I woke up today without an alarm lock... you'd think that's a yay for me, but! because I don't necessarily have the energy in the morning, and don't have a special motivation to get up, I dozed off... -.-''' So what is it really about, I checked what can be the causes, and one of the possibilities is my thyroid insufficiency. I will try again go earlier to bed, yesterday I had difficulty with falling asleep, because it wasn't my usual hour obviously... haha... but I'll try :D

after dinner: niacin ✓ B vitramins ✓ selenium ✓ coenzyme Q ✓ thyroset #1 after a meal ✓ [thyro. #1: fish oil (65% omega-3); includinng: 33% of eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) 22% of docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) 10% other omega-3 acids) vit. D, E, K {K2 MK-7}
*what else to take: rhodiola Fe and vit. C - 2h after a meal *in the evening: Mg, ashwagndha, thyroset #3 after a meal
