Yesterday was the first time back into the gym since my injury on June 9th, 2019. It felt good, the bicep is feeling better. I should be 75% by this July so I'm looking forward to my new look. Intermittent fasting 18/24 and fasting has me keeping of the weight I lost all year. Still eat anything I want and drink alcohol, the key is your net calories and IF.
