We started off as friends... as the years went by we got closer and closer. we confided in each other. we told each other everything, never leaving out any details. we talked about our significant others as we were so in love with them.
but one day all of that changed, the close ness became a bit serious. we talked, again about everything, never leaving anything out. we talked about our own relationship, with each other of course... we were in love for a while...
then it all changed again... out of the blue... from night to day... we became distant... at times we wouldn’t see eye too eye.. we would fuss and fight like a married couple.. but we weren’t even together... we drifted off for sometimes,
we needed too find ourselves
some people say that when your best friends with someone of the opposite sex, more the likely you should try things out with them because sometimes they may be the one,, i’m not too sure of that myself. i think i would rather be strictly best friends an nothing more...
in some cases taking chances like this can cause a friendship too ruin.. there can be a positive outcome of it all... but also a negative... in my case... there was a positive effect.
too this day my best friend is my best friend.
we still laugh the same, if not louder
we still argue the same.. but somewhat less
were able too talk the same as we use too and even able too joke around about our past with each other.
there comes a moment in life were you realize if your best friend is truly your best friend, they will remain your best friend no matter the circumstances.
