Announcements Prom committee meeting every Wednesday at 12:30 in room 307 until Prom. Next week is Prom ~ it is time to get excited! The theme is The Great Gatsby. So, mark your calendar for Friday April 28th! Someone will be visiting your class soon to tell you more about it. Want extra English help free to IEP students? Come to study hall! Every Monday and Wednesday at lunch, Eiesland 305. You can bring lunch! Grade Day and Elective sign-up will both be May 1st. Graduation will be at 5PM on the same day. Mark your calendars and don’t forget! Don’t forget to register for Summer and Fall classes. Go to the IEP WVU homepage. Click on “current students” and then click on Registration for Returning students. The day that all the senior’s high school students wait for is the prom night. Students dress up and try to look nice that day, girls wear dresses and boys dress in unique suits. They usually have dinner, music and dance that night. There are some common traditions is supposed to be in the prom such as • The prom theme the school try to come up with the theme that the decoration and the customs are related to it. • Usually boys have to ask girls to go with them to the prom. • Before going the couple usually buys flowers for each other. • After the party there will be voting for a king and a queen of the prom.

If you need help come to Stacy office during summer course.
Get your documents:
Application signed and dated
paying application fee 60$
official TOEFL or IELTS score -
official academic record in original language of issue -
Diploma or certificates in original language of issue -
English translations of academic records and/or degree
copy of passport or visa
Bring the application form to Stacy to check before you take it to Waterfront Place.
Take the application to Waterfront Place

Easter Day in the IEP

On April 12 there was an Easter English Table in the IEP where there were many activities. First, the event was started with a video that was shot by the IEP students about the invitation to the English Table.
After that, the students started playing many games. They were given a piece of paper with an order and whoever does or says that order would win.
They also played catching the jumping toys that have spring by baskets. The students had an easter eggs competition which painting on plastic eggs and who had the most wonderful and colorful eggs would win.
That was a wonderful day for the IEP students who attended the English Table. They had a new astonishing experience and informations about Ester Day.
IEP Play

Today, I went to a Theater play called 4 A.M. and it was wonderful. The actors acted very well and I love their acting like a real. The play was excited and the people who watched were laughing and excited. Also, the teachers in IEP came to see the play. I asked some of the actress about the difficulties. I asked was it difficult to memories the text? The actor said “It is too long and everyone have a different role that it is not connected to the play”
I asked another question What was the hardest part in the play ? The actor said “I think the monster role is the hardest one”
What do you think the play was about? What’s like to be awake when the rest of your world is asleep? Meet an early morning jogger , a radio DJ whose show may have an audience of none, a modern Romeo and Juliet, the author of a most unusual letter, and many other teen characters as they search for connection in the magic hour. Through a series of connected scenes monologues, join them on their journey as they discover whether the most monster under the bed is real and collectively wonder..is there anybody out there?
