Whatâs a girl to do when sheâs not strong? When everyone that holds my hand gets cut from all the thorns âŤ
Thereâs more to me than just gloomy graveyard girl. Thereâs a whole other Elena that you have yet to meet.

Was she actually going to speak to him as if nothing he said earlier mattered?Â
"Somebody better be dying     or dead. Otherwise, I donât care.â
She drew in a breath, as if to prepare herself for some upcoming banter. âLook ââ you said your piece, and I think I deserve a turn.â
Did Damon really think she would just drop it? âI know that youâre upset.. about our breakup and how things have been lately, but I still want you to be in my life..â
If only things had been simpler for the two, but they werenât. Which is why things were called off. âCall me selfish for refusing to accept the fact that you donât want to be apart of it, but I donât know what I would do without you in it..â

"Do I always need something? Canât I just come and watch you destroy your own life for entertainment?"
â you really must have nothing better to do.. go find yourself a new hobby. â
"Donât- donât make me shoot."

"How about no." A small pause, unable to stop the smirk of amusement. "Look at that, precious Elena Gilbert thinks sheâs got some bite to her."
â ââ what is it that you want, anyway? or are you just here to p e s t e r me. â

fallen angel au
Youâre wandering. Without reason, without purpose, simply⌠wandering. Itâs night. The air is cool and the sky is dark, but you like it like that. Itâs peaceful, freeing. But the air grows colder, colder, colder, and light appears in the sky. You look up, and it appears as if itâs falling. As if the sky is breaking apart and fear grips your heart for what is happening?
The light is blinding and you close your eyes, for should the light become too bright you fear you may go blind. And then, the Earth shakes. It shakes and shakes until you fall to you knees and then⌠nothing.
You open your eyes, and you rise to your feet but you freeze for before you lies a figure, naked and bleeding and you step closer, closer, but the figure doesnât move. You near it quickly, for whomever it may be, it is certainly hurt. Your hands grip pale flesh and you shake them, words falling from your lips in cautious concern and itâs then that you notice.
Itâs back is bleeding, raw red slits carved in to otherwise smooth skin and all around, everywhere, in the trees and scattered across the floor⌠feathers. Some are white, pure as newly fallen snow. Others are black, as black as the night sky. You sit back, the figure moves, and your hands begin to shake.
It opens itâs eyes, a brilliant hue the likes of which youâve never seen before boring in to your own startled gaze and you know you will never get those eyes out of your head so long as you should live. And you know what it is but you cannot speak itâs name but you know that itâs scared, that itâs frightened and you donât know what to do.
                             What do you do?
