Don’t Be afraid of Your Plan B. Love it. Embrace it!

Hi Ed, 

This is the first time I can speak to you frankly.

The world is changing. Have you noticed that this change is doing it so fast?

And have you noticed this rush is even constant?

Perhaps the confinement may take longer than ever…

Apparently, the world is shut down. Ceased. 

Let me be more accurate:

Many areas of our lives will go directly to a huge breakdown.

And you, as a young person, are significantly concerned about your future.

Perhaps you’re still a student. 

Trying to raise some money for your own, working part-time or creating a passive income to pay the bills.

Life pushed to go in one direction: Going to college or work, weekends with family or friends, earn some money for holidays, get to be married, create your own family, being retired in your 70’s … that was all.  

In the silence of your room, when you lay down on your bed, you think…

Overthink I guess. 

Time is going fast and is gone at the same time. 

You can’t go to work. You can’t finish your studies, neither enjoying your spare time even.

What you ONLY have at this moment is your own thoughts, fears, hopes. 

While your mind goes on and on.

And you decided to get a plan B, 

Have you got a plan B, already?

What if you never go back to college?

What if you never go back for work?

How will you be able to build up your future if the world has suddenly changed, 

And nothing will not be the same anymore?

Have you ever thought this could happen?

Are you ready for this big change is occurring right now?

Too many questions to answer, perhaps Ed.

This moment is challenging not only for you but for everybody.

And the quid is similar to your own “plan B”

Digging Ditch

Hi Matthew, 

I’ve heard this from my dad so many times: Dig ditches.

Since I was a child all I could learn was hard work. 

Even if you wanted to be somebody. 

That’s what life seemed to be from my child’s perspective...just hard work.

Dig ditches before you reach out just one wish.  

And this is how my life grew. With lots of effort and little compensations.

Matthew, if you ask me I am happy for what I received or learned?

I could say, I was fine. 

Let me be blunt: I was satisfied. 

But not happy. 

I wanted more. I wanted something deep. I wanted to build something big!

I remember my first gig… blimey!

I worked as a lawnmower when I got my first $20 bucks. 

You can’t imagine how proud I was back then.. 

A little bit scared. But nothing could stop me. Because I learned something that I have never received in any school…

If you give, you receive.

And If do a great job, my goal is a happy customer

And I noticed I could do business. And grow

Gig after gig, and lots of experience on my back,

I started several businesses of my own until I meant my mentor, Alan Jacques.

So that is how I turned to be a copywriter. And a retired millionaire at my 27’s.

Everything was perfect. Life granted me with wealth…

But I felt something inside myself was missing, 

I had to ask Alan again, what would be the next step?

So I took my time to think deeply.

Don’t Walk On The Wildside

 When the shite hits the windmill, keep on learning and growing.

Our life is on standby.
