the moment I heard elphaba's delivery of "there's a girl i know..." in i'm not that girl i knew i had to draw this comic, i strongly recommend listening to it while you read for the full experience!

this comic is a companion to this piece (which was inspired by glinda's delivery of the same line in the i'm not that girl reprise).

Life Updates

- bought a place and made it into our home ❤️

- jack passed away 💔 in rainbow road now and I miss him everyday.

- Got two beautiful ragdolls 🐱 and built a catio

- my partner proposed to me in Paris and I said yes 💍 keen for wedding and honeymoon!!

- got a new job. Excited about the massage perk and on-site barista :)

- travelled to a few places, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Philippines, Portugal, Spain, France and Berlin. Thailand is my favourite 🏳️‍🌈

- started running and doing cardio, which is surprising because I used to hate it for the life of me when I was a teenager

- came out to my mum which was relieving even if we don't talk about it

- somewhat accepted by fiancee's parent, which is a win

- took parents on a trip to the hot springs to spoil them

- had a pretty scary car crash which totalled our car. The other driver was drunk and tboned us. It was a scary time.

- helped a good mate find a partner and now they are going to propose in a few months!

- lucky to have the friends that I do in my life. Christmas 2024 was really nice since we had lots of different events with different friendship groups to celebrate the festive season.

- dnd campaign finally finished after 2 years and in the end my bard character persuaded the BBEG to not fight and we solved it peacefully lmao

- found Interview With The Vampire TV series and got hooked

- setup plex system which was a win!
