Xaden was pissed about everything that was going on, he was currently in the gym and kick boxing with some of the equipment. He stopped when the door opened and the bell rang and closed his red rimmed eyes. "Whose there?" He asked, not bothering to turn around to see. @ggstarterblog

"There's more than just vampires out there, kid." Garrick chuckles and cracks his neck. "Where do you wanna start?"

"no, not at all." sofia told him with a laugh. "but, i have so much pent up rage, that i need to do something besides just sit on my ass and wait to work."

"You gotta learn how to block hits and be a bit quicker on your feet." He looks at Dimitri. "I take it you're not a trained fighter?"

"Exactly! I'd much rather be busy than be at home and bored."

"I think that's how everyone fears." Garrick looks at her. "I've been through enough to know that sitting gets you nowhere, you gotta get up, stay moving and just life your life."

Logan looked at the women who had flirted with Garrick "Sure. They seem to have forgot what you are supposed to do at a gym" He teased, looked back at Garrick again "What do we start with?"

Garrick chuckles. "They aren't the first women that will flirt, and they won't be the last. However, they aren't the woman I like, so they aren't ever going to get my attention." He shrugs. "Well what's something that you feel like you're lacking in? Let's start there."

"I'm always ready to train." Cassian looked at Garrick with a smile. "Besides, I hate just sitting around and doing nothing."

"You and me both, Cassian." Garrick looks at him. "Only request I have for you, is that you don't use your powers, I don't use mine."

Xaden looked at Garrick, his red rimmed eyes evident that he's been channeling and full Venin still. "I don't have a choice, do I?" He asks his best friend.

"No, you don't, and we're gonna do it without our signets. Think you can handle that, honey bear?" He smirks at his friend.

esme pouted. "where's violet or someone else?" she asked. "no offense to you, garrick, but violet doesn't make me feel like i'm going to pass out."

"Vi is busy with other obligations right now." Garrick shruggs. "So, sorry Ortiz, you're stuck with me."

"No, you dragon riders are mean as hell when it comes to training." Adrianna laughed. "But, the results do work. I was hoping for Imogen or Violet or Rhiannon though, where are they?

Garrick laughs. "You haven't seen me be mean, Barnes." He looks at her. "Be grateful you don't have a signet, because we'd be doing signet sparring if you did." He looks at her. "They are busy, you're stuck with me."
