When a lot of machines are free at the gym and someone still choses the one right next to you
âBoth men and women should feel free to be sensitive.â

starting a girl gang of girls aggressively supporting other girls so reblog if you want in because if we get enough people weâre getting jackets
never not reblog Scarlett calling idiots out on their bullshit
and the shitty part is that once scarlett called them out on their fucking bullshit, she automatically became coined a bitch. a bitch. for being brave enough to publicly tell them what was so annoying about a still continuing problem for women in media
âYou work hard making independent films for fourteen years and you get voted best breasts.â - scarlett johansson
god i feel horrible for her. i feel horrible for every single woman in this world. and it was to the point where she decided to get breast reduction surgery for her to be taken more seriously as an actress. what the hell is wrong with everybody
and i never, ever understood the hate towards anne hathaway. new york times magazine stated âAnne Hathaway practically demands that we love her.â fucking wrong. anne never gave a shit about looking stuck up when she was out there on stage, preaching for gay rights and how wrong it is for men to constantly sexualize and put down women in the media in every single interview where a man asked the bullshit question âwhat diet plan did you use for your role in les mis, i bet every single girl wants to knowâ. she knew a backlash would come from for being so strong and forceful with her retortive statements, but they saved the people that mattered.
and another point. kristen stewart. why in the hell do people hate kristen stewart as a person. women today are expected to act pretty. nice. be respectful 24/7, never argue back, smile pretty, be a lady. donât make rash, argumentative statements, because if you do, you are not a lady. this is a message our society tries to suffocate women with. kristen stewart will not smile for you, or act like a fuckin lady for you, because that is not her character
yet people hate her because she decides to be herself. âgod kristen, you gotta smile some more, talk more ladylikeâ
what in the fuck for? absolutely nobody knows kristen stewartâs personality. sheâs a private person. but just because she refuses to lie through her teeth to seem like a respectable, golden lady of hollywood, sheâs considered a bitch. âdo this or that because if you donât you aint a ladyâ god fuckin damn all of you
its really early in the morning and i cant think straight so if my rant seems messy im sorryÂ
PS⊠douche in the first gif is the same interviewer who pulled the same stunt on Anne Hathaway during her TDKR press tour.
None for you, Jerry Penacoli, none for you.
The best thing about both of these moments is that in both cases (even though itâs hard to tell with how this particular gifset is cropped), Renner and Downey are both obviously reacting negatively to the comment but just sit back and let Scarlett rip into the douchebags. Cause they know sheâs got the situation fucking covered.
I admire Scarlett so much. The kind of bullshit she has to put up with is unbelievable. I want one interview or panel where she gets asked the cool questions. How the Red Room and similar stories influenced her portrayal of Natasha (especially prior to Ultron) is something that Iâd be hugely interested in or how one plays a character who herself is essentially always playing roles. How much of Natasha is actually still Natasha opposed to Black Widow. How she thinks Natasha fits into the team and if she has moments where she feels closer to the villains the Avengers are fighting rather than her teammates (we saw some of that with Loki but Scarlettâs take on it would be interesting) Iâm rambling, but my point is: There are a literal ton of questions journalists could ask that actually have to do with the MCU. But apparently hollywood media thinks the only thing women are competent in are diets.
Black Widow is literally the most interesting character out of the avengers, and is the character we know the least about (MCU wise). What of Natashaâs backstory from the comics has influenced Scarlettâs portrayal of her? What drives the Widow to do the things she does? Where would she like to see the character be taken in later adaptions and/or her own movie? But no. Letâs ask her about her diet. Because thatâs not something that every female celebrity has answered in every interview ever. And yet still no one actually gives a shit about the answer.

BeyoncĂ©: "I truly believe that women should be financially independent from their men. And letâs face it, money gives men the power to run the show. It gives men the power to define value. They define whatâs sexy. And men define whatâs feminine. Itâs ridiculous."
Taylor Swift: "As a teenager, I didnât understand that saying youâre a feminist is just saying that you hope women and men will have equal rights and equal opportunities. What it seemed to me, the way it was phrased in culture, society, was that you hate men. And now, I think a lot of girls have had a feminist awakening because they understand what the word means." Crown Princess Mary of Denmark: âIt is clear that gender equality is not recognized universally, and discrimination and gender-based violence continue to prevail in many societies. We need to address these issues from many angles in the new development agenda, and with a strong focus on adolescent girls. All girls should be able to complete their education â not get kicked out of school because they are pregnant or mothers, or because they live with HIV. All girls and women must be able to decide if, when and with whom to marry and have children. And for all of this, they need their rights recognized and they need access to quality sexual and reproductive health services, information and education. For many young people, the realization that they have rights comes as a revelation⊠They know they need this information. And they want it.â Laverne Cox: "I was on the cover of TIME Magazine in June, and in the same month, four trans women of color were murdered in the United States. So just because I got an Emmy nomination doesnât mean the lives of trans people arenât in peril every day." Zendaya: âThere is already harsh criticism of African American hair in society without the help of ignorant people who choose to judge others based on the curl of their hair. My wearing my hair in locs on an Oscar red carpet was to showcase them in a positive light, to remind people of color that our hair is good enough.â Rihanna: "When you realize who you live for, and who is important to please, a lot of people will actually start living. I am never going to get caught up in that. Iâm gonna look back on my life and say that I enjoyed it - and that I lived it for me." Nicki Minaj: "When youâre a girl, you have to be everything, You have to be dope at what you do, but you have to be super sweet, and you have to be sexy, and you have to be this and you have to be that and you have to be nice, and you have to - itâs like, I canât be all of those things at once. Iâm a human being." [Former] Princess Ameerah of Saudi Arabia: "Many conservative men say âwe donât want women to work, we want her to maintain her dignityâ. Thatâs not true [that] sheâs not maintaining her dignity while working. So I think the main reason is fear from women and not for women, because they are afraid of women. We know what women are stronger than men in our society because theyâre a minority and the minority usually wants to prove itself." Queen Rania of Jordan: "A woman caring for her children; a woman striving to excel in the private sector; a woman partnering with her neighbors to make the streets safer; a woman running for office to improve her country - they all have something to offer, and the more our societies empower women, the more we receive in return."
Ariana Grande: âIf youâre passionate about something then it will definitely work out for you. You should never stop believing in something, and you shouldnât listen to anyone who tells you otherwise. Never give up on something you love.â
