This Brazilian player had gotten stranded near our deed while on his way to the next map, so we had an adventure across the map to drop him off at the boat bridge on the Southern end.

He said he was recovering from a recent accident in real life that had kept him from Wurm. I wish him a speedy recovery and good luck getting to his destination. 4/10/2014, 10:29am

Here are a few screenshots I’ve accumulated from playing Wurm Online.

1. Hello! Do you have a moment to talk about Fo? 2. Screw skyrim horses, wurm ones are better. 3. A nice night sky. 4. The server restarted and when I came back my horses were floating. 5. Foal does not give a shit about the cold.

After a month and a half of playing Wurm Online we finally found a place to deed! Apparently it was someone else’s deed quite some time ago but they disbanded so we were able to take it! This unfortunately means that there is a LOT of work to be done undoing whatever design they had been going for. Quite a lot of fences and stone walls to tear down (and neither of us has the necessary body strength to do so just yet!)

The two other big downsides are that we are right on the border of the desert. And when I say the desert, I don’t just mean your average completely deadly desert. Oh no, I mean the part of the desert that is just east of the freaking Kyklops. 

We’re also pretty far away from everyone else in our Alliance, so that kinda sucks. Good thing there was a half finished boat for us! :D

Congrats on finding a place! If you start working on your fighting skills, being next to the desert will be helpful in the future! :)

The most recent lighting tweaks are almost as bad as the initial lighting changes were. The trip back and forth from the deeds in the morning is dismal now. I'm not terribly far from the coast when I make the trip, but you've got to be incredibly close to lights to see them now, especially lights inside of buildings (understandable).

Venerable diseased brown bear makes so much more sense than venereal disease brown bear. That was an interesting double take.

A neighbor extended their perimeter by something like ten tiles so it covers the area that we've been waiting to finish decaying so we can expand our deed. :( It sucks, but all I can think is:
