i love starting artfight with @ariaterramoon's sarai! i imagine her like making eye contact with a hidden security camera on a mission and just being like >:) getting ready to trash it and start some trouble. i love her

i know i won't be able to do as many attacks as i have the other years i've participated in artfight (usually it's ~20 attacks/30+ characters drawn, this year might be half) because of personal things happening but i know i can at least attack a few users so it's worth a shot!

there's far too many slugterra characters to do my 2023 "attack every user who has a slugterra character" bender, but i'll probably be prioritizing a list i've already curated + slugterra characters ? we'll see

well the good part about my lads fixation getting trashed because of it being, genuinely, the worst fandom i've ever been part of in my life, is that hopefully i'll have more brain power for artfight 😭

it's a big ick. no for me. i don't like it. i have headcanoned junjie in his 20's since ROTE dropped. so did many others. so for me, the ship is weird.

when ROTE dropped, there were also people hc'ing him as 16-18. there are still those people now. we have no idea how old he was when he was possessed. (the whole "hm well he must have been 15 when he became the champion so-" has nothing to back it up. we have no reason to think 15 is the universal cavern defender age.)

we also have no reason to think he mentally or physically aged during his 20 years of possession - i highly doubt he aged, otherwise he would've realized a lot of time passed when he was freed. if you fall asleep 16 and wake up 36, you'll know. mentally, it is canon that he thought he was possessed a much shorter time than he actually was.

regardless of what the headcanon is- and i say headcanon because there is no canon information about this- i've always thought his current "age" as of the end of ghoul from beyond would be whatever age he was when he got possessed. that makes the most sense to me since he didn't seem to age mentally or physically.

if you hc differently, cool. still not my jam, so i don't engage with the content. i cannot stress how little i care about, of all things, shipping in slugterra.

but pedophilia is vile. if you romanticize it or actually enjoy that kind of content, you are not the kind of person i want to interact with. which is why i don't interact with them.

regardless of whatever someone ships and whatever they headcanon, if it is negatively impacting you behaviorally, like some of what i have seen from this, i recommend blocking people and moving on for your own mental peace.

I hope to participate in ArtFight, I joined team tragedy, but I definitely don't have it in me to participate to the extent I've done in the past

I hope to keep writing again soon because I miss it

if I really get fixated on Slugterra again as I write, I might get more active here but idk

I temporarily paused invites to the Discord (mine & ally's, not the wiki) because we're both very swamped rn. I'd like to overhaul that server this summer and revive it if I can though. Tbd
