Urgent support for Sudanese community kitchen

Donations have almost completely stopped for the community kitchen Thomaserena has been supporting. They have ceased operations as of yesterday, and with nothing to send them, ThomaSerena is about to put himself into more debt to try and help get the kitchen running again.

Thomaserena has been left to burden the strain every time we fall short. He has taken out loans to make up for the campaign's shortcomings. We cannot ignore his and other Sudanese people's calls for support. When we turn a blind eye, it makes us no better than the international powers who are complicit in the genocide destroying Sudan.

The chuffed for the community kitchen needs to reach €25k within the next week. It is currently at €21k. Please share and donate if you can.

Please consider donating to the Red Cross in Nepal who are already providing disaster relief to the communities affected by the terrible flash flooding. The news is devastating and I haven't seen any fundraisers shared on here yet so I thought I'd take the initiative. If anyone knows other ways to help please share.

I was fortunate enough to visit Nepal back in 2017 and I have yet to visit anywhere more beautiful. A country where I met some of the kindest, most generous and interesting people. Wherever I stayed I was treated like family by people who didn't even know me. I can't stop thinking about them now. Don't forget that climate change is exacerbating the intensity and frequency of these disasters. While climate change affects all of us, it's the poorer parts of the world that are already suffering the greatest scale of catastrophe.
