BIOGRAPHY

    New Haven is the only place Xavier has ever known as a home. Born from two parents who were hopelessly in love, he grew up in a comfortable home where he learned how to thrive as a vampire. From an early age he was taught how to control his hunger, how to properly feed on humans and other species, but also how to obtain nourishment without tapping into a living source. Both his parents are employed in the medical field to make this feat achievable. His one father is a doctor, while the other is an EMT. Tapping into the hospital’s blood bank made eating a flawless endeavor.

    Eventually Xavier attended schooling to follow in his parent’s footsteps, striving to become a doctor. While going through medical school he found the process rather daunting and grew restless. Instead, he dropped out to pursue a career in nursing. He found that he could still help people and feel like a productive part of the hospital network. Of course his parents were thrilled and very supportive, encouraging him to do whatever makes him happy.

    Xavier’s chosen element is fire. By the age of thirteen he really tapped into his ability to manipulate it. At first he started off small by burning and melting things. He quickly learned that control, discipline, forethought, and restraint are extremely important when manipulating fire. His most useful skill, at least in his work place, is fire detection. Xavier is able to to sense the presence of heat or fire within his vicinity.

    Currently he lives in New Haven, never knowing any other place, but he yearns to explore the outside world someday. With strong attachments in New Haven he isn’t sure he’ll ever be able to fully leave, and that keeps him rooted in his spot.

    Xavier’s brows arched at the incredible bluntness Arthur exuded, or perhaps he was only teasing him. It was too soon to tell if such teases would come to fruition. “Don’t clean up on my account,” he said after he watched him do some tidying. He stepped closer to see what Arthur was doing, not missing the color change the table cloth did in mid air. “Mmmm impressive,” he grinned still watching his motions. Before he could blink there was a pleasant display in front of his eyes. While he didn’t need to eat or drink he didn’t mind indulging in the presence of others who did. “All this for me? Way to make a man feel adored,” he batted his eyelashes in a teasing manner, though it genuinely warmed his ice cold heart.

   Following suit he takes a seat next to Arthur and swiftly plucks the bottle from his hands and pours himself a glass. “Red, just how I like it,” he winked. For now he’d skip the food and enjoy the wine with his main focus on Arthur. “Well, for starters, you didn’t have to make anything fancy for me, even if I think it’s incredibly sweet.” Xavier didn’t have the ability to blush but if he did, his cheeks would be a faint rose color. He enjoyed when others put in extra effort around him, even if he claimed not to. “And you look very sexy for just unpacking a dusty box of books. Must be those keen witchy powers,” he said wiggling his brows flirtatiously. While Xavier could manipulate fire, he craved more and envied witches who had a handle on their powers.

It had been a rather long day for Krydle. Still coming to terms with everything that had happened, as well as the fact that he really had no recollection of anything since waking from what they called a coma. Alec had gone home for the day, leaving Krydle alone in the bookstore to tidy up and close up when it was time. Hearing the sound of the bell as the door opened, Krydle turned to the customer with a smile as he moved to behind the counter. "Good evening. How can I help you today, sir?"

    Once the sun had set Xavier was out and about, checking off his list of errands before his night shift at the hospital. As he walked the streets he decided to stop at a quaint looking bookstore that had caught his attention. Happy to see it was still open he walked inside and was greeted by a handsome male behind the counter. It was nice to see good old fashioned hospitality. Not all stores had that type of charm anymore.

"Hello," he beamed a charming smile. "Could you direct me towards your Mystery section? I'm feeling a good spy novel is in order." Xavier cut to the chase figuring it was close to closing time for the store. That was the disadvantage of being a vampire without a daylight ring, something he hoped to remedy soon.

Arthur had been reviewing a couple of books that had arrived at the museum. He had been waiting all night for them, but passed the time thanks to texting a rather handsome man named Xavier. While examining the delivered books, he hears the man’s lovely voice behind himself. A smile spreads across his face as he turns back to see Xavier leaning against the door frame.

“There he is.” Arthur chuckles, making his way to the vampire. He couldn’t help but bring Xavier in for an embrace. An arm remains over the vampire’s shoulders as he leads Xavier inside the museum’s rear. “I hope you didn’t leave the fangs at home.”

    The embrace caught him by surprise yet he allowed it, returning it as naturally as if he were hugging a long lost friend. It gave him the chance to breathe in Arthur’s scent—but not too deeply—or his hunger would be too aroused. Good thing he had a snack before arriving to the museum. Feeling the other’s tug he followed further inside and saw the books he must have been waiting for that evening. “Oh?” he asked in surprise. “Does my nature fascinate you?” he queried. He didn’t sense any fear radiating from him. Not everyone enjoyed a vampire’s presence.

    “Anything good?” he gestured toward the stack of books. Most didn’t know that Xavier’s an avid reader when he’s not working full time at the hospital.

    Hearing his boyfriend’s compliments always softened his demeanor. When Uriah turned his face to peer back at him, it made for the opportune moment in stealing some kisses. “Mhmmm,” he murmured against his lips in response to his questions. “I love these hands,” he moved his hands under the water to reach for Uriah’s, lacing them together. Any alone time with him was desired—in the tub or out of it. “More muscles than you?” he asked, pausing from their kisses. “You do provide for good motivation, though if I worked out with you I’d be working out my dick, mostly,” he admitted, giving his hands a squeeze before moving them back to his shoulders to continue a light massage. “Maybe they’re interested in more than just training,” Xavier mentioned, feeling his brows arch a little.     After arriving to the museum he heeded Arthur’s instructions in entering by the rear entrance. Giving the door a few light taps he then pulled it open and found himself in a dimly light hallway. “Arthur?” he allowed his voice to ring a few octaves higher than usual. He took a few steps until he was faced with a set of doors. Peering into the one that was partially ajar, he found the handsome witch whom he’d been seeking out. He leaned against the door frame and let out a soft, ‘ahem’ to signal his arrival. “You look busy. Should I come back another time?” he teased, remaining perched in the doorway, hands folded over his chest.

Uriah was just straight up ready to unwind, as he slowly gives in to taking off his clothes. “If you must, who am I to deny you of stripping your lover”, He teased. He helped the other as he smiled as the clothes came off. “I just hope that you are also destressing even though you are going into work soon because I consider this time together sacred. He sat between the other’s legs as he sighed trying to let all the tension ooze out into the bath water. He moves his head side to side cracking it as the other started on his shoulders. "That does feel nice, handsome. Thank you.” Uriah slowly rubbed the other’s leg.

     Xavier never tired of stripping his lover and doing whatever he can to spoil him. Both worked very hard each evening, yet still managed to spend a lot of time together whenever possible. “Of course, my love. The day had been long and hard, but that was typical for the vampire that helped people reached their weight and muscle goals on the daily. Even though he had to be a little more tough with their emotions he still enjoyed help people get to where they wanted to be. He was excited to finally come home and spend sometime with his baby as the other worked throughout the night to make ends meet. His muscles were sore as he unlocked the door and stepped inside dropping his dufflebag right next to the endtable that they left by the door for their keys and wallets and all that. “Xavy, where are you sexy?” It didnt take him very long to find him as he was in the bathroom where he said he would be. “There’s my favorite person in the whole wide world.” Uriah blushed as he walked toward the other in his sweaty tanktop. “Hey, I missed you.” Uriah smiled as he kissed the other back, holding the small of his back. “thank you for all this, its very sweet and romantic.”

    Uriah’s sweet words of sentiment never ceased in making Xavier smile. Truth be told, he was also his favorite person. “It was no trouble, darling. Now, let’s get you out of these sweaty clothes, hmm?” His hands were already at the bottom of his tank top, tugging the fabric between his long fingers to pull it up over his head. Tossing it to the floor swiftly, his hands were already on his bottoms, shedding those too in his fast vampire speed. “Much better,” he assessed with his eyes, admiring his boyfriend’s perfect physique. “I knew you could use some relaxation after a vigorous evening. I need to relax you before I work you all up again,” he grinned, pulling him into the warm sudsy water. He sat down and moved his legs apart to draw Uriah between them.     While Uriah finished up with a client at work, Xavier set up their bathroom to resemble a spa oasis. Lit candles were placed around the tub that was filled to the hilt with bath salts and bubbles. The lights were set on dim and the soft hum of jazz played in the background to really set the tone. Wearing his bathrobe Xavier waited patiently for his boyfriend to come home, knowing he’d be all sweaty, fatigued, and in need of pampering. Leave it up to him to spoil his love before he has to head into work himself.

    At the sound of footsteps Xavier stood up in the bathroom, glancing around to make sure everything was perfect. At the last second he sprayed some calming essential oil spray in the air that would evoke calmness. “Hello sweetheart,” he greeted the other vampire when he entered, pulling him in for a soft, lingering kiss. He had missed him very much.
