Madeline spotted her friend at the Central Park and waved at them. "Hey, I got us some iced coffee, just how you want it. There you go." She sat down on the bench next to them and gave them the coffee. "Now that we have something to quench our thirst, spill. What exactly happened? You sounded so panicked on the phone. "Thank you, I needed this. Maybe I just needed you to come talk to me, and used the ruse of distress to get you here."
"Yeah, no offense, I hate cellphones. Yes, they are convienet, but they don't have the same effect as it does where I can just talk to Xaden down our bond."
"Can you not talk to him through the bond anymore?" Katherine raises a brow at her.
"A bored Katherine Pierce is a dangerous thing." Garrick teases her. "Let's go though."
"Hmm, look at you, learning fast, Tavis." Katherine smirks. "I'll take it easy on you, don't worry."
"True, Gossip Girl would write about paint drying if it got people to click on whatever she writes."
Katherine laughed. "That is very true. She has a way of making the most mundane stuff seem interesting."
"For once, I actually agree with you on that." Sterling looked at Katherine. "Don't get used to to it though."
"First of all, you should always agree with me." Katherine looks at Sterling. "I've lived a long life, Baxter, I know when I'm right."
"It's not even summer yet, and I'm already over this fucking heat." He shook his head. "I need to become aquatic or something, so I'm not as fucking hot all the time." @ggstarterblog
"Isn't it technically summer?" Katherine raised a brow at him. "But I do agree, this heat is making everyone miserable."
Garrick was just finishing up in the gym, igoring the women that were flirting with him and he looks at the person who came in and nods at them. "You ready to train today?" @ggstarterblog
Katherine raised a brow and said, "I mean, I don't really need to train, but I am bored."
"oh because of gossip girl or whatever she's called? or are you just a fan of college hockey?"
"Mostly because of Gossip Girl." Katherine shrugged. "I've never cared for hockey."
"I'm fine, yeah, like you said, no harm, no foul." Grace said to her with a small smile. "Uh, I'm Grace, by the way." She introduced herself to the other woman.
"I'm Katherine." Katherine looked at hte younger woman. "How long have you lived here for, Grace?"
"Jesus fuck." Sterling covered his ears and winced as he heard a loud scream in Central Park. He uncovered his hears and sighed. "Apparently someone just saw a celebrity. I'm not sure if I like or hate my fae-hearing if I'm being honest." @ggstarterblog
Katherine didn't even flinch or seemed bothered by the screaming, she was used to the constant noise that Manhattan brought. "Of course they did, people are so pathetic." She shook her head.
"Can honestly say Monday's are my favourite time of the week... I know it's a very unpopular opinion, but valid, right?" She raised a brow.

Katherine laughed. "There's never a bad day of the week, just a bad fifteen or twenty minutes, but people hate Mondays because you all have been socially conditioned to do so."

"Having powers is always a fun thing." Katherine told Mor with a smile. "What is your powers, or what powers do you have?"
"Okay, this is...this is overwhelming." Grace said to herself with a laugh as she stood in Times Square. She was walking around the city and trying to get used to where she'd be living from now on. It was a change from Massachusettes to here, but change was something she was used to, and it wasn't something she couldn't handle.
Turning around as she saw something that caught her eyes, she ran into someone and took a step back. "I am so sorry." She apologized. @ggstarterblog
Katherine took a small step back and looked at Grace. Of course she was human, and she seemed stressed, or at least from what Katherine could sense, she did. "It's all good, no harm, no foul." She promised. "Are you okay?"
"Because it's weird how you act around people." He looked at Katherine. "I highly doubt you don't want anything, that's not how you are."
"I'm allowed to act how I do around everyone. I don't trust anyone, and if you knew my story, you'd know why." She rolled her eyes.
"Of course it's good to see me, Katherine." Bryce said with a smile. "I'm fucking amazing." She added and took a sip of her drink. "How are you doing?"
"Hmm, this is why I like you, Bryce Quinlan, you're not afraid to be yourself." Katherine smiled. "I'm doing amazing. What are you drinking tonight?"
"things with bryce are fantastic, i still can't believe how great things are going with her."
"Hmmm, usually when people are as happy as you, it means there's some sort of underlying drama, so what is it?"
