A few gentle reminders if you need them:

- it’s ok if you start your day late. it doesn’t mean your day is ruined. there may be less time than you initially planned, but there’s still plenty of time.

- remember to be kind to yourself and mean it. it’s easy to say you love yourself but then look in the mirror and call yourself otherwise. be careful with the language you use with yourself.

- stop comparing yourself. it’s discouraging to always think about your flaws and where you don’t measure up to another person. you make people happy. you have value and you belong somewhere. you’re enough, and you have endless potential too.

- bad days can make everything feel hopeless and irreparable, but they always end. love, happiness and good things don’t run out. they always come back.

- don’t wait for things. make things happen for yourself. you don’t feel in control of your life sometimes, but you are. you have the power to speak things into existence and make good things happen.
