Woodsy recently picked up pocket procreate, and has been exploring a new hobby as an extremely (and I do mean extremely lmao) amateur doodlist and I have to say it has been very relaxing. Turns out if you try new things every now and again and figure out that your entire life is a learning experience whilst not being so hard on yourself to make everything you work on picture perfect, it produces dopamine.

Included below is a little puffy dude who I drew today. Is he perfect? No. Do I love him? Absolutely.

I’ve been really getting into doodling on my phone lately but now every time I do my phone gets super hot and laggy 😔

#it simply cannot keep up with my creative drive #and I’m not at that level where like it’s justified for me to get a drawing tablet #cause a) I’m not sure if this is just one more hyperfixation of mine that will pass #and b) I’m not sure if I’d ever get skilled enough to have the need for it #like they’re just silly little doodles #but they bring me joy #this is however only fueling my desire to buy that new kindle page or note or whatever it’s called that comes with a stylus #and is supposed to be good for writing and reading and doodling #but also I’m pretty sure that thing was $700 last time I checked #and I don’t have that kinda cash lmao #edit to say it was the kindle scribe #and now’s its only like $450 #BUT STILL #I don’t have that kind of throw away cash atm lol
