“I’m so sorry.” Tiffany said as she ran into someone and spilled her drink on them. “I didn’t mean too!”
“I’ve been looking for you everywhere!”
“My ass is a better asset,” Violet giggled, shaking her head a bit. “No, not at all. He’s not interested, it’s pretty clear.”
“I wouldn’t know. I don’t check you out on a daily basis.” The blonde giggled. “Are you sure? Because he’s a confusing guy.”
“I came in with her! I lost her again on the dance floor, that bitch.”
“Ugh, did she mention having anything for me? Because I asked her to stop by a store to get me some cigarettes.”
“It’s pretty. It makes my ass look great,” Violet started to ramble, lifting her heavy head from Rachel’s shoulder. “Don’t do that, that’s mean. I kind of am. He took me out, made me try things on. He bought things for me, though it was nice and absolutely unnecessary.”
“Shit. I should’ve worn a dress that makes my ass look good, not just my boobs.” She said throwing her head back. “I mean, maybe he was trying to figure out what he was going to end up taking off of you at the end of the night.”
“My God, Rach, does it ever end? I came out to have a good time and…” Vincent raised his brows at her, hoping for her to catch his drift and finish his sentence as he sipped at another drink grabbed from behind her, purposely leaning closer to her.
Rachel gave him a long hard look, before sighing and finishing her drink. “If you wanted to dance with me all you had to do was drag me onto the dance floor.” She giggled out and grabbed his hand pulling him onto the floor.
“That’s what I’m talking about!”
“Oh! Have you seen Tiffany? I was supposed to meet her here but she hasn’t shown up.”
“Vincent bought me this dress and he won’t even touch me,” she pouted, looking down at the empty shot glass on the table. “What the fuck is wrong with me, I thought men enjoyed dressing their little blonde barbie dolls up and taking them out.”
Rachel looked over towards her, “I like the dress.” She said giving her a friend an approving nod. “I can cut hit balls off, if you’d like. You’re not a barbie, shut up.”
Violet rested her forehead on the other blonde’s shoulder, nuzzling into her hair. “You’re such a good friend, Rachel. I don’t give you enough credit.”
“Awwww, babe.” The blonde giggled out. “That’s so nice, I’m so happy to have a friend like you.” She said giving a side hug to her friend.
He rolled his eyes. “Owch, I guess you’re the feisty drunk, huh.” He wrapped his arm around her shoulder. “Come on, dance with the man of your dreams..”
Rachel giggled. “I get told that a lot actually.” She said as she looked around. “I can’t find Johnny Depp anywhere, how am I supposed to dance with the man of dreams if he’s not here?”
“Wow, you are so cruel, and I was going to offer you a party favor.”
“I take back everything I said. What’s the party favor?”
“Come on! Do a shot with me.”
“What's our poison?”
“Wow, I’m really feeling the love. Guess who’s not holding your hair back once you’ve drunk too much.”
“Oh god. I’m sorry, you’re the most brilliant dancer in the world. I need you there for me when I get sick.”
“C’mon, Rach!”
“Let’s go dance and find hot guys.”
“Obviously. God, it’s been a long fucking time since I’ve actually had some fun. Why haven’t you told me I work too much?”
“Because, I work too much and don’t have time to order you around to have fun.” She said giggling, clearly already drunk. “Also, it should’ve been obvious that you work too much.”
“Oh shut it, Rach,” Violet sneered, taking the shot that she had poured herself. “You need to be drunk for reasons more than just to watch me dance.”
“I need to be drunk to have a good time, obviously.”
“Everyone’s a great dancer when they’re drunk, lovely.”
“Very true.”
“You clearly aren’t talking to me, Rach.”
“Right, okay. Whatever helps you sleep at night.”
