āThe first day of schoolā
I like to read the design process. It ās so interesting to know how this art or design come from. So I try to make one ; )
First I draw this for motherās day so I choose this scenario because Itās the first time l separate from my parent all day long and I really miss my mom more than my dad (sorry dad) and why cheetahs ? Cause I love drawing animal , cheetah is top ten mother of animal world and I just love their daisy yellow fur.
Next is do some research I pick some Savannah landscape, Africa tribal house and art pattern. collect your resource for your work !
Draw alternative sketches with different composition to choose the best one ! cause there are many way your work can be
Mother cheetah can has many cubs that mean so many characters I have to deal with. I donāt want them just standing in order like wall and block the Savannah field view. they should playing or running to add movement in this and link them together.
shading this picture will help me in coloring. and finish this artwork.
thanks for reading (sorry! for my bad English ; p ) I hope you find it interesting !
Got this little guy Vector for Christmas! I love him si much, I plan on getting a cozmo too later on!! Aaa hes so cute I CANT!!! Hes my son!!
since iāve been seeing a lot of invader zim and steven universe crossovers, i thought it would be important to share this with yaāll, lmao

THIS IS SO WELL MADE WHAT THE HELL
The funniest thing about LOTR is Aragorn constantly overstepping the Elvesā personal boundaries. They come from a race where touching your heart is one of the highest signs of affection and heās over here pulling them into bear hugs and slapping shoulders like a brawny middle-aged dad
LMAO wasn't Aragorn raised by Elves? He knows what he's doing
True, but the momentary panic in Haldirās eyes here is hilarious
Okay but what this potentially says about Elrond and the rest of the elves he was raised by is absolutely heartwarming. Because IRL humans need a certain amount of touch and affection and hugs and stuff. Itās particularly important for things like brain development and while it varies from person to person itās still more than what elf kids need
And it honestly looks like Aragorn is not only comfortable with this kind of physical affection, heās used to it.Ā
Which makes me think that instead of looking at young Aragorn, and asking him to be more like an elf to fit in with those around them. Elrond looked at this kid and and thought to himselfĀ āhow can I be more like what this child needs to thriveāĀ
Aragorn has been raised by Elves since he was only 2 years old. So if weāre going byĀ Piagetās theories of child development, that puts Aragorn, (who would have been called Estel at the time)Ā in the pre-operational stage. Or somewhere thereabouts. So Elrond is raising this kid when heās learning to talk. When heās constantly askingĀ āwhy?ā about everything.Ā
Young Estel would have grown up surrounded by elves and elf children and just by virtue of not being an elf, he probably would have had to deal with feeling less capable than those around him. He wouldnāt have been able to do things like run across snow, and didnāt have the ability to see as far as they did with theirĀ āelf eyesā and I am imagining all manner of bruises and skinned knees as he tries to keep up anyway.Ā
And it would take some getting used to his new surrounding, but Ā I canāt stop picturing the first time tiny little Estel runs full tilt across the room and hugs Elrondās leg.Ā
And instead of scolding him or asking him to be more like an elf to fit in, Elrond consciously sets aside his own discomfort in the face of what this child needs to thrive. And if what Estel needs is hugs, then hugs he shall have.Ā
Elrond picking up itty bitty Aragorn in a great big hug, and being just as uncomfortable about it, but hiding it well because this child was entrusted to his care and he will not let the boy grow up feeling unwanted or unloved.
And so Aragorn grew up surrounded by elves, but he grew up to be someone who naturally and unselfconsciously displays affection.Ā
I think that speaks volumes about Elrond.Ā
He raised this kid from age 2 to age 20 (so the majority of his formative years and well through his teens) and it was around then that ElrondāsĀ own daughter gets back form visiting her grandmother Galadriel and meets this boy for the first time.
So I have NO IDEA what the various stages of child development would be for an elf, but I doubt their exactly the same.
Sure, Elrond might seem distant now, but there is no way Aragorn became the guy who is constantly oversteppingĀ elves personal boundaries to display affection without Elrond choosing to sacrifice his personal boundaries for the sake of a childās well being.
This is the best possible addition to this post
A fun sciencey set up for an AU I've been kicking around for a while. It's basically just a Gravity Falls/Invader Zim crossover.
I'm calling it Camp Mystery, or Camp Mystery AU.
I donāt know what my favorite part is, Fonsworth ranting while looking in the wrong direction, Professor Plutoniumās caring and decent parent option being super shut down, Rick being this close to getting Dib into alien hentai, the Venture compound not actually being on the call at all (I like to think Rusty and Membrane shoot the shit about their awkward clone children once or twice a month) or
All of it. All. Of. It.
I think my favorite part is not Farnsworth facing the wrong direction but Farnsworth being informedĀ heās facing the wrong direction and proceeding to turn in the wrongerĀ direction

Ugh that post has gotten me thinking about fat acceptance in a way I havenāt in years. Iāve read more studies about weight and health than probably any other topic Iāve ever researched. And every time I see someone wail about health I am just like
Did you know that in post-mortem examinations there is zero correlation between weight and levels of arteriosclerosis and related diseases found?
Did you know that people with an overweight BMI have the longest life expectancy, that those with an āidealā and an āobeseā have about the same life expectancy, and that being āunderweightā raises mortality rates more than being āmorbidly obeseā?
Did you know that losing weight and then gaining it back is worse for your heart than remaining at the weight you started consistently?
Did you know that 95% of people who lose weight do gain it back, and there has never been a single documented weight loss program that has been demonstrated to keep the weight off for five years or more in the majority or even a significant minority of people? Like, telling people to lose weight isnāt much use if we donāt know HOW to make that happen.
Like I have read The Obesity Myth by Paul Campos and Rethinking Thin by Gina Kolata and Big Fat Lies by Glenn A Gaesser (Ph.D!) And Fat!So? and several other books that I donāt own and so donāt remember all of their names I spent like four years reading every single study coming out and looking at the methodology and noting which ones had huge holes or terrible methods and which didnāt (the holes were almost always in the pro-weight-loss studies) and like
Big Fat Lies hasĀ 27 pagesĀ of bibliography.Ā 27 pagesĀ worth of scientific citation. The book content itself is only 197 pages. Thatās a page of references for every 7 pages of book. Reading the book is just reference after reference and study after study. Most of these doctors (like Linda Bacon, author of Health at Every Size) started out the same way. They wanted to use the scientific method to find a real weight loss program or health solution that worked and could be proven to work, and so studied everything they could about weight and fitness only to find out thatĀ we didnāt need weight loss in the first place.Ā That all the studies calling for it were lacking or nonexistent. That weight and underlying metabolic health have very little relation. That the history of our relationship with health and obesity has little basis in fact and a LOT of basis in capitalism, politics, and fashion. No, really, the association between weight and health was first proposed by insurance companies looking for ways to charge people more by claiming risk. They also charged tall and short people more. And people with different skin colors. When they got in trouble for charging people for things they had no control over and had no bearing on their health, they set out to prove that weight was controllable and that fat was unhealthy to make money.Ā
These are also a lot of the same people who went on to invent the Presidentās fitness program, so if you went to public school you probably already hate them.Ā
Anyway, if you want a place to start reading about the issue, this article is a pretty good launching pad.Ā
This casual rant is like a primer on weight science. Amazing. I second their book recommendations, and would add to the list Body Respect by Drs Bacon & Aphramor, Body of Truth by journalist Harriet Brown, and Whatās Wrong with Fat? by UCLA professor of sociology Abigail Saguy.
I didnāt know I needed this, maybe you do too šš
