one of my sisters friends whole family died in a car accident last night. her friend survived, but may not be able to walk again. i just heard about it all. i barely know this friend of hers and my sister wasn't even that close to her, but this is just such a sad, hopeless, and tragic situation. pls pray for the one who survived, the ones who passed, and the ones who loved them all. thank you.
Please no matter what blog type you have please spread the word on the attacks on Aleppo because people need to know and we need to stand with Aleppo just like we did with Paris. Everything matters at this point because innocent people are dying a you reblogging and Spreading the word matters as much as donating because the people of Aleppo will know that we stand with them and that we care for them
سورة الكهف
And never say of anything, “Indeed, I will do that tomorrow,” [23]
Except [when adding], “If Allah wills.” And remember your Lord when you forget [it] and say, “It may be that my Lord guides me unto a nearer way of truth than this.” [24]

{ وَلَا تَهِنُوا وَلَا تَحْزَنُوا وَأَنتُمُ الْأَعْلَوْنَ إِن كُنتُم مُّؤْمِنِينَ }
So do not weaken and do not grieve, and you will be superior if you are [true] believers. [3:139]
{ إِن يَمْسَسْكُمْ قَرْحٌ فَقَدْ مَسَّ الْقَوْمَ قَرْحٌ مِّثْلُهُ ۚ وَتِلْكَ الْأَيَّامُ نُدَاوِلُهَا بَيْنَ النَّاسِ وَلِيَعْلَمَ اللَّهُ الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا وَيَتَّخِذَ مِنكُمْ شُهَدَاءَ ۗ وَاللَّهُ لَا يُحِبُّ الظَّالِمِينَ }
If a wound (and killing) has touched you, be sure a similar wound (and killing) has touched the others. And so are the days (good and not so good), We give to men by turns, that Allah may test those who believe, and that He may take martyrs from among you. And Allah does not like the wrongdoers - [3:140]
{ وَلِيُمَحِّصَ اللَّهُ الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا وَيَمْحَقَ الْكَافِرِينَ }
And that Allah may purify the believers [through trials] and destroy the disbelievers. [3:141]
{ أَمْ حَسِبْتُمْ أَن تَدْخُلُوا الْجَنَّةَ وَلَمَّا يَعْلَمِ اللَّهُ الَّذِينَ جَاهَدُوا مِنكُمْ وَيَعْلَمَ الصَّابِرِينَ }
Or do you think that you will enter Paradise while Allah has not yet made evident those of you who fight in His cause and made evident those who are steadfast? [3:142]
“Unquestionably, the help of Allah is near.” [2:214]

some dirtbag stole my mum’s bag while she was at work today. she’s lost her passport + phone + money + driver’s license + ID + credit cards + work visa etc. police reports have been made and she’s going to the malaysian embassy in melbourne next week. please make dua for her. she’s alone in a foreign country and i’m so worried :(

Pray for those who are struggling to get up and pray for themselves, due to depression or for any other reason. Pray for those who want to pray but don’t have the heart to anymore. Pray for those who are guilty for missing their prayers and cannot find the love and willingness to pray for their Lord anymore. Pray for those who feel they are not good enough Muslims because of their personal barriers against praying.
“When a glass is broken, the sound of breaking disappears immediately whereas the glass pieces are scattered over the ground hurting whoever walks over it”.
Similarly, “when you say something that hurts people’s emotions and feelings, the voice disappears immediately but the heart remains in pain for long.”
Allah the Almighty gave us nine advises and prohibitions in Suratul Hujurat:
1.-فتبينوا: “Fa Tabayyanu”: Investigate: when you receive an information, lest you harm people out of ignorance.
2.-فأصلحوا: “Fa Aslihu”: Make settlement: between your brothers as believers are brothers.
3.-وأقسطوا: “Wa Aqsitu”: Act justly: whenever there is a dispute try for settlement and act justly among both parties as Allah loves those who act justly.
4.-لا يسخر: “La Yaskhar”: Don’t ridicule people, perhaps they may be better than you to Allah.
5.-ولا تلمزوا: “Wa La Talmizu”: Don’t insult one another.
6.-ولا تنابزوا: “Wa La Tanabazu”: Don’t call each other with offensive nicknames.
7.-اجتنبو كثيرا من الظن: “Ijtanibu Kathiiran min Aldhan”: Avoid negative assumptions, indeed some of the assumptions are sins.
8.-ولا تجسسوا: “Wa La Tajassasu”: Don’t spy on each other.
9.-ولا يغتب بعضكم بعضا: “Wa La Yaghtab”: Don’t backbite each other. Its a major sin equivalent to eating your dead brother’s flesh.
