Using CSB - Easiest Guide to Levelling Up
I get asked very often how one should use CSB. Iâve created these templates multiple times but I believe that this is the simplest version of what I can give you.
If youâre a beginner who is just starting their level up journey; or if you struggle to be consistent; then this simple guide is for you.
1. Make a list of all the goals you have in your life. It could be anything - health, wealth, mental health, beauty, anything.
2. Create your SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats). Define your strengths and weaknesses well.
3. Revise your goals again based on your SWOT. Define them as short term (0-3 months) and long term (3 months+).
4. Decide three goals that you want to tackle now. 2 short term and 1 long term.
Example:
Short term: finishing the last sem of uni; finding a job; reading 2 books this month; completing an online course.
Long term: losing X amount of weight; consistently meditating, etc.
5. Build a habit stack. Define a time for all your 3 goals. Start with 3, no matter what. Youâll build your way up slowly - the upper limit should not exceed 5 at a time.
Example:
Morning: reading
Afternoon: doing an online course
Evening: working out
5. Set a weekly target. Set a monthly target.
Example:
Reading: 3x week.
The only time you can increase your goals or increase the intensity is if you meet 85% (0.85) of them in a month.
Example: reading 3x a week
Total number of days in a month: 12 days (3 days * 4 weeks)
Minimum number of days: 10 days (approx 12* 0.85)
Only if you reach your minimum goal of 10 days can you increase your goals/ intensity. How would you do this? You could perhaps increase reading days from 3 to 5 a week; or number of books from 1 a month to 2 a month.
What happens if you donât reach the 85% target? Then you stick to the original target (reading thrice a week) until you achieve your 85% monthly consistency goal.
6. Monthly revision
Keep a diary where you note down your progress/ use a habit tracker to keep a track of everything. You need to ask yourself 3 questions at the end of every month:
1. Do the tasks Iâve chosen play a key role in the person I want to be? OR, do my tasks line up with my goals?
2. Am I meeting the 85% target for all 3 tasks this month? If no - why?
3. Can I take on one more task? (Simple yes/no)
This is also a good time to check in and ask yourself - are these the goals I still want to stick to? Should I change my goals?
7. Dealing with discipline, motivation and rest days.
You need to keep your tasks simple initially for the discipline to kick in to avoid procrastination.
The motivation will come when you define your end goals.
You need at least 1 rest day a week/ 2 rest days a month (depends on you) where you do nothing but just chill and relax.

đGirly morning routine:
Tips to have a girly, relaxed and productive morning routine, to set you up for a successful day. I do pretty much all of these every day to ensure I get the most out of my mornings. Even if I have a busy day, I just set my alarm earlier and off I go⌠âď¸đŤ§đ
đ Wake up/set an alarm at a set time every morning. I wake up at 7:00 am everyday. Apart from Sundays as those are designated for lying in and getting my princess, beauty sleep!
đ Read in bed/Scroll through Pinterest đ. I find that scrolling through TikTok just clouds my brain and sets me off task so I tend to avoid that.
đ Slip into comfortable pajamas/robes. I have a beautiful pink, silk robe from Victoriaâs Secret. In the summer I wear nightgowns and in the winter I wear fluffy things.
đ Get fresh air. I do this every morning g by opening my bathroom and bedroom window to air from the night before
đ Make your bed. I canât imagine not making my bed every morning, however it is said that âPrincesses never make their bedsâ true. But some princesses have to do certain things or they wonât get done.
đ Have something to give you energy. âď¸I have a smoothie most mornings, or coffee, and try to keep it healthy so that I have a slow release of energy throughout the beginning of my day.
đ Have a shower 𫧠I have a shower every morning. I know some days itâs the last thing you feel like doing, especially when itâs cold. But having one every morning wakes you up and sets you up for the wholeee day.
đ Do you skincare/pamper routine whilst listening or watching something you enjoy. If your in a rush I know this step is avoidable but I watch Vogue beauty secrets every morning and it makes me feel so productive and cute.
đ Journal. Morning journaling is one of my favorite things to do. You can write to-do-lists, plan for the day, or just get out whatever morning thoughts you have.
đ Getting dressed. I hang up my outfit the night before so I can see what it will look like and any creases fall out before ironing it if I need to.
Obviously not everyone has time to do things such as this. Some people grab a piece of toast, their keys and rush out the door. But I am firm believer of, if you wake up early enough, then you have time. Because you make time đ
Some people also like to workout/meditate or do yoga đ I go on walks mostly but I have a separate post about this coming soon!

Hello Iâve been trying to stay away from LOA tumblr or at least informational posts so I havenât been as active recently but I wanted to share something thatâs been helping me. Commonly when you first start manifesting having your desires it will feel as though your desire is separate from you. Because of this people find it hard to âlive in the endâ or âacceptâ their manifestation. Recently I have found a method/technique that has helped me feel more connected to my manifestations. When you visualize or affirm start viewing that scene or sentence as a memory. For example if you visualize yourself with your desired appearance think of it as a memory like âoh yeah that was an amazing memory, it was so amazing to finally manifest my appearanceâ. Itâs kinda like the âI remember whenâ technique in a way.
Seeing it as something that has already happened and is already in your reality helps it feel more normal.

LILIâS BACK TO SCHOOL MANIFESTING GUIDE
so itâs that time of the year again - back to school. same old classes, teachers, friends, grades, routines, assignments⌠the same old story. except, not this year!!! this year you have the law, and (even if you already knew about the law last year) this year youâre going to apply it and have the best year of your life, at school and in every other aspect of your life! read that again, the time is now and youâre going to make the best of it! this post is a long one, but i hope youâll stay until the end <3

so, where do i start?
step 1 - take a moment to step back and reflect on the last year. how did you feel? how far did you get? what did you achieve? what would change? grab a pen and paper or just the notes app on your phone and write everything down. consider your life as a whole, apart from academic aspects and address anything that is important to you. here are some topics to prompt your journaling:
- friends, family, other relationships
- hobbies
- aspirations, your future
- your manifestations, relationship with the law and the beliefs you have (positive or limiting)
youâll feel better laying all your thoughts and ideas out in front of you. doing this feels like sorting out all the messy pieces in your mind and watching them fall into place in front of you like a perfect puzzle! now you know exactly what youâve been through and how you felt, and are ready to move on to the next step!
step 2 - now that weâve dealt with the past, itâs time to focus on the exciting part - the future!! your future is a blank slate, everything that youâve endured in the past no longer applies and you are now free to do whatever you want and become whoever you want! ask yourself what are your goals? what do you want to bring into your life this year? once again, donât just focus on school, apply this to every aspect of your life and compile a list with all your desires. donât hold back - your list can be as long or as short as you want, as detailed or vague as you want, itâs all up to you so just do whatever feels right.
step 3 - now, i want you to take your desires and make a subheading for each. here youâre going to create a list of affirmations specific to each desire. once again it can be as long and detailed, or short and vague as you want - you make the rules. however, iâd recommend for your affirmations to be something short and to the point, phrased in a way that feels natural for you since they will become a part of your everyday life and, generally, the more comfortable they feel for you, the better!
step 4 - apply the law! now that youâve acknowledged your past and let go of the old story by deciding on your desires, itâs time to put in the work. and guess what? you donât have to lift a finger! the law works for you. once you decide what you want and are affirming for it, all thatâs left for you to do is persist no matter what. thatâs it. go straight to the end and dwell in your 4d, regardless of what you see in front of you. flip negative thoughts, be stubborn and donât let anything get in between you and your desires. thatâs how you get what you want.

Ř âĄÂ â start affirming first thing in the morning! right when you wake up and before going to bed are the times during which your subconscious mind is the most active, and, therefore, the most receptive to what you feed it. so feed it your desires. get into the habit of making your first and last thoughts of each day ones which align with you having your desires.
Ř âĄÂ â start your normal routine. make your bed, do your skin care, have breakfast, get dressed but with a twist! instead of just mindlessly going through the motions and letting your mind wander, loop your affirmations either out loud or in your head. donât be too strict, rampage and remind yourself of already having your desires - do whatever feels right! you can also use a vaunt if you find it helpful!
Ř âĄÂ â during the day, whenever you think of your desires, simply affirm as if you already have them. itâs that simple. when youâre bored in class counting down the minutes for the end of the day, or sitting on train on your way to school use this time to affirm to yourself. the simple act of becoming aware of your thoughts, affirming and redirecting your mind towards getting your desires is a great way to pass the time and will only do you good!!
Ř âĄÂ â then at night, as mentioned above, simply incorporate a night version of the morning routine into your nightly habits. affirm in the shower, as youâre getting ready to sleep, while you brush your teeth - whenever feels right! you can also affirm as you fall asleep (much like SATS and the lullaby method) for the same reason as in the morning, your subconscious mind will be more active and receptive to your affirmations.
additional things to add to your daily routine
this is completely optional. this is simply for people who feel like they arenât doing enough when applying the law. i know telling you to stop stressing when you have that unrelenting anxious feeling that you need to be doing something more in order to manifest wonât do you any good so here are some things you can do instead of letting yourself spiral:
- meditate! guided or just with frequencies, either in the morning, night or during the day - itâs up to you!!
- journal
- go on a hot girl walk! clear your mind, affirm, listen to some nice music - youâll feel much better!!
- listen to your favourite songs and have a dance party
- read a book
- listen to a podcast
- get off tumblr
liliâs advice
you have to understand that this isnât just a back to school guide, a challenge in which you follow these steps for the first few days and then revert back to your old ways. no. this is a life guide, these are steps that you have to embody, this needs to become your regular routine. you need to be disciplined, consistent and persist. you must stick to the new assumptions you create, as this is the only way youâll flip the script and finally get the life you want. iâm saying this like itâs easy (and it will be if you assume it to be) but i know damn well what it is like to struggle with the law. this guide is for me too! everything i wrote here applies to me too, and i need to take my own damn advice. but thatâs exactly what i plan to do. iâm determined to follow these steps, apply the law and make this year my bitch and get the things i want, and i hope you are too!
also, be kind to yourselves. youâre allowed to have off days, youâre allowed to be demotivated and youâre allowed to feel negative emotions. youâre human after all and it would be unhealthy if you didnât have your down moments. however, youâre not allowed to give up on yourself. youâre not allowed to quit and throw away your power. none of that. youâre getting your shit. thatâs a given. if you affirm, persist and donât take no for an answer, you will get what you want. you already have it all in the 4d, and itâs all on its way to you in the 3d right now. thatâs the law. you donât have to affirm 24/7, you can if you want to but donât stress yourself out. you make your own rules! if you decide that all it takes is you affirming once for your desires and thatâs enough, then that will be the case! donât overcomplicate the law - as long as you donât go against your affirmations by doubting yourself and entertaining intrusive thoughts, youâre doing everything right! trust yourself, and do it for you!! thatâs the most important part - youâre the operant power, this is your reality and you will get what you want. all it takes is some discipline and persistence! i believe in you, and iâm so proud of you for being here reading this right now, youâre already taking the first step, now go manifest your dream life and then make sure to come back to tell me all about it!! <3

1. slow down. walk slower. eat slower. speak slower. donât respond to others so quickly. try to avoid rushing. slowing down gives you a relaxing presence.
2. put your needs first. pamper yourself. always make sure your needs are fully met. never rush into anything or make promises you canât keep. just keep it real.
3. be mysterious. make your presence a gift that not everyone has access to. it is a privilege to be near you.
4. sensual body language. relax your shoulders. lean into your curves. express yourself with sensuality. instead of being aggressive and showy, be calm and natural.
5. connect to your core. learn to belly dance. do yoga and core exercises. work with your sacral chakra.
6. balance softness and firmness. having a dual nature will make you appear more interesting and irresistible. (ex: assert your boundaries with a calm voice).
7. learn you archetype. know thyself. your strengths and weaknesses. your personality. like and dislikes. you donât need to change yourself, just embrace who you are.
8. build your confidence. master your fears and insecurities. never compare yourself to anyone. you are âone of a kindâ and that is powerful.
9. choose the right target. choose someone who is infatuated with you (not the other way around). seduction isnât about being weak, itâs about using your targets weaknesses to get what you want. and their weakness is you.
10. enjoy the game. be a naughty child again. break the rules. keep it lighthearted and never get too attached.
      THE ONLY THING YOU NEED IS SELF.
STOP FORGETTING THAT.
there is no one and nothing to change but SELF. YOU KNOW THIS. you are constantly seeking for more information, specks of motivation, trying to find that ONE piece of information that will make you go âi finally get it.â when you already have it all within you. LOOK WITHIN. there you will find all the answers you are looking for. close your eyes and see in your mindâs eye that the creator of all things that exist is right there! YOU. you created the world you see, you create the thoughts you have, the emotions you feel, the moments you experience. now ask yourself what do YOU want to create? what do YOU want to feel and experience? and HOW do you want to do this? create it in your mind and BASK IN THE GREATNESS of your wonderful human imagination. itâs a feeling of relief, relaxation and/or whatever feeling that dawns upon you that all that you want has already been fulfilled because all things are created and exist in consciousness for consciousness is the only reality. look inwards, towards yourself to make it happen.
who experiences the world? you. who creates your thoughts? you. who doubts? you. who feels happiness? you. who is a limitless being? you. what is pushed out into the world? YOU. why? BECAUSE ITâS THE LAW. IT ALL BEGINS WITH YOU.
fear is what stops you from applying what you know, always expecting the worst case scenarios. you need to realize that YOU created that fear but guess what? you also have the limitless power to create greatness, bravery, and fearlessness! have a question? a doubt comes up? think to yourself âwhat would an all powerful being be thinking? would they be having these thoughts?â everything stems from you. step into your power. what do YOU wish to be? dwell in that and proceed to keep your head up and donât look back. you are already what you want to be. shift your focus away from the undesired and create what you want, how you want. you literally donât have to react to unfavorable thoughts and what you see in the outer world because you created it. treat opposing thoughts and the unfavorable 3D as guests who pass by. they have no permanent stay. there is no need to argue or be upset that you noticed something you didnât like. just turn the other way; shift your focus! itâs like crying over a ball of clay because you made a mistake. world is simply a dream. bring your heartâs desires to life. transform condemnations into blessings. stop falling prey to your creations when you have the power to change it as you please.
donât give power to the outer reality for it is nothing but a product of your consciousness.
light feminine habits
1. speak with kindness. donât speak harshly to yourself. speak with compassion and tenderness. youâre not dumb or stupid, youâre learning. also, be mindful of your loved ones feelings when you speak.
2. slow down. drop the plans and go with the flow. meditate. plan a getaway. take a nap.
3. let yourself feel. when you feel like crying, cry. when you feel like laughing, laugh. when you feel like screaming, scream.
4. be playful. not everything needs to be taken so seriously. spend time around babies and animals. watch cartoons and fairytale movies.
5. learn. be open. ask questions. be curious without commitment.
6. build a connection to nature. take a walk in the park. smell the flowers. cloud gaze. listen to the birds. walk barefoot in the grass. sunbathe. have. a picnic.
7. decorate. surround yourself with things that makes you feel happy. look on pinterest for creative ideas. hang pictures up in your wall. buy cute trinkets. make your space aesthetically pleasing.
8. make yourself a nourishing meal. cook/bake. learn new recipes. eat tasty foods.
9. play soothing music. listen to calming sounds or music that can put your mind at ease.
10. let stuff go. seek for a harmonious environment. stop arguing. stop worrying and let universe handle it.
