Ah! I'm so sorry this is such a late reply! ;-;

But yes! Artemy is 17-18 years old. Half russian and half french but grew up in London. Got his Dad's tall genetics but him mother's blue eyes. He's also a scarily skilled hacker to which Devious discovered when he grounded Artemy and stopped his pocket money only to find out Artemy hacked a bank!
