This is a rather strange question, but how do the heirs treat their servants, such as maids or butlers? Can they punish them, considering how cruel Iris and Robert can be?

Percival has phased out servants (mostly) by time Iris is born as shown in SCP-6629. I would say she was the cruelest to them as compared to the Marshalls and Carters, who treated their servants with at least some sense of respect, if not much. (My opinion is that the Marshalls are better at this than the Carters.)

And Robert’s family in Pakistan is complicated to theirs, as are most rich families with servants out there.

What's your inspiration for Robert design? And is this gas mask somehow related to Chaos Insurgency, or is it just a coincidence?

Robert’s design is largely based (unfortunately) off Jane Doe from Zenless Zone Zero, that’s how the tail got there. And no, the gas mask is not related to the chaos insurgency, it’s just there because he likes the aesthetics and felt like it “fit” him the most.

if robert's gas mask is purely for decoration? does that mean he has multiple masks to match with different fits? i can see him having rows of mannequin heads to put his different masks on like how people have mannequin heads for their wigs.

Yes the mask is purely for decoration; however he doesn’t really change out of his one mask. He has multiple copies of one instead of numerous copies of many, if that makes sense.
