I don't know how to put into words how I feel but sometimes I just cry and cry and cry because I have such guilt for the life I live. I come from a well off family, I have a good education, I'm financially supported, loved and healthy and I'm so guilty that I have all these things in life when other people don't. I'll cry when I see news articles about kids in other countries who can't afford education or when I think of my boyfriend who's mum has passed away and how he can't see her every day. I just can't stop carrying this guilt and it makes me hate myself even though it's so out of my control. I don't know what to do.
