Realistically speaking, if Tabm and Assailant were to fight it'd end up being a brutal draw.

Tabm has enough strength to withstand Assailants saw hand to grab and deflect it, but at the cost of injury (duh, especially if its actually running)

Assailant can withstand most of Tabms hits, but would be outsmarted via strangling by his own tie.
