“....Hey. You still up?" a brief knock echoed against the wooden surface of Miss Takeba's door. There was no response, leaving the raven slipping into the utter silence. Perhaps she needed some sleep. After all, everyone were sound asleep in their dorms; Everyone, but him. Another tide of cold chills and wretched dreams had kept the dealer up on his feet all night as he was unable to settle his uneasy thoughts. Minato took a moment to pause and serve himself well by exhausting a tattered sigh from his distorted lungs. He then aligned his back into the wall next to the sniper's entrance and crossed his arms firmly over his chest. He soon cleansed from feverish thoughts and renewed his humble shape. .
"--Come on. We're heading out." just as always; he had always given simple demands to these problematic missions. However, he spoke ever so softly that no one could hear his timid voice.
The dark hour was nearing. It was a nasty feeling that latched onto his stomach, but hardly did he express how he felt about this time of night. He just stood there at the girls' dorm hall, hoping that the archer would stir from her sleep. But if there was anything to wake sleeping beauty herself, Minato was sure he'll do better working alone anyways. But still, something in his gut told him to bring someone to tag along to tartartus. He couldn't exactly put his finger on it, but he knew that there had to be something out there that would beat the best of his capabilities.
Painting pictures in his mind, Minato was shot down by some darkening mirages. It was perhaps best if he didn't disturb the princess in her chambers while she rest. After all, who else would want to join this act on their day off? Alas, Minato seized from waiting and collected himself off the wall as he pulled headphones off. With a sword in hand and his evoker layered under his clothing, the team leader strayed down the empty staircase and immerse into the lobby. That's when he heard clobbering of feet bolting down the stairwell just as he was about to leave. His interest fell away with a hazy gaze watching a slender silhouette who was across the laminated room. Lined by silver moonlight from the stained-glass windows, the figure finally spoke apologetically. A smirk crookedly played over his lips.
"--Heh. Glad you can make it."
