This is Echo, Flambae's younger brother. His real name is Brodie. He's around 18 years old (assuming dispatch takes place in 2023)??

His power used to be able to mimic voices, until he became mute from overusing it. After this incident, he became a shut in, but has a pretty good presence online.

His stop in villainy was more involuntary than his brother's. So he isn't too opposed to the idea of committing serious villainous crimes, if anything he'd look forward to an opportunity to do so (red ring au cough cough...)

He has red hair dye that's still fading away from his last usage that was during his villain days.

He has an ex girlfriend who he was a villain with until loosing his powers. His girlfriend saw it as a betrayal and is a bit crazy over it now...

Echo and Flambae had a middle brother... Nowadays, Flambae tries his best to be positively present in his in-laws' life as much as possible, he looks down at Echo for not attempting the same. (The two have a pretty disconnected and dysfunctional relationship)
