder his already graceless movements.
His greatest lament was his hair. It haloed his hair in sad spirals. He’d never seen it… dry before and defied physics in a way he couldn’t quite make gills or fins of. So he kind of just… left it alone. It curled, but not as much as yours did, yours were like perfect little springs that mixed and mingled until they formed a perfect storm cloud— fluffy and dark with moisture.
A knock came to the door of his borrowed room before your steward, Grimsby, peeked in. He relaxed as he looked Laurie up and down.
“Good. You look perfectly presentable to sup with the princess. Are you ready?”
The stupid ringlets on his head bobbed as he nodded over-eagerly.
Giddy and hating the fact he couldn’t speak to you, greet you properly, say your name, Laurie beamed at you like you hung every star in the sky as you sat at the prepared table he was escorted to.
“You look better; clean and rested. Do you feel well?” You asked, looking over him with concern. He grinned and nodded at you, mouthing ‘Yes, thank you’ clearly. Pleased, you returned the grin and nod. “Good. And hopefully now we will fill your belly.”
More humans came out of a side door, arranging shiny things next to a flat circle and— finally!!— Laurie saw something he recognized! They had provided him with a dinglehopper of his own! Oh, maybe he could do what you did to yours?
Thrilled, Laurie grabbed the dinglehopper and ran it through his hair, wincing when it tangled and breathing easy again when it righted itself. But Laurie’s eyes made the mistake of straying towards you, towards Grimsby. Each of your faces had different levels of shock and processing on them and with a tremble of his hands, Laurie gingerly loosed the dinglehopper from his hair and put it on the table.
Had he gotten something else wrong? Supposin’ so, as they were looking at him as if his tail and scales grew back (Laurie’d checked, y’know, just in case). This was embarrassing. This is how you had done your own; he had seen you running some dinglehopper-looking thing through your hair. Why did anyone ever leave home? Everyone should just stick to the rivers and the lakes that they’re used to.
You were still staring at him, eyes wide, and jaw slacked. After a few minutes, you frowned a touch and looked to Grimsby.
“Was our guest not provided every toiletry necessary to settle in?”
Grimsby stuttered. “I.. we tried, your highness but—.”
Your lips pursed the smallest bit, conveying disappointment so minutely that Grimsby clammed right up. And Laurie waited for the scolding, for the embarrassment, for the pity to turn his way. But your expression softened considerably when you faced Laurie again. Your lips curving delicately and invitingly.
“After dinner, I can help you with your hair. I’m sure the seawater and sand have damaged it, especially as we have no idea how long you were out there. I will help you condition it, how does that sound?”
Laurie’s lashes fluttered as he blinked rapidly, processing his pleasant surprise. Words he couldn’t say bubbled up in his useless tongue. But he swallowed them all and the lump of unease in his throat as he smiled. Relieved and expectant, he nodded.
(A servant brought him a second dinglehopper, replacing his first and he tried not to blush about his misstep.)
Dinner also wasn’t much like he had ever had before. There was green stuff, but it was not seaweed. There was meat, but no aquatic being Laurie recognized. But rolls?? Oh whatever those were, Laurie freaking loved them. He ate three of them with another glorious dish called ‘mashed potatoes’ and for the first time since he rose, naked and aching and voiceless from the sea, Laurie experienced the joy of humanity he’d been lusting after since childhood.
And with the promise of spending time with you after dinner, Laurie began to think that he might just be able to pull off the grand adventure of having you fall in love with him.

PART ONE | PART TWO
The abs are great. More than great, actually. In fact, they're all Wade thinks, dreams, and fantasizes about. All day, everyday, non-fucking-stop. The moment replays over and over in his fucked up noodle brain like a scratched record. He knows muscle memory is a thing, but what about salivatory memory?
Christ. He's gotta get a grip instead of getting hard.
But what about when Logan isn't flexing hard enough to rip his goddamn suit off?
Wade notices Logan becoming more relaxed around the apartment as the days pass. Adjusting to his new life, coming out of the bedroom earlier than he has to on days when he gets a turn to sleep on a real bed. It's Sofa City most of the time– which he really doesn't mind, he almost prefers it most of the time (since it's in clear sight of the front door) but Wade more often than not likes to insist they share his 'much-too-big-for-lil-old-me' twin XL mattress that's seen more stains than sex in the last year alone.
Logan's compromise is he'll take the bed and Wade the couch half the time. Alone. They're still working on the negotiations of said compromise, but the jury– Blind Al– is still out on recess.
Once he's more settled in, Logan learns that it's okay to kick off his boots and put his feet up. It's not often, but enough that Wade silently wishes he'd rest those big meaty calves on his lap instead. He's been needing a new weighted blanket and Adamantium-coated tibias and hairy legs are so in right now.
Logan doesn't know it, but Wade secretly plays 'ohmygodhetotallylookedatme' whenever he so much as catches a glimpse of Wade oggling at him in his peripherals. Wade can't help it when Broody and the Beast's ribbed white muscle shirt pulls taut against those deliciously plump pecs that he silently prays it'll burst off again. Or he'll rip it off. Or Logan will rip it off. For him.
A boy can dream.
It's especially hard to win at 'OMGHTLAM' when Logan accessorizes– AKA throwing on whatever flannel is in rotation out of the several he finds at the thrift store a few blocks over. Wade feels his throat tighten like his jeans do when Logan wears the forest green one. Really brings out his eyes.
And smile. And lips. And–
It's still summer, so on the hotter days, when sweat glistens on his brow and Wade desperately wishes to be the back of Logan's hand, the tank top comes off. All Logan's sweaty, gloriously muscular body has on is a wonderfully worn-in pair of jeans with the hem of black briefs poking out behind the denim waist.
Do they have AC? Yes. Because Wade would have to plan a funeral for Al if they didn't.
But when she's out and about, he likes to turn it off and let the New York heat wave run its course. Sure, it leaves him sticky and gross, but he'd rather be sticky and gross and hard when he can help it.
Luckily, Blind Al is gone for the whole weekend. Some girls trip or a drug mule job. Same difference.
Hypothesis: If he (Wade) turns off the AC, then they (Wade and Logan) will have no choice but to strip naked and end up sticky and gross and hard together!
That's what he was taught in middle school, right?
With the push of a button and a sprinkle of patience, Logan is splayed out on the couch in a matter of hours with a lukewarm beer in hand while fighting his eyelids from dozing off to some random war documentary. Sweat beads on his temples and there's a slight sheen to his skin from his biceps to the lower V pointing down to between his thighs. He chuckles every so often, mumbling things to himself between swigs of beer and shaking his head when the narrator gets something 'wrong.'
Wade busies himself in the kitchen but his eyes are permanently glued to his roommate. He doesn’t miss the way Logan's stomach rises and falls gently, the rock-hard six pack softening into rolling hills of muscle with a layer of dark hair covering as much surface area as immortal-like hormones will allow. Grown out beard, chops, and messy hair really throw the whole look together; very 2000s, if you ask Wade. His pecs look just as soft as a pair of titties, if not softer, and Wade knows it. He'd do anything to lay his perfect little head on Logan's chest. Maybe lick it too, if he's a good boy.
Logan perks up suddenly from the couch.
Oh God did he say that out loud?
"Wade?"
Wade doesn't hear him. Can't hear him. Half-refuses to hear him, honestly. Daydreaming takes up a whole lotta brain power and this show isn't running itself. Economy, budget cuts, unprecedented times. You know the shtick.
"Wade."
Nothing but a bead of drool comes out of Wade's mouth.
Suddenly, there's a crash right behind Wade's head and now he's awake. He whips around to the ale-spattered wall behind him and back to Logan, who's now standing with claws drawn and chest heaving.
Wade swears he's blushing.
Eyes wide and brow standing up straight like his good little soldier, Wade looks down at the counter before him to find a bloodbath of a scene: one hand's on a knife while the other spews blood all over the yellowed counter tops; there's remnants of a carrot that was finished five minutes ago, followed directly by remnants of fingers cut down to the last fucking knuckle and slice marks beginning down the back of his hand.
Wade holds up his spurting stump, gashed artery doing a spot-on impression of Ol' fucking Faithful.
"Oh. Huh. Thought I smelled something," he says, staring at his now-tingling hand. Baby fingers for the rest of the night were so worth the staring contest with Logan's beautiful body.
"Fuckin' idiot," Logan mutters, sheathing his claws and striding over to the hall closet to grab a towel. Wade's already stopped bleeding, but just because they might be immune to bloodborne pathogens doesn't mean Al is.
"Gah– get back, damn mutt." Logan shoos Dogpool out of the kitchen to prevent her from lapping up her papa's bodily fluids. He throws the towel in Wade's face and goes to grab the bleach out of the cupboard under the sink. Logan learned very quickly where to find it the first time this happened a month or two ago.
"Sorry baby, Mommy's got a boo-boo and Daddy's just trying to help," Wade coos at Dogpool. "You're too good to me, peanut. Someone oughta wife ya up before I do."
Logan responds with a scowl as he tosses the carrots out and tries to keep the counter from staining. "Why th'fuck did you do that?"
"It was time for a new hand. Old one was so last season."
Wade mops up the blood from his arm and wraps the towel onto his head like he's just gotten out of the shower. Holding up his regenerating stump, he poses like a cover model for Vogue.
"Whatcha think, peanut?" He strikes another pose. "Is this doing anything for ya, big boy?"
Logan grunts as he tosses a wad of paper towels into the trash can. He turns to leave the kitchen, eyes flicking to Wade. It's the quickest once over ever, but Wade sees it. Commits it to memory while he pulls a Flashdance in a chair from the kitchen table and follows Logan's denim-clad ass as it sways off to the bathroom.
"'M gonna go shower. Don't wait up,” Logan calls before shutting the door and locking it.
Sighing, Wade looks down at his crotch, pants tent pitched higher and tighter than a first-timer on Everest.

Bucky sighed as he stepped out of the bank, his meeting not going as well as he had hoped. Honestly, he hated banks and made things much more difficult than they needed to be, in his opinion anyway. He checked his watch and it was barely eleven and he already had a splitting headache. ‘Coffee,’ he thought to himself, ‘Yeah, coffee will help.’ He then headed down the street, knowing that there was a pretty decent coffee place not too far from here. He shoved his hands into his front pockets as he walked, looking all around him. It still baffled him how much New York had become this massive concrete jungle that it is today. Things had definitely changed since the forties and he had a hard time wrapping his head around how much has changed. He had missed so much and now that he had his own free will again, it was time to play catch up.
He shook his head of the thoughts, knowing how quickly he could spiral if he continued. He looked around the busy city and as he did so, he couldn’t help but notice a few people staring at him. ‘Great, just what I need, people staring.’ Bucky thought to himself. Ever since the trial and his whole life was put on display, people recognized him practically everywhere. He sighed and did his best to ignore the stares and whispers, continuing on his way to the coffee shop. As he rounded the corner, he saw a crowd outside of the business, immediately eliciting a groan from him. He just wanted a cup of coffee, was that too much to ask for? He wasn’t in the mood for a crowd or the media.
He took a deep breath and looked down, hoping that he wouldn’t be recognized. Bucky was relieved when no one recognized him as he pushed himself through the crowd and into the coffee shop. He glanced back towards the paparazzi and wondered what they were here for. After a moment, he shrugged his shoulders and walked up to the counter to order his coffee. As he waited, he had been staring at a random spot on the cash register. Even though he had zoned out slightly, his ears were picking up everything around him. From the cameras going nonstop outside, to the conversation the young woman was having on the phone to his left. He wasn’t trying to eavesdrop, but he could hear the strain in her voice as she talked.
“Look, I know I’m late, but there’s a crowd of paparazzi outside the coffee shop and I’m not about to fight my way through it.” She said sternly, before there was a short pause as she listened to the other person. “Just tell them that I’m sorry, Olive and see if we can reschedule the interview.” She said, before listening to whoever this Olive person was.
Bucky was brought out of his thoughts when he heard his name being called for his order. He thanked the barista as he put a couple of dollars into the tip jar. He glanced over at the young woman as he turned around, the two making eye contact for a brief moment. Bucky found himself intrigued by her and wondered who was to have a crown of paparazzi after her. He gave her a small nod when he realized that he had been staring for far too long. He was about to face the crowd himself, when he decided he wasn’t ready. He glanced around the coffee shop before he spotted an empty table and figured it would be best to hang out for a while. Hopefully, the paparazzi would eventually get bored, he’d hate to have to fight someone today. He tore his gaze off of the hungry crowd outside and took a long drink of his coffee, the bitter taste welcoming as he people-watched.
The sound of someone muttering to themselves caught his attention and pulled him from his day-mare. At some point, his people watching had turned into him zoning out and thinking about his past. He shook his head and turned his attention towards the person muttering. It was the young woman who had caught his attention earlier and it sounded as if she was giving herself a pep talk. He glanced towards the crowd and it appeared to have dwindled down some, but still quite a few remained. He was starting to feel bad for her, knowing what it’s like to deal with paparazzi. Bucky watched as she braced herself to go outside and face the crowd. His face scowled as he watched them surround her almost immediately. Concern began to grow when he noticed how aggressive they were becoming as she ignored them. He narrowed his eyes before he picked up his empty cup as he got up and headed out of the coffee shop, throwing away the cup as he passed the trash can. He shoved his way through the crowd until he was next to the young woman, gently placing his hand on her shoulder. She jumped, not expecting to have been touched and she had her hand raised as she turned around, ready to slap whoever it was that had touched her. Bucky immediately raised his hands to show he meant no harm.
“Woah, easy there tiger.” He said, giving her a nervous smile, maybe touching her like that wasn’t the best idea.
“What do you want?” She questioned, her hand still raised.
“Just trying to help, looks like you could use a quick getaway.” Bucky offered, hoping he sounded genuine and not as some creep.
She then lowered her hand, letting out a small sigh as she glanced back towards the paparazzi. “Actually, yeah, I could.”
“Follow me then.” Bucky said as he started to walk ahead of her, stopping when he realized she wasn’t following, he then turned to face her. “I promise, I won’t hurt you.”
She took a deep breath before she decided to follow after him. Bucky tried not to jog too fast, wanting her to be able to keep up with him.
“Where are we going?” She asked as they rounded a street corner.
“Not much farther.” Bucky said, smiling a bit when he saw his bike come into view. He pulled her along as he grabbed her hand, heading towards his bike.
“A motorcycle?!” She exclaimed, it wasn’t exactly what she was expecting.
“Problem?” Bucky asked as he handed her his helmet.
She hesitated before taking it and putting it on, struggling a little bit with the straps. Bucky found it endearing as she struggled with the straps, a smile trying to force its way onto his lips. He then pulled her gently by the bottom of the helmet to help her with the straps. He then got onto his motorcycle and waited for her to hop on behind him. He had just started his bike when the crowd of paparazzi rounded the corner and spotted them.
“Hold on!” Bucky called back to her and his heart skipped a beat as she wrapped her arms around his waist. He pushed away the feeling as he took off, speeding away and through the city.
Bucky sat on a bench as he picked at a blade of grass, he had taken them away from the city, figuring that a change of scenery would be nice. He found a little roadside overlook that had a great view of a beautiful lake, but as soon as they got off the bike to rest, she had been glued to her phone. Bucky let out a huff before he glanced over to where she was at, still on the phone. He watched her for a moment before turning back to look at the water. He liked this spot, there was something peaceful about this place that he liked. After a moment of staring out at the water, he finally felt her joining him on the bench. He glanced over at her when he heard the sigh fall from her lips.
“Everything alright?” He asked, genuinely concerned.
“Yeah, it will be anyway. Just had to take care of some things with work.” She said nonchalantly, before looking out at the water. “Wow.”
Bucky nodded at her answer, he understood how grueling work could be sometimes, not that he had to deal with it anymore. “Yeah, I get that.”
“Oh, thanks for saving me by the way, I appreciate it.” The young woman said, looking over at Bucky, giving him a small smile.
His stomach fluttered at her smile, he was still getting used to people thanking him. He cleared his throat after a moment. “It was no problem. I know how relentless those paparazzi people can be.”
Her smile grew at his words. “Really?”
“Yeah, unfortunately.” He said, thinking back to the trials for a moment.
She could tell that it was a touchy subject, so she decided to change the subject. “I’m Kennedy, by the way. Kennedy Logan.”
Bucky smiled at her, it was nice to finally know her name. “Bucky, Bucky Barnes.”
She arched her brow as she adjusted to face Bucky a little more. “Bucky? Is that a nickname or something?”
Bucky chuckled at her curiosity. “Yeah, it’s a nickname. My full name is James Buchanan Barnes.”
She smiled as he told her his full name. “That’s quite the name. I take it Bucky comes from Buchanan?”
“Yeah, that’s correct.” He said, nodding his head.
“So, Bucky, can I ask you something?” She asked, looking at him intently.
“Sure of course.” Bucky said.
“Why did you rescue me earlier? I mean, you don’t even know me.” Kennedy inquired. “Anyone else would’ve just kept walking or gone the other way.”
Bucky thought for a moment before he looked over at her. “Well, I’ve done enough bad things to last a lifetime. It’s time I start doing some good.”
She studied his face for a moment and wondered what he meant by that, but she didn’t want to push him about the matter. “Well, I definitely appreciate it.”
“Can I ask you something?” Bucky asked.
“I’m an open book, shoot.” Kennedy answered with a smile.
He chuckled at her response. “Why were they after you, the paparazzi that is.”
She tilted her head at him, studying him. She realized that he had no idea who she was and she was kind of surprised, but also relieved that he didn’t know. “They were after me because I’m an actress and I guess since my last movie, I’ve gained some popularity.”
Bucky nodded his head. “Ah, makes sense. What kind of movies do you make? If you don’t mind me asking.”
She smiled at his question. “Of course no. I do mainly horror and thrillers, with the occasional romance.”
Bucky arched a brow, he wasn’t expecting her to say those genres. “Really?”
“Yeah, why? Can you not see it?” She asked, curious about his answer.
“Honestly, I wasn’t sure what to expect. Do you like the horror-thriller genre?” He asked, looking over at her.
She let out a small laugh. “I actually do. The more horror the better.”
Bucky chuckled at her enthusiasm for the genre. “I haven’t seen too many horror-thriller films, but the one that I have seen I’ve enjoyed.
“I can make you a list of recommendations if you’d like?” She offered with a smile.
“Sure, I’ll add them to the list.” Bucky said, flashing her a small smile.
She arched her brow at his answer. “You have a list?”
Bucky scratched the back of his neck with his left hand, a little embarrassed about the list of things he needs to experience. As Bucky lifted his left hand, she caught the black and gold prosthetic, causing her curiosity to pique.
“Uh, yeah. Let’s just say, I haven’t been able to enjoy the finer things in life that most people have gotten to enjoy or experience.” Bucky explained, trying to be as vague as possible.
“Well, I’ll make up a list for ya and if you want, we could watch a couple of movies together. Or do anything else off of your list.” Kennedy offered, wondering what he meant by not being able to experience things.
Bucky was a bit surprised by her off of helping him. “Yeah, I’d like that.”
“It’s settled then.” Kennedy said, she then looked back out at the water. “Wow, this place is great. Have you been here before?”
“No, actually, I haven’t. I just thought we could use a break from the city.” Bucky said, also looking out at the water.
She was about to say something when her phone started to ring again, causing her to let out a sigh. She pulled out her cell phone and saw that it was her manager calling again.
“I’m sorry, I have to get this.” Kennedy said, giving him an apologetic look.
“Go ahead.” Bucky said, gesturing for her to take the call.
She smiled at him before she answered her phone. “Hey Olive,” She said, getting up and walking over to the bike.
Bucky glanced behind him and watched her for a moment before looking back at the lake. He couldn’t help but think about spending time with her again, something about her intrigued him. After a moment, Kennedy returned and sat back down next to him, letting out a sigh.
“Everything alright?” Bucky asked.
“Yeah, but unfortunately it seems that I need to get back.” Kennedy answered, a hint of disappointment in her voice.
“Hey, no worries. I can take you back, just tell me where I need to drop you.” Bucky said, standing up then offering his hand to help her up.
Kennedy smiled up at him before taking his left hand, surprised at how smooth the prosthetic hand was. Bucky gently pulled her up with ease and they started to walk back to his bike. He was a bit surprised when she continued to hold onto his hand as they walked, immediately sending butterflies to his stomach. When they got to his bike, he helped her with the helmet again before climbing onto his motorcycle.
“You good?” He called back to her.
“Yeah!” She yelled back as she slid her arms around Bucky’s waist again.
His heart fluttered at the feeling as he started the motorcycle, the engine coming to life with a loud roar. He double checked to make sure it was clear before pulling out onto the road. The drive back to the city was too short for his liking and he couldn’t help but feel disappointed as he dropped her off to where she needed to be. He watched as she walked away, making sure she made it inside alright before he took off. Once she was out of sight, Bucky let out a small sigh. Even though they had exchanged numbers and had already made plans to see each other again, he felt the dread of loneliness creep up on him. But for the first time, in a long time, he had hope and it was all because of her. He took off into the city, darting in and out of the lanes as he thought about seeing Kennedy again.

“God, do we really have to go?” You pouted at Nat while she grabbed her purse. “We could spend the day at home and do dirty stuff.”
“Baby, it’s your birthday, a big one,” she chuckled when you huffed at her, “Listen, just trust me. I know you, I know what you like. I promise you’ll have a good time. You’ve been wanting to try this place forever, right?”
“I guess…” You had, but it was always so busy, and your loving but occasionally overbearing girlfriend was probably going to make the waitstaff sing to you.
Before you had a chance to whine any more she was shoving you out the front door. At least it was a short walk, but that didn’t mean you were going to quit being a brat about this. Every time you were about to complain she would just kiss you, though. Then you would forget what you were going to make a fuss about and get pouty about that. Damn her and her ability to predict your behavior! Why couldn’t she let you be grumpy? Of course, it was always hard to stay grumpy when your gorgeous Amazon of a girlfriend was holding your hand and smiling at you like you were the whole world. You were going to give it your best shot, though. It’s not like she didn’t love you cranky ass anyway.
When you reached the restaurant you let out a loud whine, stamping your feet a few times and pouting while Nat just smiled and dragged you inside. You braced yourself for the crowd and the noise and all the shit you didn’t want to deal with on your birthday.
But it was empty. It was Friday night and one of the most popular restaurants in the city was empty.
“Nat…” you squeezed her hand when she led you to the only set table in the place. “What did you do?”
“I decided to spoil my little peach for her birthday.” She just shook her head when you sniffed at her holding your chair out for you. “C’mon sweetheart. I already gave the chef and bartender a list of what you wanted to try most so you won’t have to see anyone else except when they bring out the next dish.”
“Jesus Christ,” you were still getting used to how well this woman treated you, but looking at the smoked salmon tarts and pink cocktails you couldn’t help but smile. “Are they gonna bring all the rosé cocktails?”
“You bet your fine little ass they are,” she kissed your hand as she sat down next to you. “Just don’t get too drunk. Can’t have you falling off my dick later tonight.”
“Nat!” You slapped your hand over your mouth when you snorted and felt your Paloma go up your nose. “Will you ever stop bringing that up?”
“Not ever,” she grabbed your hand when you slapped her shoulder and kissed each of your fingers, growling playfully and nibbling on your thumb when you snuggled up to her. “Your adorable little squeal when you tumbled off the bed is forever ingrained into my memory. My little girl was just so sure she could ride the big boy.”
“Shut up,” you let her feed you a tart and scrunched up your face when she kissed your forehead. “I would’ve been fine if I was sober.”
“Whatever you say, birthday girl,” Nat took a sip of her vodka cranberry and wound her arm around your waist. “Not like you get overconfident whenever you’re drunk or anything.”
“Hey, if I can take it lying down I should be able to ride it!” When you realized how loud you were talking you were suddenly very grateful that the restaurant was empty, your face getting all kinds of hot as you took a long drink of your Paloma. “I mean, logically.”
Nat really did know you and what you liked, and it didn’t piss you off like it used to at all. You could talk to her about anything when it was just the two of you. You could laugh that stupidly loud and screechy laugh you did when she reminded you of something stupid you did that she insisted was the most adorable thing in the world. The food and the drinks tasted amazing when you weren’t feeling overwhelmed by people surrounding you. Just you and her, and goddamn you were in love with her.
“This cake is fucking ridiculous,” you giggled when she wheeled out some pink flowery monstrosity with sparklers sticking out of it. “It looks too pretty to eat.”
“But eat it we shall,” damn her being so cute and cheering while she filmed you blowing out the sparklers then helped you pull them out of your cake. “I got the dark chocolate cherry you wanted to try. So eat a slice then we’ll pack it up and take it home.”
“Well,” you beamed at her when she cut you a nice big slice. “If you insist. Holy fuck, this is soooooo good!”
You could have eaten the whole thing. You would have if Nat hadn’t made a cryptic comment about a special surprise when she started to box up the cake. As much as you loved cake, you loved surprises from your girlfriend even more. So you just kept that ridiculously goofy grin on your face while she somehow managed to both hold the box of cake and keep you from wobbling when you tried to walk home on your semi-drunk legs.
“So bubbly when you drink your little pink drinks… shit!” Nat threw her head back and laughed heartily when you pounced on her as soon as she had put the cake down once you got home. “My my, aren’t we the eager little thing?”
“Mmhm,” you kissed all over her face and made needy sounds. “Need my birthday spanks from mommy.”
“Dear lord,” she gave you another lovely laugh and then threw you over her shoulder, slapping your ass as she started carrying you up the stairs while she counted off. “One… two… three…”
By the time you had reached the master bedroom she was finished and you were so worked up you could hardly breathe. You squealed when she tossed you on the bed and tore off your dress, your face getting warm when she looked at you like she was going to eat you alive. It still gave you the butterflies in your stomach whenever she looked at you like that, you always had a little bit of trouble believing she was real and in love with you.
“Wait, where are you going?” You propped yourself up on your elbows when she was suddenly gone. “Hey, I’m naked and it’s my birthday, what the fuck, Romanoff?”
“Be a little patient, pretty peach,” your sassy retort died in your throat when she walked out of the closet wearing nothing but lacy red panties, thigh highs, and a very large black strap on you had never seen before. “You really think I would leave my best girl hanging on her birthday?”
“Hehe, nuh-uh,” you squeaked when she grabbed both of your ankles and yanked you down the bed, gasping and wiggling when she nipped at your heel before kissing her way up the inside of your leg. “Mommy…”
“Mommy knows, baby girl,” she smiled against your skin when you kicked and giggled at her sucking on the sensitive spot on the back of your knee. “We have to make sure you’re ready for mommy’s cock, peach.”
You just mumbled nonsense in response as she nibbled her way to your throbbing core. As soon as her mouth met your slit your entire body shuddered violently, your breath coming in such fast, short pants you were worried about hyperventilating. But hey, passing out when your amazing sex goddess of a girlfriend was licking your pussy would be far from a bad thing. It hadn’t even been thirty seconds and you already felt like you were right on the edge, your eyes rolling back in your head and your hips grinding against her face while she fucked your with her mouth. When she gave your swollen clit a little nibble you broke, sobbing and squirming wildly as your cunt fluttered and gushed all over her face.
As soon as you were finished she was crawling up your body and stealing what little breath you had left in your lungs with a kiss so passionate you were quite sure you were going to faint. Then she was inside you, and goddamm. You were so overwhelmed all you could do was babble incoherently and clutch at her shoulders as she drove into you over and over again.
“Such an eager little girl for mommy, aren’t you?” Nat chuckled when your only response was a hiccup as she ground against your clit. She kissed your lips again, then kissed your neck, and then she was sucking on one of your nipples and oh look at that, you came again already. “That’s it. I bet your little pussy is squeezing mommy’s cock so hard right now. You are making a mess all over mommy’s thighs right now, peach.”
How you were supposed to actually respond to her was a mystery. You were nothing but a writhing bundle of sensations at the moment, sobbing and gasping while she fucked you with that strange mix of ferocity and tenderness that made submitting to her so damn easy. The occasional glimpse of her gorgeous face hovering above you managed to break through the fuzzy haze of your vision but then the world just turned back into a warm, golden glow as she somehow managed to wring even more pleasure out of your spent body.
“Fuck!” Your third orgasm made your body spasm so hard you were almost in pain, drool leaking from the corner of your slack mouth when she kissed you and started to pull out. “No, wait… nononono, don’t go…”
“Peach, baby,” Nat chuckled when you lifted your hips to try to keep the strap inside you. “You can hardly keep your mouth closed right now, birthday girl. Mommy thinks it might be time for some aftercare.”
“But…” you gave her a cute little scowl then rolled over onto your stomach, arching your back and pushing your hips up so you could wiggle your ass just a little. “It’s my birthday. Can… can you just fuck my ass a little bit… pretty pretty please?”
“You are an insatiable little minx, Jesus Christ,” she shook her head affectionately and gave your ass a firm smack, groaning appreciatively at the jiggle of your generous curves before spreading your cheeks and spitting right on your asshole. “I’ve spoiled you, haven’t I?”
“Mmhm… fuuuuuuuck…” your eyes rolled back again when she slid her finger inside your ass, rocking your hips so you were basically fucking your own hole on her hand while she gave you a few more quick spanks. “More…”
Nat really couldn’t say no to you, smacking your ass one more time as she slid a second finger inside you. It was hard not to give you everything you wanted when you were this fucking responsive, your pussy gushing and your voice leaving you in an adorable squeak when she pushed in a third finger. She could feel your desperation in the way your insides fluttered and clenched around her digits, leaning over your perfect, soft body and kissing the back of your neck while she stretched you open. Her fingers were gone without warning but you only had a moment to mourn the loss because then she was slamming the strap inside you so hard you saw god for just a second.
You had to bite the sheets underneath you to keep from screaming like you were being murdered as she started to fuck your ass in deep, long strokes. Her teeth were digging into your shoulder, her hips were grinding against your cheeks, and your ass was so full of her dick your guts were most likely going to be permanently rearranged. Then she was touching you, her hands were everywhere and maybe you could have held out a little longer but then one of her hands was between your legs and you were lost.
“There we go… that’s it, baby girl,” Nat crooned and slammed into you one last time as you came with a shriek, rubbing your clit gently while you shuddered and wailed from pure ecstasy. “Such a perfect girl for mommy.”
She pulled out of you slowly once you had collapsed into the mattress, undoing the harness around her hips and waist quickly and tossing the toy aside before wrapping you in her arms again. You just took a few short breaths as you struggled to get yourself under control, sighing when she rolled you onto your side and held you close to her chest.
“God, that was a pretty good fucking birthday present,” you giggled when she kissed your forehead and wound your arms around her waist. “Not gonna lie, I was thinking you were going to propose when you made such a big fucking deal about this one.”
“Were you?” Nat tilted your head back with a finger under your chin and beamed at you. “It is a big birthday, peach, but I wanted today to be all about you. Besides, I don’t like surprise proposals. That’s why I’m doing it at Christmas.”
“Oh, haha,” you snorted and rolled your eyes, your throat suddenly getting tight when she just kept smiling at you like she knew something you didn’t. “Nat… Nat, say ‘haha’. Nat, don’t you fucking joke around with me right now, that’s not nice,” you felt the blood run from your face when she just kissed your forehead and stood up while murmuring about running a bath. “Nat?! Natasha?!!!”
after years of pain and grief, nanami found himself going home for a placed filled with love and care. he wasn't there at the start, but he will be there until the very end. it's a promise.
cw: papamin au. step!dad!nanami. kid!yuji. fluff fluff fluff. domesticity. found family. the happy ending they both deserve.
an: inspired by this post from @froody and my own experience as someone who had a dad who not only stteped up, but levelled up.
Five minutes before the end of his shift, Nanami put on his coat and muted his notifications.
Staring at the analog clock, Nanami noticed he never did that before. He was never one to rush away from the office. One to get ready, to make sure no one could bother him, and wait for his free time to finally begin.
For how long was he the last to go home? Don't forget to turn off the lights, Nanami would hear that every night from whoever left before him. And make sure to lock the doors. Did he ever said that to someone? No. Probably no.
Once if felt useful. To work overtime was to get stronger to defeat curses. And in a world you won't gain anything for free, extra hours can feel less like a option and more like a duty. Sometimes you can be guilty for not working. It can feel wrong to just live.
But back then Nanami would come back to a empty house, sleep in a cold bed and not say a single word until the next morning. Back then there was no one waiting for him by the door, smiling simply because he came back. Back then he wasn't waiting for anything expect silence.
"Good night, 'amin", and after only twenty minutes he was parking in front of your house, watching how Yuji had to stand on his toes to reach the handle of the main door.
You told him last week Yuji would turn down the volume of his shows and videogames whenever a car passed near your home. He said Nanami drives so carefully he can always tell when to open the door.
"Good night, Yuji." Nanami locked the car, now feeling how cold it was out there. It rained this morning, the road is still wet. He opened his coat to protect Yuji from the wind, and then noticed he was still wearing his uniform. "You haven't showered yet?"
Yuji gave him a bright smile. "Mom's doing a surprise for you."
In moments like that, Nanami can see your shadow lingering over Yuji. He really is a copy of his mom. That charming smile, a tendency to avoid the subject of discussion, and that trick of revealing something exciting so their wrongdoing can be ignored.
"And what's your mom doing, kid?" And just like with you, Nanami always fall for that obvious trap.
"It depends", he said. "Will you watch Caillou with me?"
Nanami blinked. That kid. "Of course", Nanami accepted the deal, stroking his pink hair as they entered the house.
"I dunno", Yuji walked straight towards the living room, leaving Nanami speachless.
He placed his glasses on the table, now working on the knot of his tie. The aroma evolving the entire house was a telltale of your baking, and the sounds coming from his belly reminded Nanami of how long it has been since his last meal.
Deep into your own inner thoughts, you didn't noticed his presence. Nanami made sure to keep quiet, admiring you as you made sure you followed the recipe correctly.
So beautiful. Unaware of his gaze, he knew there was no flourish in the way you moved or how you murmured a song playing inside your head. You weren't trying to charm him, you were just being you, and that was more than enough for Nanami to fall in love with you once more.
It still surprises Nanami. How easy it's to love you. To be in love with you. None of you are performing. There is no lies between you two. Not when Nanami holds your hair so you can vomit. Or when you hear all the complains he kept to himself for years. Nothing but truth when you worried about Yuji's grades, when Nanami cried loudly watching a k-drama with you on the couch, when you sneezed on his mouth.
You make life real. You make loving fun.
It doesn't feel like work.
But that doesn't mean things suddenly get perfectly fine when you both are together. Nanami noticed you're still wearing formal clothes. Your eyes seemed so small, glaring at the phone as if it was miles away instead of in the counter in front of you. You haven't taken your earring off yet.
This house is safe. You made sure to build it with love, brick by brick. To give your son everything a child deserves: to be happy, protected, cared for. And there is no way of doing that alone without working until exhaustion.
But you're not alone anymore.
You haven't noticed his presence, and still Nanami didn't felt you shivering when he hugged you from behind. You recognized him. Was it his perfume? The warmth of his hands? Or perhaps how they always find a way to hold you by the hips, feeling the soft skin with his fingers?
"Yuji's gonna be a attorney", he whispered against your ear. You melt against his chest, eyes now wide open and looking deep into his. Nanami wondered if you felt his heart racing.
You smiled. "Are you saying my son is an asshole?"
"Never, my dear", Nanami hid his face at the curve of your neck. Breathing deep, he felt you shivering. You were using the perfume he gave you. "You're tired."
You sighed. Nanami is a man of few words. Sadly he's also a man of surgically right few words. "And so are you."
He kissed your skin. "I can keep an eye on him", Nanami murmured. "And another on the oven. You don't need to worry."
"Are you sure?" Tempted to accept, you also didn't want Nanami to feel like you were part of his daily duties. You rather give than take from him.
Nanami squeezed your hips, slowly allowing you to go away from him. He needed you to go, but he also needed you to stay. "This house won't burn down just because you stopped working."
"Oh, but it will. I assure you", you laughed it off.
Nanami knew it wasn't just a joke. He could almost taste that bitterness that follows truth. "It won't. I won't allow it."
When he heard you closing the bathroom door—never locking because a part of you was always ready to run if Yuji needs help—, Nanami sat down on the couch. Yuji held the control, so big on his tiny hands, and put on the show he always watches when Nanami is there with him.
This time Caillou was eating some sort of chocolate dessert. Yuji moved his mouth, quietly saying the lines from every character. "Isn't it your favorite series ever?", Yuji asked, laughing as Caillou tried to eat the dessert. "Everything he eats looks so good!"
"I never watched something so great", Nanami gazed at him. It was the forth time Nanami watched this episode. "I like that one when he plants carrots. You should try eating those."
Yuji made a face. "I prefer chocolate pudding."
Nanami looked at the television. He would be free the next day. Yuji behaved well in school recently. You mentioned even thinking about buying him a new video game. "We can make it tomorrow."
Yuji turned around so quickly he almost fell from the couch. "Really?"
"Really."
Drying your face with a towel, you checked the oven. The bread you made was still growing. Good. The television had a cartoon going on, you turned it off and went after your boys.
At Yuji's bedroom, you found him deep asleep. Nanami took off his shoes and socks, covering him with a thick blanket. He was still wearing his uniform, but he looked so at peace you couldn't force yourself to care deeply about it.
You kissed his forehead, whispered sweet nothings, and went back to the living room. A few moments later, Nanami turned the lights off and closed the bedroom door.
Sitting besides you, Nanami knew.
Life was good again.

to me there is nothing better than someone going against the very things they swear they go by for the sake of their deepest, purest desires. the very notion of surrender from someone so strict and stubborn is just so appealing.
hatori sohma is literally the best example of this, in my opinion.
the doctor of the sohma family, who was known to be very aloof, to be stiff, to be cold after akito had denied him of a relationship the one time he had ached to have something for himself. it was clear to everyone, even akito, how much you meant to that man.
During the time you dated him, you weren't able to touch him. Even the thought of kissing you left him nervous with the chance of him transforming. With this, dating Hatori had lacked physicality. It's not a dealbreaker, but it's certainly a little proverbial "speed bump" that you two faced.
It broke his heart, having to repress your memories, to take away the beautiful memories you had taken part in creating with him. He genuinely had thought he would never be able to see you again. However, even Akito cannot control the thing called fate.
The two of you had met up again within the Sohma estate, Hatori unable to refrain himself from being in your life, even if it was just as a friend. Even if he still couldn’t stop yearning for you, longing for the way your hands cup his cheeks once again.
Of course, your clumsy self once again found out about his secret, unable to stay away (or stand upright). Just as last time, you had freaked out and put him in the nearest body of water there was as his seahorse form flailed helplessly. It honestly felt like Hatori was reliving this time with you again, a blissful torture.
Once again, just like the first time, it was you who had confessed how strongly you still felt. Even in the way the story went now that your memories were repressed, you still managed to fall for him again. In your eyes, Hatori was just that standard. However, Hatori was not so naive as last time, making sure he treated this with extra caution.
He wanted to hug you, to show you how much he has longed for you. Even if you were oblivious to the extent that he did.
“Can I hold you?” He asked, his voice choking. Of course, you respond with wide eyes, the familiar speed bump once again making a presence back in your lives. How could you refuse? How could you remind him of the caveats of holding one another when he looked so fragile? So unlike himself?
Of course, you relent. The doctor cups the back of your head, his fingers gently tangled in your hair while his other arm wraps around your waist. He held you like it was the last time, counting the seconds as precisely as he can before he poofs into smoke and transforms. Except this time, he stands absolutely still, remaining in this embrace with you.
The curse breaking only makes him realize how touch starved he actually is.
This is the moment Hatori breaks, sobbing into your hair as he feels that thread between God and Dragon snap and sever.
You cry with him, of course, holding him tighter as the two of you cry in relief, in joy, in sadness. Now was not the time to be so logical, so uptight. Now was not the time to pretend that you both were content with that distance.
It feels childish, stupid, weak, but it's not even the fact that he can kiss you now or make love to you now that gets him going.
It's the fact that now he sees the way you love at its full capacity, and the way he can reciprocate without fear.
Hatori enjoys the way you hug his arm, or the way you'll gladly lay on his lap while he reads Shigure's latest trash (though you argue that he has found a new guilty pleasure) or how you naturally enjoy tangling your legs with his own as you two sleep.
He just isn’t the type to not touch you in any way, shape, or form at this point. Not when he has spent so many nights and days wondering what it felt like.
Hatori Sohma had been known to be a mere spectator, an example of what not to do when it came to relationships. He had to be forced into obedience, to be that voice of reason for those who also ached for love. Who would have thought that now he was able to wake up next to you, his hand able to caress and adore you? Who would have thought he can press his lips to your ear while your bodies remain flush against one another under the blankets?
Who would have thought Hatori Sohma himself loves physical contact?
You may not remember how you have loved him before, but Hatori finds this to be a great reward: a lifetime of happiness, experienced for the second time.
𝑺𝒀𝑵𝑶𝑷𝑺𝑰𝑺 ╮the five times toji realized he loved you; in which you take in the black sheep of the zenin clan.
𝑪𝑶𝑵𝑻𝑬𝑵𝑻 𝑾𝑨𝑹𝑵𝑰𝑵𝑮𝑺; 𝟏𝟖+ 𝑶𝑵𝑳𝒀 ╮familial abuse (this is the zenin clan after all). hardship. trauma. a very wounded toji. pregnancy.
TOJI WAS NOT SURE IF HE EVER HAD A LIFE TO BEGIN WITH.
But if he had to say when he thought it ended, his answer would be at six. Toji’s parents were said to have struck gold. His father was next in line to be the clan head with two strong and healthy sons by his side. His elder brother Jinichi did not possess the Ten Shadows, but he was talented enough to outlive any scrutiny from the family–besides, he was a son and not a daughter. On the eve of the new year, Toji welcomed the Zenin clan compound with his screams. All eyes were now on the newest Zenin, seedlings of possibilities planting themselves in the very soil the little one’s feet touched. Seedlings that would never grow.
On the eve of another new year and Toji’s fifth birthday, one that was meant to be celebrated greatly, there were no signs of cursed energy manifestations. Winter gave way to spring, which then gave way to summer until summer faded into fall, and fall into winter. As the seasons changed, Toji did not. By his sixth birthday, the clan elders officially declared that Toji had zero cursed energy–a Heavenly Pact, they called it. A first in jujutsu history. At six years old, Toji Zenin became the shit stain of the Zenin clan. At twelve, they started throwing him into the disciplinary pit to fight curse after curse with nothing but his bare fists. His parents never blinked an eye. He was sure they were hoping not so secretly that one day, he would never come out.
At 20 years old, he left. Like a thief in the night with nothing but the clothes on his back and a knapsack of food he managed to store away, he left the gates of the Zenin compound. Not a single trace of him was left–not that anyone cared. Time meant nothing to him. For what could have been months or years, Toji lived like a wild animal. He slept on the streets when he was not serving as a bedwarmer for women who were too soft-hearted or too desperate. They fed him, but when the currency his hulking physique and rugged looks provided him ran dry, he ate scraps. He rarely bought food with the money pitiful strangers tossed at him, but one cold day led him to a hole-in-the-wall ramen shop.
It was a small little place that hardly sat ten. The kitchen was cramped, but the aromas it produced were heavenly. With his meager earnings, the lone wolf bought himself a steaming bowl of ramen that he devoured at a speed that he would find embarrassing had he maintained his dignity. No one acknowledged him. For once, he was just another face in the crowd. Toji’s emerald eyes rested on the empty porcelain bowl in front of him, mocking him unforgivably. With a bitter expression, he glared at the bowl. He wondered how far down he had spiraled into the abyss of nothingness that was his life to end up in these circumstances–a simple household item reminding him of everything he was not. Since day one, his bowl had run empty with no one to fill it.
Until you.
Toji’s train of thought is interrupted when one of the owners, an elderly woman with a withered face and silvery wisps for hair, places another bowl of steaming tonkatsu ramen in front of him. His hard eyes meet hers.
“I didn’t order this.” He states gruffly.
Despite his harsh expression and soulless delivery, the elderly woman’s features melt into a warm expression.
“That girl at the end bought it for you.” She says giddily, discreetly pointing a bony finger in the direction of his benefactor. “A real sweetie. She’s a regular.”
He tracks the elderly woman’s finger. His eyes narrow as soon as they land on you. He did not appreciate pity in the slightest. Just as he is about to open his mouth and tell you off, his stomach rumbles. The sound prevails over the clanking of utensils, garnering the mystery woman’s attention. Not expecting to be caught, she gives Toji a sheepish smile before snapping her head back around to bury her nose in her book. Toji finds himself at a crossroads. If he ate the bowl, he owed her. If he did not, he would be wasting the rarity of free food. Once again, his thoughts are interrupted by another elder–the old woman’s husband. His fists knock on the table just as he appears before Toji, and a kind smile is on his face.
“Son, just eat.” He jests before disappearing.
Toji scoffs with a roll of his eyes. Old people could never mind their goddamn business, it seemed. But as he stared at the bowl of ramen for the umpteenth time since it had been placed in front of him, an unfamiliar feeling stirred within him. He gave you an unsuspecting glance from the corner of his eye, taking in every feature from the slope of your nose to the shoes on your feet. His eyes could not remove themselves from the warmth in your eyes. With that, he picked up the soup spoon and took one big gulp of creamy broth. He let the heat of the soup envelop his body the same way your eyes did.
For the first time, his bowl was filled.
THE STORM HAD KNOCKED THE POWER OUT.
You did not know what woke you first–the severe gust of wind that sent branches flying against your window in a repetitive fashion or the bone-chilling drop in temperature the second your heater shut off. You tried your best to ignore it, curling up under your covers as you pathetically warmed yourself with your breath. It was when your shivers escalated into violent shivers in a matter of minutes that you knew something had to be done. Tearing yourself out of the safety of your blanket cocoon, you scurried to your kitchen as quietly as you could in search of emergency candles. Maybe if you lit enough, they could act as some semblance of a fireplace. To your detriment, the clattering of your teeth was enough to wake the slumbering wolf in your humble living room. Your eyes widen the second you hear the familiar creak of the cushion springs, whipping around to face your impromptu roommate.
“S-Sorry. It’s really cold, s-so I thought I could light some–” You frantically gesture to the cabinet of candles you had opened, the cold freezing your brain in its poignant state of desperation. “You know. To help maybe.”
Toji lets out a quiet huff. From where you are standing with one candle lighting the space, you can barely point out the smirk on his face,
“Don’t be sorry. It’s your apartment.” He mutters, his voice gravely from sleep as he rubs his tired eyes.
Thanks to his heightened senses, he could see you perfectly. You were in your usual pajamas, ones that worked against you in this weather. With your bare feet on the cold tile, as you shivered, you looked endearingly pathetic. He scoffs.
“C’mere.”
You shake your head, wrapping your arms around yourself.
“I’m o-okay. You should sleep.”
Toji lets out a deep sigh, sitting upright on your futon.
“Come here.” He repeats, this time more firmly. “You’re freezing, your pajamas are thin as shit, and the power is out until god knows when which means we have no heater.”
You’re going to get sick is what he means to say. I can’t bear the sight of you in any state of suffering.
When you hesitate again, loudly sighs again, patting his lap audibly.
“I won’t be able to sleep with all the fuckin’ teeth chattering, sweetheart. Stop being stubborn.” He grumbles.
And with that, he stands up and strides towards you to grab you with the stealth and agility of a panther. You could not help the squeal that escaped from your mouth the second he effortlessly scooped you up and swooped you right under the covers. He was right. The second Toji curled his brawny body around yours, your shivers began to decrescendo. His heat melted your stiff muscles until you fully surrendered, intertwining your body with his.
“Shit. You’re freezing.”
“Sorry.” You squeak, snuggling closer to him.
“Stop apologizing.” He mutters, flinching ever so slightly as your cold feet brush up against his calf.
The gesture wills you with embarrassment.
“Sorry.” You squeak again.
“Christ, woman. I told you to stop apologizing.”
“....sorry.”
Toji dignifies your antics with a chuff that carries a hardly noticeable laugh. Closing his eyes, he nuzzles his nose against the top of your head, flooding his senses with the smell of your signature shampoo. He is not used to this–affection. Holding someone. Someone holding him. He finds himself having to squeeze your frame impossibly closer to his to convince himself that this experience is real.
“Stop it.” He murmurs against your head, his voice the softest you have ever heard.
Closing your eyes, you rest your head in the crook of his neck. You fit right in there like a missing puzzle piece.
“Okay.” You whisper, conceding to sleep.
“TOJI?”
It is some ungodly hour when he abruptly sits up in bed, his body coated in a layer of cold sweat. His eyes are enlarged as he scans the room, his orbs frantically darting in every which direction. His heart pounds rapidly against his ribs, his bare chest rising and falling at a quick pace. He is numb, unable to feel a single thing as his brain transports him back to that place. That god-forsaken place. Since the two of you began sleeping in the same bed, his night terrors diminished into nightmares until they ceased altogether. For once, just once, Toji thought he could outrun his past. But just like the scars on his body, darkness was ingrained in every fiber of his being. It ran through his bloodstream, pumping into his heart and fueling every move he made. He was stupid to think he could live a life like this with you. People like him simply did not belong in the realm people like you existed in, so good and so pure.
“Hey,” You whisper, rolling onto your side to face him. “Did you have another nightmare?”
Your voice feels like the sun. Not in the way it gets in your face and makes your eyes sting to the point where all you want to do is get away from it. No, he could not run from you. No matter how far he got in his head, he simply could not.
“Go back to sleep, sweetheart. You got work in a few hours.” He rasps.
He pulls you into his arms, resting his cheek on the top of your head. Like clockwork, he grounds himself with your touch–skin against skin, your heartbeats creating a rhythmic cadence until ultimately his own slows down and thumps in tandem with yours. He closes his eyes, taking a deep breath.
“It’s nothing. Sleep.”
You cannot help but frown. It was hard whenever he got this way. You did not mind, of course, that was not the problem. It was watching him wrestle with himself in his head until he was numb again. It was the vacant look in his eyes. Whenever Toji broke, a part of you did too. If there was a way to physically pour love into him until he was bursting at the seams, you would–anything to never see that lifeless expression again. Sitting up, you reach for his face, cradling his jaw in your palm.
“Don’t say that. It’s not nothing.” You say gently yet sternly. “The things that hurt you aren’t nothing.”
Just like that, Toji feels like that seventeen-year-old kid again who desperately craved approval and a sense of belonging in a system that actively worked against him just because he needed to feel something. You disarm him not in a way that makes him feel scared and defenseless, but in a way that assures him that he is no longer in a state of survival. Unless it is for you, his days of fighting are over. Even then, he was very capable that you could hold your own as a Grade One. Yet still, if he had to bloody his first for anyone, it would be for you.
“I was back there again.” He says quietly, his voice barely above a whisper.
Your eyes soften.
“You’re not there anymore.” You assure, running the pad of your thumb across his cheekbone. “You’re here–”
“You don’t get it.” He snaps “I can’t change shit. No matter where I look, I’m back there in that fuckin’ hole.”
“You. Are here. With me.” You state firmly, cupping his face with both hands now and forcing him to meet your gaze. “You escaped. And now you get to forge a new path for yourself. It’s not going to be easy. You’re going to have a lot more nights like this, but the difference is you’ll have me. No matter how much you try to push me away because you think I don’t get it just because I grew up in some ‘cushy’ sorcerer family, you can’t push me away. I’m not going anywhere.”
Toji clenches his jaw. A part of him hated when you were like this, blindly believing every conviction that came out of your mouth. It was downright painful. In these moments, he could not bring himself to believe you.
“This is just the way it is.” He mutters defiantly, turning his face away from you as he clenches his fists at his sides.
Your heart feels like a stake has been driven through it when your touch makes him flinch. But now is not the time to lead with her feelings. He needed you. you meant every word she said.
“I am promising you that. My cold, dead body is gonna have to be pried away from you to get me to leave you.” You shakily whisper, trying your best to keep your emotions at bay as his pain causes your body to react viscerally.
He does not answer you, continuing to avoid your gaze. The only sign that he had not gone catatonic was the way his chest began to heave. He was losing it.
“Toji…look at me.”
He remains frozen in place. A tense silence builds between the two of you, threatening to force the two of you apart until you are too far gone to be retrieved. For the first time since you naively welcomed the then-homeless stranger into your home, you felt scared of him. The grave distance is closed when he finally meets your gaze, a wild and terror-filled expression in his eyes–the same one he wore the day you met him.
“You and me. When shit gets tough, we’ll fight through it. If you don’t want to fight, I’ll fight for both of us. No matter what, we’re doing life together.” You breathe, swallowing the lump in your throat.
Toji remains silent, simply staring at you with an unreadable expression. Finally, his hands stop shaking and he unclenches his fists, resting them on your cheeks. The warmth of his palms makes your eyes involuntarily flutter shut.
“You’re gonna get sick of me.”
Your response is a mere shake of the head.
“I’ll get sick of you not wiping down the counter after you brush your teeth or wash your face. Or when you don’t put the dishes away right when I ask you to.” You laugh softly. “But sick of loving you? Never.”
That earns a throaty chuckle from him. Leaning forward, he presses his forehead against yours.
“I’ll give your bossy ass something to complain about.”
Before you can retort, his lips are pressed against yours. This kiss is a far cry from the passionate, sensual, all-consuming kisses you both usually share. No words need to be said this time. His lips imprint unspoken locutions of ardor and besottedness into yours. I love you. I’m sorry I’m a fuck up. I don’t always have the right words to say. Please.
That night, Toji surrenders.
HIS NAME WAS MEGUMI. THEIR BLESSING.
Regardless of his gender, that is what he was to Toji–his saving grace.
The two of you hadn’t exactly planned on having a baby so soon. It was about a year after you and Toji’s small intimate wedding that you found yourself feeling…off. Fatigue was the first symptom to make itself apparent. No matter how early you slept, your body still fought against you whenever you were awake. Then it was the hunger, which amused your newlywed husband. Funnily enough, Toji decided to take up cooking to mitigate your sudden appetite increase. Your condition was obvious from that point on. Nine days before Toji’s birthday and the new year, Megumi was born. Just like his daddy when the two of you were wed, Megumi took your last name–Fushiguro. Just like that, the three of you were a little family. As Toji held his newborn son in his arms, he realized that he had done it. He forged a life of his own from the darkness you pulled him from.
And it’s moments like this in which the first thing he sees is his son’s big green eyes staring up at him in the middle of the night that he realizes how much of a test fatherhood was. He runs a hand over his tired face, rubbing his eyes before he places a finger over his lips as he agilely slides out of bed. He glances over his shoulder to check if you are still asleep before effortlessly scooping Megumi up into his arms and quietly exiting the bedroom.
“What’s the matter?” He murmurs, his sonorous voice raspy from sleep.
Megumi is quiet for a moment, the five year old rubbing his eyes with his small fists. He hangs his head low.
“I keep seeing them.” He says quietly. “Can’t sleep.”
Toji frowns, his large hand smoothing over the back of his son’s head.
Not too long ago, Megumi began to see curses. The two of you were prepared for the dreaded day he would, you could feel your son’s cursed energy develop little by little until it was suddenly surrounding him like a forcefield. Your reaction to the matter was much different than the Zenin clan’s–you were scared, terrified even. Megumi’s cursed energy manifesting meant the possibility of him becoming a jujutsu sorcerer was officially established. With that came the painful realization that you could lose your child at any moment. It was a refreshing experience for Toji to witness; healthy parenting, the love of a mother. He could not even bring himself to be surprised that you were such an amazing mother. After all, you had amazed him in all aspects of life.
“Do you want to go back in there?” Toji asks nudging his head towards Megumi’s room.
The toddler ponders for a moment before shaking his head, his eyes apprehensive. Toji does not question him, simply nodding and making his way to the kitchen. A quiet silence makes itself home between father and son as Toji prepares a warm cup of milk for his mini-me. Once the drink is ready, he gently places Megumi on the counter and hands him the cup.
“Careful.” He says, his eyes swimming with concern as they take in Megumi’s appearance thoughtfully. “Talk to me.”
Megumi takes a cautious sip, testing the temperature of the creamy beverage before drinking it more freely. His lips press together, and a million feelings that he cannot describe run through his head.
“You and mama see them too right? The…curses.” He whispers. “When did you stop being scared of them?”
For a five year old, Megumi was quite insightful. His perception skills were exceptional yet amusing when paired with his childish and innocent wonder. Hearing such a small voice ask questions beyond the scope of a child still gave Toji a whiplash.
Toji lets out a noise that is akin to a laugh and a huff, shaking his head ever so slightly as he does so.
“Who says we’re not?” He answers much to Megumi’s–whose eyes are now wide with shock–surprise.
Toji struggles to find the right words to say. This was usually your thing; he was never one to console with the power of words. No, to this day, he still finds it easier to fight his way through conflict. But then there is Megumi staring up at him with his eyes, fear and trepidation tainting the usual sparkle in his eyes in a way that reminds him of himself when he was this age. His son had everything he wanted for the majority of his life–the very gift that could have saved him a world of hurt–and was still being subject to the ugliness of sorcery.
That is all it takes for Toji, who is now a father and not a fighter.
He washes the violence away with a warm sip of milk from a sippy cup that is so small in his hands that it is borderline ridiculous and uses his once bloodied hands to cradle the small, precious being that carries his heart against his chest. He shields this boy with all his life the way he himself should have been, carrying him to the couch for a cuddle.
“Remember how mama and I showed you how to summon your dogs?” He whispers, wrapping an arm around Megumi as he settles at his side.
Taking his tiny hand, he situates it into the correct signage. Megumi looks up at him for assurance before his Divine Dogs are loyally at his side, their cold snouts nudging him happily. The toddler giggles, wiggling around with the excited canines. Once they have settled down, curling around him protectively as they snooze, Toji smiles down at him and presses a tender kiss to his forehead.
“Whenever you’re scared, your pups are here for you. You understand?”
Megumi nods, now content. Toji is silent for a moment, at a loss for words yet again but for a different reason this time. He’s overwhelmed by emotions, ones that he cannot even name. He blinks his eyes, abruptly pulling the toddler on top of him so he could wrap his arms around him tightly.
His child. The one you gave him.
All you have ever done is give, and give, and give until you gave him the greatest gift of all.
“Can’t breathe.” Megumi murmurs against his dad’s chest.
“You’re fine.” Toji whispers, swallowing the lump in his throat. “You’re fine.”
It was fine. Everything was…fine.
Finally.
“WAIT, FUSHIGURO IS YOUR LAST NAME, SENSEI?”
You have to press your lips together to hold back your laughter as Yuuji and Nobara stare at you with shocked and bewildered expressions, Megumi unphased yet exhausted by the antics of his friends. Toji barks out a loud laugh from behind you, resting his hands on your shoulders.
“She makes the money around here. Might as well.”
“I think you’re doing great, Mr. Fushiguro! Feminism!” Yuji cheers exuberantly, turning to Megumi and Nobara for approval only to be met with perturbed expressions.
“Then get a job.” Megumi grumbles.
Toji simply kisses his teeth, removing one hand from your shoulder to ruffle Megumi’s hair. The teen hurls out a string of disciplinary phrases, only amusing his father who smiles smugly in return.
“Your mom doesn’t want me to work. She thinks I’ll cheat on her. So possessive.”
The gasp that immediately leaves your body is dramatic enough to land you a role in a soap opera. Your husband only directs his smug smile to you now, gazing down at you with the familiar playful yet fond expression he has maintained for a decade now. And just like it did exactly a decade ago, it irritates you to no end.
“You’re easily bought. I know that firsthand.” You quip.
“You were eager to buy this hu–”
“Please not this again.” Megumi laments.
Nobara and Yuji stare at Megumi with expectant expressions. If they had tails, they would definitely be wagging expeditiously. Toji claps Megumi on the back unnecessarily hard, making him glare at him for the umpteenth time in an hour.
“Oh come on. You didn’t tell them how your mama and I met?”
“Why would I tell them that?”
The two young sorcerers respond with a clash of loud pleas and declarations of camaraderie, how dare Fushiguro withhold this part of his upbringing for them, haven’t they gone through enough together?
Toji’s hands knead your shoulders. He bows his head, nosing the top of your head. His eyes flutter shut, a satisfied hum rumbling from his chest.

Sasha Hamilton and the show host, Marty Granger, were discussing a few talking points before the show was about to continue, when Marty was given the signal. She nodded in recognition as she and Sasha returned to their previous positions before the break. Sasha adjusted herself, hoping that she still looked as well as when she first walked out on stage. She hated these talk shows, with the lights beating down her and the live audiences. But she knew that she needed to do what was necessary to promote her new movie. So, she forced a smile as she heard the director call out the countdown.
“3… 2… 1… and action!”
Marty put on a huge smile on her face as she spoke. “And welcome back to Mornings with Marty! We’re continuing our morning segment with rising actress Sasha Hamilton!” Marty paused as the crowd cheered and Sasha waved to the audience, a smile on her face as she did. Once the audience died down, Marty continued. “So, Sasha, your new movie is all about love and passion. And I think we’re all kind of curious about your love life. Is there anyone special in your life?”
Sasha smiled with a tilted head, shaking it slightly. “No, I’m afraid no. I’m a bit too focused on my career right now. However, if the right person came along, I would definitely keep an open mind.”
“Really? For some reason, I have a hard time believing that, especially the chemistry with co-star Jonah Everhart.” Marty commented, arching her brow as she did.
A picture of her and Jonah then appeared on the screen behind them. It was a scene from the movie when Jonah had her backed up against the wall. She could feel her cheeks starting to heat up as she remembered the day they shot that scene. It took them half a dozen times to get it exactly right, for various reasons. However, the behind the scenes photographer did a great job at capturing the moment when they did finally get it right. Jonah was looking down at her, with one arm resting right above her head and his other hand had a hold of her chin. His thumb and index finger had a gentle hold on her as he forced her to look up at him. Sasha was brought out of her thoughts when she heard Marty’s voice again.
“Well?”
“I hate to disappoint, but Jonah and I are just friends.” Sasha replied, looking away from the picture to turn her attention towards Marty.
“Alright, alright. I just wanted to make sure.” Marty said with a laugh. “How about we play a little game then?” Marty suggested, before she reached for a remote that was sitting on the coffee table between them. “It’s gonna be a speed game. An image will show up on the screen of a celebrity or famous person and you’re going to rate them on cuteness.”
Sasha laughed at the idea of the game, but went along with it anyway. “Alright, let’s play.”
Like Marty had said, various actors and other famous people popped up on the screen. Sasha tried to be generous, not wanting to hurt anyone’s feelings. However, her excitement grew when Marty pulled up the last picture and it was Steve Rogers.
“10.” Sasha said almost immediately. “If I could go higher, I would.”
“Oh really?” Marty asked with a smirk. “Do you have a crush on Captain America?”
“I do. Actually, ever since the attack on New York, I’ve had a huge crush on him. I thought he was so brave, along with the other Avengers.” Sasha explained, she could feel her cheeks beginning to heat up again and she couldn’t believe that she had just admitted that on live television. Especially when the audience started to, ‘awe’.
“Wow, I’m kind of surprised that you remember that, you were rather young weren’t you?” Marty asked, generally curious.
“Well, I was about 13 when it happened, Marty.” Sasha answered, she remembered how that day changed everything she believed in.
Marty nodded her head for a moment, before she clapped her hands together, a smile forming on her face. “Well, there we have it folks, Sasha Hamilton has a crush on Captain America! Also, don’t forget to go see her new movie coming out this November!”
“Yes, please! If you’re looking for a date night movie or movie to see with your girlfriends, then you won’t wanna miss Don't Blame Me, in theaters this November.” Sasha said with a huge smile, glad that the interview was finally over.
Upbeat music started to play as her and Marty started to be more casual and relaxed. The audience clapped along with the music as the cameras moved around the stage. When the director called, ‘cut’, Sasha and Marty both stood up and left the stage.
Steve was on his way to his office when he caught a bunch of agents surrounding a TV in a conference room and they were all glued to it. He paused to see what had them so hooked and it appeared to be some kind of talk show. The host was interviewing a young woman and according to the subtitles, she had just admitted to having a crush on him. One of the agents happened to look behind him and took notice of Steve standing in the doorway.
“Hey, Cap, how does it feel knowing Sasha Hamilton has a crush on you?” The agent asked, causing the others to turn around.
“I think it’s none of your business and unless you want to be pushing paperwork for a week, I’d get to work if I were you.” Steve said, crossing his arms and making himself taller.
The agent who spoke immediately lost his smirk and he and the other agents quickly dispersed. Steve shook his head before he continued on to his office. The nerve they had to try and harass him about something like this was a bit bold for a bunch of low level agents. It would have been one thing if it had been Sam or Bucky, teasing him, since he actually considered them to be friends. When Steve got to his office, he tried to focus on actual work, but the young actress’s words kept popping into his head. He sighed as he leaned back in his chair. He was flattered and he couldn’t deny that she was definitely attractive, but could it even work between them? He found himself wanting to know about her, who was Sasha Hamilton exactly?
“F.R.I.D.A.Y., secure office.” Steve commanded and the windows and glass walls darkened so that no one could see inside.
“Office secured, sir.” F.R.I.D.A.Y. said, the AI’s electronic voice coming through the intercom system of his office. “Anything else sir?”
“No, that’s it, thank you.” Steve said, he then opened the internet browser and started to enter Sasha's name in the search engine. He hesitated for a moment before he hit enter on the keyboard.
After a few moments of scrolling, Steve quickly exited out of the browser. He ran a hand down his face as he leaned back in his chair. He felt weird about looking her up like this, it didn’t feel right. He then stood up from his chair and decided that he needed to clear his head, clearing out of the browser.
“F.R.I.D.A.Y., unsecure office.” Steve ordered and the office became brighter again as the sunlight showed through the windows again.
“Task completed. Oh, Mr. Stark wanted me to remind you of the charity event tonight.” F.R.I.D.A.Y. said.
Steve sighed. “Right, what time is that tonight?”
“Seven o’clock at the Waldorf Astoria for the St. Andrew’s Children Hospital fundraiser.” F.R.I.D.A.Y reminded him.
Steve scratched the back of his neck, he typically hated these events, but since it was for sick children, he felt like he had to, considering his past. “Set an alarm on my phone for five, I’ll be in the training room until then.”
“Very well, sir.” F.R.I.D.A.Y. said.
Steve then headed out of his office and to the training room to clear his head.
Even with the tinted windows of the limo, the flash of the cameras from the press and the paparazzi still seemed blinding. Sasha groaned as she looked away from the window and turned towards her manager, Blue Santiago. Sasha smiled, grateful to have such an amazing manager to have by her side. She watched as Blue typed away on her phone.
“I know that look.” Blue said, still looking down at her phone.
“You’re not even looking at me.” Sasha said, crossing her arms.
Blue sighed. “I don’t have too. You’re wondering how long we have to be here for, correct?”
Sasha narrowed her eyes for a moment before uncrossing her arms. “You know me too well.”
Blue smiled as she finally looked up. “An hour and a half tops, two hours at the most.”
Sasha let out a heavy breath as the limo came to a stop. “Fine.”
“Besides, it’s for a good cause. Plus, I’ve kinda been withholding some information from you about tonight.” Blue said with a sly smile.
“Blue, what aren’t you telling me?” Sasha inquired, a bit surprised that her manager would keep anything from her.
However, before Blue could say anything, the passenger door to the limo opened. Sasha glanced back at her manager before she took a deep breath and climbed out of the limo. Lights flashed continuously as reporters took several pictures and fans shouted in excitement at her arrival. She waited until Blue was out of the limo before heading towards the entrance of the hotel. Sasha stopped a few different times to sign autographs and to stop for photographs for press and fans alike. She did her best to ignore the intrusive questions that some of the press and paparazzi were asking her. When she was finally inside of the hotel, she took a deep breath before Blue escorted her towards the grand ballroom. She took in the sight of the ballroom for a moment, admiring how beautiful the room was before she remembered that Blue was about to tell her something before they were about to get out of the limo.
“Oh, what were you going to tell me before?” Sasha aske, as Blue started to lead them towards their table.
“Ah, you remember that do ya? Very well, if you must know, it’s rumored that Steve Rogers will be here tonight.” Blue said, causing Sasha to stop in her tracks.
“Are you serious?” Sasha asked, looking straight at Blue to see if there was any indication that she was lying, but couldn’t find any.
“Supposedly, he was invited and the Avengers gave a pretty decent donation. Oh, so did you by the way.” Blue said, as she gestured towards their table.
“Good, good. I still can’t believe you didn’t tell me.” Sasha said, as she took a seat.
As the event started, Sasha couldn’t help but feel a bit disappointed as Steve hadn’t shown up yet. But as the first speaker finished talking and the lights turned back on, she noticed someone sitting a few tables away. It was Steve Rogers. Her stomach immediately started to do flips and twist in ways she hadn’t felt in a long time. She tried not to stare at him, but it was hard. ‘God, he looks so perfect,’ she thought to herself.
“Hey, you’re drooling.” Blue teased, whispering in Sasha’s ear.
Sasha nudged Blue playfully as she rolled her eyes. “I was not.”
“You know, I can try to see if I can get you an introduction.” Blue said with a smirk.
“I will love you forever.” Sasha said, excitement starting to grow inside of her.
“I’ll be right back.” Blue said, before she elegantly got up from the table to work her magic.
A few moments later Blue returned to the table, a huge smile on her face.
“You're going to love me forever and you owe me big time.” Blue said as she sat back down.
“No way. You didn’t.” Sasha said, a mix of excitement and nervousness flooding her body.
“Yup. He wants to meet you for a drink at the bar.” Blue said with a smile.
Sasha had a hard time trying to contain her excitement, so she took a deep breath before she glanced towards the bar. She couldn’t believe that she was about to meet Steve Rogers, it was like she was in some kind of dream. She looked over at Blue one last time before she got up and started to walk towards the bar. She tried to take deep breaths to calm her nerves as she got closer, but it didn’t work much. When he finally came into view, she stopped to admire him. He looked so handsome in the tux that he was wearing, the navy blue complimented him extremely well. Sasha took another deep breath before she approached him, her nerves on fire. She smiled as they made eye contact and he took her breath away.
Steve smiled when he finally spotted Sasha, remembering what she looked like when he saw her on the television. He straightened up and flattened down his tie. ‘She is even prettier in person,’ Steve thought to himself as his heart skipped a beat. He couldn’t help but let his eyes wander over her body, the dress suited her well and the scarlet red looked incredible on her. He then took a deep breath himself and decided to close the distance between them.
“Sasha, right?” Steve asked with a smile as he looked into her eyes.
“Yeah, that’s me.” Sasha said nervously as she stared into his beautiful, sky blue eyes.
“It’s a pleasure to finally meet you.” Steve said, his heart raced inside of his chest, he wouldn’t have been surprised if it popped out of his chest like in those silly cartoons. He took a deep breath, before he glanced over to the bar. “Care for a drink?”
“I’d love to.” Sasha said, still trying to wrap her mind around this, still having a hard time believing that this was actually happening.
Steve gestured towards the bar and as the two started to walk, he put an arm behind her. Sasha was filled with nerves and butterflies had started to form in her stomach. His arm was around her, even though he wasn’t actually touching her. Her thoughts were scrambled as they walked, unable to think clearly. ‘When did the bar get so far away?’ She thought to herself. She then tripped over her own feet, causing her to stumble, but before she completely fell on her face, Steve managed to catch her.
“Woah, you alright there?” Steve asked, concern etched across his face.
“She could feel her cheeks begin to heat up from embarrassment. “Yeah, just clumsy, I guess.” She said, giving him a small smile.
Steve chuckled a bit. He could tell that she was just as nervous as him, which helped calm his nerves down. He was relieved when they got to the bar, he had held onto her until they had reached the counter. Once they had ordered their drinks, Steve felt a little more relaxed once he had a whiskey in his hands. Sasha also felt a little more relaxed when she had an old fashioned in her hand. Silence overcame the two for a moment before Steve cleared his throat.
“So, um, how long have you been acting?” Steve asked, genuinely curious.
“Well,” Sasha started, before taking a small sip of her drink. “I’ve been acting since I was eight doing different productions with community theater. But I think I was 20 when I got my first big role.”
“Wow, that’s quite impressive. It seems like you’re pretty passionate and committed to your career.” Steve said, before taking a drink of his whiskey. “What got you into acting? If you don’t mind me asking.”
“No, not at all. Actually, my cousins and I would always play dress up and then we would make up scenes or put on a small skit.” Sasha said with a smile.
“That’s great. I can actually see that and I bet it was adorable.” Steve said he liked that she was being so open with him. To him, it felt like she was being genuine and herself, and he liked that. Too often these days, it felt like people were mostly trying to be someone they weren’t and he hated it.
After that, the conversation started to flow between the two. The rest of the party seemed to disappear and it was like they were the only two people in the room. The two shared stories and made each other laugh as they sat at the bar. Steve could feel the sparks starting to form between them, something he hadn’t felt in a very long time. He just hoped that she was feeling the same way; and she was. Sasha was feeling those very same sparks and they were flying.
series synopsis: Trapped inside Westview, Agatha Harkness was reduced to Agnes. The noisy neighbor and nothing more than that. Until a meteor rain brought something strong to Westview. Something strong enough to help her, and maybe strong enough to free her. You. In a journey to save herself by teaching you the ways of magic, Agatha Harkness wants one thing only: to avenge herself.
Steams grew from the white flooring. Buds were formed, white petals moving to cover it tightly. Slowly they turned lilac, until they blossomed into purple hydrangeas. They glistened.
― A basic illusion spell ― Agatha waved her hand, the flowers multiplied across the entire floor of your bedroom. With a snap, they disappeared. ― Your turn.
You kneeled on the cold floor, placing your hands above the tile. As you breathed, you imagine the air travelled through your veins. You felt it on your inner thighs, at the end of your fingertips, on the inside of your feet.
Pearly lilies blossomed between your hands. As you moved them away, you saw a electric glow fade.
― It worked! You saw it, right?
― I saw it all ― sat on your bed, Agatha patted you on the head. You looked up, and your smile made her forget to move away. ― Well done.
Effortlessly, Agatha made the white petals dance around the room. You gazed at them, enchanted by how long those illusions were lasting. You sat besides her on the bed, your tight touching hers and fingers intertwined. Looking at her, feeling her breath against you face, you wondered if there was an way for you to get even closer.
The white petals seemed to be dancing in the air. So you took her hands into yours, pulling her with you. Agatha laughed, her body stiff as you tried to made her dance with you, and eventually decided it wasn’t worthy to act embarrassed. Instead of sitting down and letting you enjoy whatever this way, Agatha danced with you.
Laughing, you both explored the house. There wasn’t a song, not even a hum, but you both didn’t care. With your hair moving around your waist and fingers spreading towards the ceiling, you pretended to be one of those pretty girls from the movies.
― Hello! ― A female voice you both stop. After a few seconds, you heard it again. ― Are you there?
― Go practice ― Agatha walked towards the stairs. ― I’ll talk to Mrs. Hart.
That made you frown.
― Her name is Sharon ― you said. ― Sharon Davis.
To watch Agatha shrug made that good feeling inside of your disappear. She didn’t care. Somehow, the frown on your face was amplified. Agatha, of all people, didn’t care about calling someone the name Wanda chose for them?
Sat on your bed, you decided that wasn’t the true. Agatha does care. Once you called her Agnes, and you could feel how tense that made her. How scared she was, almost as if calling her that name would be enough to curse her again. No, Agatha cares about her name.
She just doesn’t care about others.
Agatha opened the door with a false smile on her lips. She had the book Sharon handed to you. It was about kings and wars, not something she’s deeply interested in.
― Thank you ― she said. ― For being good to her.
― You don’t owe me anything ― Sharon waived. Knowing her, Sharon decided not to waste her time with small talk. Specially when Sharon could see the redness of her cheeks. ― She’s… something.
― Yeah. She really is.
Opening the door of your room, Agatha expected you to still be practicing moving nature. Her last lessons were all about recreating wind’s movement on things for they not to look uncanny. Instead, Agatha found you meditating. She didn’t taught you that, but you witnessed Agatha doing so.
She didn’t expect you to be surrounded by a ever growing illusion. Arround you, a universe expanded. Eyes closed, every time you breathed a new star was added to it. Agatha kneeled down in front of you, and stood there silently for a long time.
When the universe was big enough for it to fit the entire bedroom, Agatha decided it was time to wake you up.
― What are you doing? ― she asked.
― Recalling.
As the universe suddenly disappeared, you opened your eyes. Agatha wasn’t sure if you noticed what you were doing. If you meant what you said.
― Are you hungry? ― you smiled. ― I’m not, but if you are then I’ll eat with you. To keep you company. Not that I want to eat or something.
Agatha nodded, unsure of how to deal with you. She forgets it all the time, just like someone with a headache will suddenly remember they are in pain during work, but you are off. There is something lacking on you.
For now, she didn’t search for an answer. She didn’t questioned you, or chose to think instead of enjoying the night. You wanted to eat something, Agatha wanted to walk. The truth can wait for one more night.
And so it did.
It was way past midnight when you both made to the front door. You waited for Agatha to unlock it, already taking off your jacket, but the witch didn’t move a inch.
― You don’t want to come in yet?
― I don’t want this to end ― Agatha looked at you. ― I am… glad. That you are here. That we both are here, at the same time.
― I’m not going anywhere ― you promised, holding her hand and stroking her skin soflty. ― Just inside, if you unlock the door.
⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯ ⋆✦⋆ ⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯
You woke up before Agatha, and used that chance to runaway.
Every other day, she wakes up before you and by the time you finished eating breakfast Agatha has a new tome for you to read and more exercises. You’re so grateful for her, but that doesn’t mean you don’t get tired.
Walking nowhere in particular, you enjoyed sunlight and that warm breeze. You nose tells you it’ll rain. Should you get her something different to eat? Sharon told you about a new bakery.
A meow stopped you.
Trying to be as silent as you could, you followed the weak sound. You entered someone’s garden, kneeling in front of a bush. You pulled some branches away, revealing to you a white cat. It looked so young and lost. Carefully, you took him in your arms and stroked his ears.
― What are you doing in here, little one? ― you whispered. He bit your fingers, but you didn’t mind it. ― Are you lost?
You heard a door opening, and watched as a man walked out with a garbage bag. He stopped after spotting you, and you never felt that much fear from anyone before. You tried to wave at him, but even that made him shake.
― I saw a cat here ― you explained yourself. ― Sorry for that.
He said nothing, immovable in front of the main door, and that made you take a step back. Was he deaf? You could hear music coming from his house. You stared at his blue eyes, and that much fear made you talk before thinking twice.
― Why are you so scared? I never did anything to you.
― You’re with Agnes ― he said, dropping the bag and crossing his arms in front of his chest. His died hair moved away from his face. ― Get out of here.
You should’ve done as he said. You were the one doing something wrong. This is his house, and you just stepped on his flowers because of a cat you never saw before. But your curiosity was bigger than your concern for what is right and wrong.
He is afraid of Agnes―Agatha. He thinks that because you know her, he must be scared of you too. You want to know why. You want to know everything there is to know. And you wanna do it now.
― I know about the hex ― you told him. ― I know about Wanda. I know everyone here stinks of sadness and fear. I know there is something lacking. I know it feels like walking inside a room someone just left. I don’t know your name.
He said nothing. You were already thinking about turning away when you heard steps coming from behind you. That acid perfume was a telltale of Sarah’s presence. She and Ralph looked at one another, and you felt there was some sort of alliance between them both.
She said nothing, but you felt her gaze burning your back.
― My name is Ralph ― he finally said. ― I think we three have much to discuss.

in the afterglow (of an orgy) | bg3 companions x tav
cw: i'm not catholic but i feel like i sinned with this. gangbang turns into a orgy: the most dangeous polycule in the making. established relationships/developing relationships. m/m, f/f, m/f. cum swallowing. i am just a whore for tavrem.
an: happy 1th bg3 anniversary! i already love those characters more than i love my brother (wink wink). a bit late, my mom's birthday was my priority, but there we go!
They almost broke you.
You could still feel it all. A sort of discomfort that can only exist after immense pleasure. Those lingering touches on your burned skin. The deep bites collaring your neck, scratches on your back and nape. Dried tears staining your cheeks. Raw lips, just like the insides of your thighs.
Will you still feel it all tomorrow? Will their kisses, bites, slaps, hands, still be covering your body once you have to come back to old harsh life? Oh, yes, it will. That pain and pleasure inflicted on you won't suddenly dissapear. It will fade eventually, but you will still have bruises to gaze upon for some time. You prefer it that way. Everytime it aches, you'll think about them.
But not now. For now, there is nothing on your mind. Not a worry, not a memory, not a dream: all you have is moonlight's embrace and the warmth of the bonfire.
Such a loud silence took over the camp. As if it could even be called silence. Heavy breathing and soft whimperings. Moans so loud they still eccho into their heads. Such a filthy harmony.
"Hells", Wyll was the first to speak. He couldn't say much more than that.
Karlach groaned, her throat let out a sob almost palpable. Her whole body burned hotter. Smoke came out of her mouth, and Wyll wondered where she found the cigar. When. If she had more to spare. "More like heavens."
It wasn't planned. It wasn't expected. It was a hard day, and it turned into a cold night. In some moment in between those two, someone had to start it. This. Not that any of them could remember who did.
It was normal for you to kiss one of them when surrounded by the others, but you were always aware of the weight of their gaze. Some prefer to pretend it wasn't happening—Gale and Karlach would suddenly find something so interesting in their hands to look at. Others would enjoy it—Shadowheart and Wyll know how the other taste, and have shared a fair amount of wine watching you with Astarion.
And still, there was a line you decided to not cross. A point where you would stop, no matter with who you were, no matter who surrounded you. They all respected it, just like you did theirs. Shadowheart would tease, some would pout, but none would make you feel less than safe with them.
But then, someone had to start this. They really can't remember, the beggining of the night dizzy and so far away, but somehow they know who decided to do that. You. It could only be you.
Gale put on his navy robe, his cheeks burning brighter than the bonfire. Once he disappeared inside his tent, Astarion rolled his eyes and went back to watch the stars.
He knew it would make things too complicated. Shit, he knew it, but he wanted it. Wasn't it already difficult to be with you? It took him too long to understand you, to trust you, and now because of a night he might have weakened his bond with all other companions.
Not that they even matter that much. You're the strongest between them. Astarion needs to be safe, and you proved again and again that you can do that. Let the others suck on their own insecurities. Astarion will make sure to have you by his side when he avenges himself.
Lying to himself won't change the fact Astarion chose to do everything he did. It was all a choice. Every kiss, every bite, every thrust. And so did that damned wizard. Astarion will keep on lying to himself, pretending not to notice as his heart shatters once more.
Then he felt the blanket over his skin. Astarion opened his eyes, and this time he couldn't look away from the mark on Gale's neck. "Oh, darling, you can be sweet", Astarion bit his tongue. "Unlike your blood."
Gale sighed. He kneeled besides you, covering your body. You were already dozzing off, but he saw a tiny smile spreading across your face. "How you feeling, my love?"
"Gross", you whispered. Gale chuckled, his thumb carressed your lips. You knew your whole body was covered in cum, but you couldn't care less once he licked his finger. "I can still feel you inside me. All of you."
A cold hand touched yours. Shadowheart was the last to get tired enough to stop. Her leg is intertwined with yours, now covered thanks to Gale, her knees stiff against your core.
"You've been so good", her voice, so soft, felt like a lullaby. You gazed at her lips. Such tender words for someone who rode your face calling you a whore. "What do you want, lover?"
Supporting yourself on your elbows, you tried to get up. Once your clit brushed against her knee, you whimpered. Shadowheart stared at you, and Gale held your arms. "I'll get clean", you said, waiting for them to give you space to move.
"Not so fast, dove", Shadowheart sat, the blanket falling and revealing her beautiful body. She was as burned as you. "You took all of us. If you can walk, then I will be scared."
Gale sat besides you, supporting you on his chest. You were sat now, but not any closer to getting up. "You are a sight", he whispered against your ear. "Let us care for you."
"I feel dirty", you said. "I just want to get clean."
Wyll raised from his spot, and Karlach watched as he walked away from her. She felt the lack of his weight on her chest.
She still burns. Less than she used to, but she does. And yet, there is not a person without the markes of her hands and lips. Karlach burned every single one of you, and no one wanted her to stop.
Karlach is used to feeling cold. It was so lonely and for so long. That's the first time in a while she feels hot and it isn't a bad thing.
"Is that a pout?" She teased. You wanted for her to be closer to you, but by the way her legs tremble you knew Karlach couldn't move. So did you. "Don't make me bite it out of you. Sit down and relax. You fucking earned it."
Wyll came back carrying towels and soap. Watching him, you relaxed against Gale's body. He kneeled in between your legs, and the first thing he did was to kiss your forehead.
"They are right", Wyll joined them in this little quest of preventing you from moving. "You've been so good. For all of us. Now let us take care of you, doll."
Wyll then kissed your knuckles, whispering sweet nothings against your skin. As if you both didn't knew his cum was deep inside your ass.
"Astarion, get her something to eat", a voice from behind you made you shiver. "Gale, we need a bath. You can warm water, can't you Shadowheart?"
"Oh, dear Lae'zel, I fear I can't." Shadowheart rolled her eyes, moving her hands as a rune appeared on the floor.
They can banter for however longer they want it. Everyone knows how long they spend fighting one another to ensure they would be on top. Between the two of them, it was more a battle than sex.
Exactly what you said they needed.
A purple glow you saw by the corner of your eyes worked as a telltale of Gale's magic. Only when you saw the bath floating until it reached the runes you understood it. They were about to bath you.
The camp was no longer silent. Watching the chaos of it all, Astarion chuckled to himself and went after something for everyone to eat.
Nothing changed.

Summary: Vulture sends Birdie to help The Robinhoods with crime in their city.
Warnings: None really, the heros are clean unlike the villians
Words: 1,574
Post-It Note: I dont care if there is no mature stuff here, minors get out my space. I'm not a babysitter.
The sounds of a jet engine starting up were in the background, Birdie climbed into her seat and buckled the straps as the engine started to warm up. She flipped switches, and pushed buttons then she grabbed the wheel and drove the plane down the runway off the side of the mountain.
The wind picked up as she got higher and higher into the sky the ground beginning to disappear. As the she flew rose into the sky. Birdie put the coordinates in that Vulture gave her before leaving and pushed the auto pilot button and let go of the wheel as it flew towards it's destination.
"You will reach Del Mar in 2 and 1/2 hours." The jet announced.
Birdie was asked to go to the neighboring city to help a crew of heros with crime in their city. Vulture wouldn't be joining her because of other duties he needed to tend to. So she was going to go help out in his place. So Birdie packed her bags with two suitcases, her suit and weapons, Vulture lent her the jet and off she went. Birdie knew a little bit about who she'd be working with. They were called The Robinhoods just like the folklore tale of Robin Hood and his thieves of the Sherwood Forest. Except this group was not just take from the rich and give to the poor.
They helped in any good way they could. Birdie had seen news coverage of them finding stolen art from places and returning it to its home, or stopping trafficking of animals in areas around them, or helping missing kids return to their families. That was some of their bigger works. They were really good at keeping danger at bay in Del Mar with how many of them their were. Only knowing a few since Birdie and Vulture rescued them from a sticky situation a while back even though she didnt know their identities at the time, since they wore masks whenever in the field. Birdie was up for it maybe she'd find some new friends out of this mission.
Birdie pulled out a applesauce pouch and sucked on it watching the clouds roll by out the window. She put her braids up in a ponytail so she could recline in the passenger chair without her hair getting in the way of her back.
A man sat at a desk typing away looking at radars and a screen. Around him people were moving about doing their jobs. A girl with a red boyish haircut wearing a jean jacket approached the man.
"Any signs of our visitor?" She asked.
"Not yet Sprite, why so eager?" The man pondered. Sprite wasn't quick enough to answer before another voice answered.
"Probably because the last time we saw em we needed the rescue instead." A voice said from the corner. He spoke throwing grapes into his mouth.
"We wouldn't have needed rescuing if you didn't-" Sprite spat.
"Hey! Can you two take this sibling argument elsewhere? I'm trying to work!"
Phastos grumbled.
The door opened again and Sprite immediately dropped the conversation. At the soft voice of the second in command of the Robinhoods entered.
"Sprite, Druig…Ajak wants you two in the conference room."
The two walked off towards the room. While the man in the chair breathed a sigh of relief.
"Thanks, Sersi. I thought I was gonna have to hear that argument yet again."
"No problem Phastos."
he jet began its decent out of the clouds as it flew through a massive cities skyline.
"Woah…" Birdie said looking out the window. As the jet took a left towards the treeline of what looked like dense woods. As the plane got closer the woods opened up in the middle reveling a building on the side of a cliff. The skyline of the city kissed the setting sun perfectly across the sky it looked like a painting.
Phastos saw a blinking light on the radar, switched to another screen and saw a jet. He put his headphones on and started talking.
"this is restricted air space, state yourself or you will be shot down."
Birdie cleared her throat, putting on her headset then announced herself, she was relived to hear the words spoken next over the radar.
"Welcome to The Sticks, Birdie I'm opening the hanger doors now." Phastos announced.
Phastos put his headset around his neck and went to tell the others. He knocked on the conference door and pointed in the direction of the airplane hanger.
Birdie followed the flashing lights on the runway driving the jet to a spot on the pavement. Flicking off all the buttons as the engine whirred down for the night. She grabbed her backpack and two suitcases and hit the launch door and waited for it to touch the ground.
There were two women one dressed in a power suit the other in more casual clothes waiting for her at the bottom of the ramp.
"Welcome! It's nice to have you here, I'm Ajak and this is my second hand woman Sersi."
Birdie smiled and shook both of their hands. She walked with the two women inside a building with big glass windows that overlooked a cliff side into the lake she saw from the jet on the flight in. It was a cool space defiantly different from the mountain lair that Vulture had.
"Were going to go to a meeting here in a min but afterwards Sprite and Makkari will walk you to your room, its on the same floor."
In the conference room people were talking amongst themselves Birdie recognized only three people in there. One she heard on the ride in and the other two were fuzzy. But they defiantly sounded familiar. I wonder if that's who we rescued once? Birdie shrugged it off for now.
A girl in a red jacket waved at Birdie she waved and smiled at her back, then she continued to talk to someone beside her with her hands. Birdie remembered there was someone on the Robinhoods who was deaf but she didn't know who. She got her question answered as she watched a bit.
Birdie threw her backpack on the back of a chair and sat on the far end. Next to a man in a purple polo.
"Oh! Hello! You must be the assist Ajak called for! Its nice to meet you, I've seen clips of how you fly and fight in your suit its phenomenal, really impressive. I'm Kingo!" The man said all this very fast. While holding out his hand.
Birdie shook his hand. "Thank you! I'm Birdie." She said.
"Take your seats! Everyone!" Ajak announced.
Everyone settled down and swiveled towards their leaders attention.
"Everyone our assist is here…this is Birdie." All eyes in the room turned to Birdie she waved briefly to everyone.
"What exactly do we need her for again?" A man with a silver streak in his hair at the front.
Birdie heard someone else mumble. because you don't fly stealthy enough, to avoid attention numbskull. her eyes looked across the table at the man that said it. Black hair, blue eyes as cold as ice. Birdie hid her smile and snicker pretending to scratch her face.
"What was that?" The man spat.
"You heard me." the man mumbled.
"We all can benefit from Birdie's help, she's pretty skilled from what ive seen and heard. Ok so everyone, Be respectful." Ajak told throwing a look at the two.
"Now for introductions…."
Birdie was introduced to all the hoods and their code names. The bodyguard was Ikaris the man with a silver streak in his hair, Ajak was the Queen the most powerful piece on a chessboard. Sersi was King and she was Ajak's second command. Next were the two Knights, Phastos and Kingo. They worked together to make all the robinhoods gear and suits, Kingo's specialty was making everyday things hide weapons and gadgets into. Birdie showed a look of shock after she was told that.
"That's incredible." She told.
"Thank you."
Thena was their muscle and a bishop she had various tactical and physical training under her many belts. Birdie lost count how many specialties they said she had. Gil was the second muscle him and Thena mostly did jobs together as a duo.
That left the last three but they were certainly not the least at all. They were the reason some of the most dangerous missions were even successful, the Go team.
The youngest spy Birdie ever met Sprite she was often the distraction, or diversion her code name was Castle, Druig the retriever but it didn't mean dog. He could get information out of people, and get them out of various situations, with charm being his weapon. He could talk someone into anything or out of anything almost like he knew how they think. Which was terrifying Birdie was happy he was a good guy instead of a bad one, his code name was The Rook. Then their was Makkari she was the driver fast, stealthy and quiet. She made getaways look like a cake walk. her code name was the 2nd Bishop.
Birdie nodded as everyone was introduced then the meeting started. After about an hour everything was planned to the T even what team she would be on to help first.
"Alright, everyone is dismissed get some sleep, we've got a long day a head of us."
