Spooky month calls for a spooky character! My first serial killed character in fact!

Meet 911, a serial killer based in Allegan City, Michigan in the 1980s.

Matthew Kuwahara is a 911 operator who failed to hear his family’s emergency service call due to an onset of prank callers until it was too late. After that, he lost his mind and made it his life journey to avenge his family’s deaths by ridding this world of people who don’t take serious jobs seriously.

Armed with a homemade rope dart made out of a rotary phone, he uses the caller IDs he receives from his position as a 911 operator and tracks down his victims in the night, occasionally invading houses, before stabbing or strangling them to death.

“911 can’t save you anymore.”

The Shredder!!!

Character design for a new DND campaign I’m gonna be a part of >:)

A bit about him:

He’s the guitarist and lead vocalist in an eletronicore punk band that advocates for no more corrupt officials in the totalitarian regime he has found himself stuck in.

He is also very technically adept, and has made numerous gadgets for himself whenever he had freetime or when he away from his strict parents.

Just recently, he and his band did a live performance/riot against their government, where Shredder was able to showcase his newest instrument, his snow signature bow guitar, where he shot an incendiary arrow into the armored car of government officers about to quell their uprising.

The riot was a success, but, unfortunately, those kinda of things never come without consequences.

(This is not his band- just a tag he uses occasionally with his friends)
