prizes i would award in grand tours
any rider with a stage finishing position equal to their bib number receives a monetary prize the value of that bib number + achieving this in final GC position earns a small trophy in the shape of an equals symbol
nationality teams classification that transcends trade team boundaries (unfortunately this would exclude countries with fewer than 3 riders in the race. would have to come up with a way around that...)
bringing back the true intergiro/50% gc time classification
formalising the name games (e.g the de gendt classification) so whichever rider out of a group of shared first/surnames is highest in gc gets an award shaped like whichever initial they share
of course the grey jersey for riders aged 35+
