im unsure how much this is spoken about but im nearly certain taph is a guest. the devs said her mask will not come off for lore reasons. He speaks sign, something that sixer is also shown to do, taph is entirely mute, like sixer, before she used hacks. Taph being a guest would also make sense on why they were a vigilante and looked up to roblox admins, they could give him a voice, if she did good enough, and helped them enough, they could give her power she would never have otherwise. Sixer and taph and are like two ends of the same mindset in a way. "i will never be more then what im seen as, so i will cheat to beat the steorotypes." "i will never be more then what im seen as, so i will force them to see me as more, if i do enough right, to over look the wrong, i will be right." And yet, they both fail, they both become what they least want, a scary stereotype. Criminals.

I headcanon him with some sort of Photophobia. Not the FEAR of light, but the medical condition where light can cause to irritation pain and discomfort.
