I know I wasn't here, sometimes I just detach. Detach from everything, from my own decisions, resolution...
My mental health isn't stable...
Yesterday, I went out for a walk, walked 8,224 steps, more than 100 the day before yesterday. Went earlier to bed, also fell asleep earlier than usual, and... I woke up exactly at 6.50am 🤣 didn't stand up anyway. I usually wake up with no energy x_x...
I also stopped with my supplements 'routine', but I'm back on track. I hope.
My mood is... kinda not good the recent days, and I blame PMS mostly.
I wish it wasn't a part of my life, but welp... what can I do haha... I read a legit article, where an author explains how and when the levels of hormones change. I'm closer to my bloody days, that's why I feel like... not right in the head...🤣
At the first day of the cycle, the progesterone and estradiol levels fall significantly, which causes the desquamating of the mucosa, which leads to the bleeding.
During those days we feel tired and are not quite in a good mood, (should provide the maximum comfort for yourself and avoid stressful situation at any cost ^^'')
-> About a week since the start of the menstruation the estrogen level rises - the hormone responsible for our better mood and the desire for sex.
-> We feel more energy, our skin looks better. We just feel prettier haha and the task seems easier to be accomplished than a few days earlier.
-> We want to hug, cuddle, to be close to our partner.
-> Our skin is more sensitive, and orgasms are easier to reach.
Ovulation (or more known as fertile days):
We feel the best during those days, and our libidos reach maximum level.
Though little bleedings can happen - due to periovulatory ("around ovulation") - it is connected to the fall of the estrogen level.
Due to the produced corpus luteum in an ovary, which produces progesteron, our bodies acumulate water in the bodies, so we can "gain weight" even to 3kg / 6.61 lbs (it's just water, so no worries, you didn't get any weight 😅)
The earlier mentioned symptoms can (but not necessarily have to) escalate and cause PMS:
Not having the willingness to do anything
Sex drive equal zero (even if we happen to be in bed, the experience is hurtful, because our bodies don't produce enough of the cervical mucus during this phase)
