Please help me save one of my stray cats
Hi! My name is blue, and I take care of half a dozen stray cats. I live with my grandma, and she is very allergic to them plus isn’t their biggest fan so I am not allowed to bring them in the house or adopt them (in case you were wondering why I didn’t take them in). I pay for all their food and toys with my own money that I get from my part time job as a cashier. As you all know, it isn’t much.
Well about two weeks ago, one of the cats that would show up regularly for food, called Vanilla, stopped coming. It worried me, especially because we live in a slightly rural place but I thought maybe she found an owner or a better place to get food. However, that wasn’t the case, a neighbor found her the same day thrown behind some bushes, having been run over by a car at night. Her jaw and her front leg were broken severly, and she couldnt move or meow. Me and the neighbor got her to the vet, and he was nice enough to pay half of the vet bill while I took care of the other half. However, I am the one who is in charge of keeping her and helping her with her recovery. She has been making great progress this past week, and is now able to move a bit. But the costs are getting higher and higher, since I need special blended food, feeding syringes, gauze, antibiotics and also money for x-rays in 4weeks.
I’m just a student, and I really can’t afford to pay all of this especially since I’ve pretty much depleted my savings paying for half of the vet bills. My grandma has been nice enough to let me keep the cat indoors but she will not pitch in. If you can, a dollar would be much appreciated or a reblog to spread this post. Thank you so much in any case.
Go to paypal.me/bjeffords and type in the amount. Since it’s PayPal, it's easy and secure. Don’t have a PayPal account? No worries.
Hello everyone! I am reblogging this because the date for Vanilla’s xrays is in a week and I cannot afford to have them done. I have gotten 24$ in donations, and I would like to thank the people who have donated it so much because it helped me complete the price to refill her antibiotics. And thank you a lot to those who have reblogged or liked, I appreciate it more than you’ll ever now.
