Perfect bedtime story reader, they have the voice and EVERYTHING! You could just listen to their soothing voice forever, if you don't fall asleep first, that is.
Absolutely would spoil you rotten, not only are you getting bedtime stories, but they'd also make sure your bed has, at a MINIMUM, four plushies.
Chronic paci decorator, probably does it in their spare time as a hobby and the moment you ask for one, they pull out a suitcase with a bunch of them laid out neatly on the suitcase's velvet interior and let you pick one to have.
They'll also give you some nice structure as well, bedtimes at 9 pm (10 pm if you can smooth talk into extra playtime, but that's the limit, any further attempts at negotiation will lead to getting picked up and tucked into bed), dinner time at sunset, breakfast at 8 am (to make sure you had enough time to wake up), they'd probably even give you a little sign with these times to have up in your room as a reminder.
Would rather you own up to your mistakes than try to hide them, mistakes are learning experiences after all! Just don't expect to get off scot-free just because you admitted to it.
Safety isn't optional, if you wander into the kitchen while they're cooking, it's guaranteed that you'll hear, "Be careful, the stove's hot!" and if you wanted to go biking, they're waiting for you right next to your bike with elbow pads, knee pads, and a helmet painted with your favorite colors.

Definitely tries to participate in the games you play (cue I trying to play PEAK and falling all the way down, look I said they try, I didn't say they were good at them, it kinda makes it funnier)
