I miss the old stuff... Don't get me wrong, there are some great songs, movies, tv shows, etc out there. But there is just something about the stuff. Tv Shows like Criminal Minds, Bones, Rizzoli & Isles, AHS, The Fosters... I don't know, it was just different

we had so many plot-heavy marvel movies/shows lately that introduced so many new things and pushed the story of phase 4 forward so much, so imo it is such a breath of fresh air that MoM was just pure campy fun and badass creepy awesomeness that didn’t really do anything big plot-wise or got carried away with cameos and setting up the next ten movies

they gave us a story about a young girl whose mother didn't love her and left her in an orphanage; and was later groomed and abused by her teacher as a teenager; and then recruited by an organization that, instead of helping her, incouraged her violent tendencies by turning her into an assassin; constantly being told that she could never be anything more than that and that she was not capable of love; and then a woman came into her life and this amazing fucked up love story began and it seemed like the victim was finally gonna be free..... for the first time she was vulnerable, selfless, loving, respectful, all the things she believed she was not able to be. and that's when they killed her, before she even had the chance to be happy.

that's the worst part about what the writers did to villanelle. THEY made her look like a victim while constantly telling us she was a psychopath; THEY told us she was not capable of love and then showed us domestic villaneve proving that was not true; THEY made her suffer for four seasons, making us believe the only possible outcome could be giving her a fucking break and letting her escape and be happy and then..... they fucking KILLED HER.

EVERYTHING WAS POINTING TO A HAPPY ENDING BECAUSE SHE SPENT 4 SEASONS BEING UNHAPPY.
